Taylor Verrall ππ (@TaylorVerrall) reported from Delta, British ColumbiaAfter their little stunt today, Bell Media should be required to pay back every single cent of the federal wage subsidy they took in. Giving your staff 30 mins notice that they were out of a job is a disgusting way to treat your employees. @BellMediaPR @Bell #Bell #BellLetsCut

Scott M. (@apukwa) reported from Port Moody, British Columbia@gregobr @CarttCa @Bell I also wonder when these news stories are read by non-industry readers if there are some people left under the impression that their unserved village will all of the sudden get service as a license is obtained.

Gilbert (@Joebear4946) reported@ryangerritsen @Bell They are all evil. It's just a matter of who is the least evil at any given moment. Playing the switch over game only feels good for a minute and then I'm angry at the new service in a short time. We have no real choices in this country because our market is too small.
-
Jessica (@JessicaMaruncic) reported@Bell unbelievably horrible service today. We have all of our business internet and phone through you and none of it is working and I am being told too bad. Business canβt run too bad, customers get an out of order phone message too bad! #worstcustomerservice
-
Steve Jones (@jonsey_13) reportedIs @TSN_Sports really not playing @NASCAR in Canada today? @Bell you need to fix this.
-
Rob Pattullo π¨π¦ (@Ouzomen11) reported@stcrawford2 @Bell Yeah, further entrenching Bell is what we need to do. They don't have quite enough of a stranglehold on the market. You didn't invite Rogers so they could just sit down and split up the map?

Kevin Roberto (@robilarious) reported@Bell_Support @Bell If your strategy was to roll out a stinker of an AI customer service replacement and frustrate long time customers Congrats, youβve succeeded! -
Deedeefor (@DeedeeFor98) reported@ryangerritsen @Bell It really is a tiring game. How is it "new" customer can get blah blah blah for $ but long existing customers get nothing until we call and complain.
-
bta (@bta1976) reported@Bell_Support and @CRTCeng has already opened investigation into Canadians concerns that @bell is in breech of customer contracts by doing this new policy. Fix it cause CANADIANS WILL NOT PUT UP WITH THIS
