Why would we need any help with speed or usage! I get the same answer every time I ask..which is every month..no. Doesn’t matter if it’s my small business internet or my residential internet. They told us they would do nothing and told us to buy a Fire Stick. Which wouldn't work as we cast to the streamer. So we aren't getting what we paid for.

Friday evening tech repair was cancelled by text indicating area outage. It's Sunday. No area outage reported.

I was just told, next month the plan for the current byod on my account is going up $10 making it $70! No option to lower it. WTF
