Why would we need any help with speed or usage! I get the same answer every time I ask..which is every month..no. Doesn’t matter if it’s my small business internet or my residential internet. Appointment was made at store level by Sales person on the phone to Appointment desk. Yes, between 8 and 12. Up early...waited..no show. We had to go back to @Bell because @Rogers took 2 months to call us to say did we want someone to come out to assess the problem, with the contract we signed up in march or cancel the order. We kind of had enough. Missing out on the stanley cup games , my only regret.

He asked for my number & he would call me. No call. I was also without my internet and tv from Thursday afternoon to today at noon. WOW, did I miss it.
