  • airdrie_miller
Airdrie R. Miller (@airdrie_miller) reported from Burnaby, British Columbia

@Bell I’ve been a huge supporter of your brand and pay you hundreds per month. No more, your company is not unlocking my daughter’s iPhone 7. Consider us broken-up.

@Bell_Support Please update on your feed about your B.C. service outage.

  • apukwa
Scott M. (@apukwa) reported from Port Moody, British Columbia

@gregobr @Quebecor @Bell @TVASports If @CRTC doesn't slap them down hard, and fast, then they might as well give up regulating BDUs altogether. In Bell's position, I'd ask if it's okay to bootleg TVA Sports' signal from another BDU, or maybe even do it without asking. Perhaps with a Videotron box. ;)

Worst EVER experience with @Bell! I am so upset!! Spent 2 calls with 2 reps I begged for a better offer as they don't offer shared data if you update your current plan. Now I have 20GIG that I can't share!!! Took my husband off the plan and moved his # to @FreedomMobile ...

  • apukwa
Scott M. (@apukwa) reported from Port Moody, British Columbia

@gregobr @CarttCa @Bell I also wonder when these news stories are read by non-industry readers if there are some people left under the impression that their unserved village will all of the sudden get service as a license is obtained.

@enmand @Bell It's totally unlimited. Speed is another subject. At one time Fido had unlimited data plans, it was GPRS...not even 2G. It's still data. This is how Freedom Mobile and most US providers work as well. Simple slow downs, no overages.

  • ShrubLoveYVR
Mixers & Elixirs (@ShrubLoveYVR) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia

2/2 @Bell had the absolute GALL to call me this morning and try and offer me a special deal to get back my husband's # and I almost lost my ****. BELL you seriously need to work on your customer service I am beyond insulted 😡

Bell Canada Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • MBD_27
    Mike D. (@MBD_27) reported

@TekSavvyBuzz @Bell Imagine calling out Bell on this, when the network infrastructure TekSavvy uses to resell their service is their competitor. Huh. Seems disingenuous.

  • arakwar87
    Sebastien Lemieux (@arakwar87) reported

@efortin76 @TekSavvyBuzz @Bell Each provider’s network is limited to some region. Thus creating close to no competition. And they are clearly colluding for prices, looking at how most service prices are exactly the same.

  • ItsMeFrxd
    frxd | silver (@ItsMeFrxd) reported

@Bell why is your internet so bad rn I'm trying to play fncs and I'm on 125 ping

  • RickPali
    AE-35 (@RickPali) reported

I've seen interviews with some of the 210 people @Bell laid off recently. Many received 15 minutes notice before they found themselves on the sidewalk. Shame on you @Bell. That's not the way you treat people. Shame.

  • jdecaron
    Jean-Denis Caron (@jdecaron) reported

@bell you are annoying and wasteful. I hate it when you send me promotion, you are borderline harassing. Incredibly wasteful; You created a SIM card and snail mailed to thrash. I am your customer for Internet but it makes me reconsider.

  • RealPuffin
    Puffin (@RealPuffin) reported

@Bell_Support having major slowdown internet issues here in Newfoundland, restarted my gear, etc...I'm getting like 40mbps down and 8mbps up and its usually about five times that....are there problems?

  • hectoranatolie
    héctor de anatolie (@hectoranatolie) reported

@TekSavvyBuzz @Bell Simply say please, Canadian Internet service providers are robbing the Canadian people... I lived in France, Germany etc... but I never pay such expensive internet bill ever in my life here in Quebec.

  • KerrazyCanuck
    #AgolfTweetlerHasLeftTheBuilding (@KerrazyCanuck) reported

@TekSavvyBuzz @Bell I am sorry Tek Savvy couldn’t find a fair seat at the free market table. I do appreciate your effort to try and be another viable service provider. Sadly, the big 3 lobbyists have successfully now crushed any of your and other smaller ISPs to succeed. Starlink will hurt them!
