Why would we need any help with speed or usage! I get the same answer every time I ask..which is every month..no. Doesn’t matter if it’s my small business internet or my residential internet. Switched to Bell a year ago and I get no signal up there. Tried to watch the Canada soccer game a few weeks ago and just got the spinning wheel the entire game. Can't wait until my 2 years is up.
