What is so wrong with wanting a perfect strong Wi-Fi signal throughout my entire house. It’s almost 2021 this shouldn’t be an issue that a home wifi has dead zones. @Bell_Support Home pods are a waste, tried both versions. Need options.... mesh home, hard wire eithernet

@Bell Shouldn’t the internet you pay for monthly cover your house anyways? Or are you selling a subpar product? Just FYI, my internet goes down quite a bit when it rains or moisture gets inside the old cracked copper lines. 🙄

@linniewoods @Bell Ever think that maybe your house has to do with it? Thicker walls, router/modem placement, size of the house. Lots to consider. My house is like 70+ yrs old & has poor reception cause of stone/brick walls so i have to use pods.

Gotta love after 20 years as a customer with @bell I legit can't afford to upgrade my phone. They've made it impossible to stay under 100 a month. It's obscene. This on top of dbl charging us when we added my partner to my plan. Remember when customer loyalty meant something?

@Bell today someone knocked on my door offering Bell services. I had to explain to him that I had Bell cable TV, internet, and 2 cell phones for over 10 years and alm I had was headaches. Best thing I did was, 3 years ago, get rid of every Bell service I had.
