@greg_rodrigo @Bell @Rogers That is a good one Greg 🤣. Rural internet users are not “real” users. Why would we need any help with speed or usage! I get the same answer every time I ask..which is every month..no. Doesn’t matter if it’s my small business internet or my residential internet. They both suck.

@detobate Tell @Bell that. They don't offer IPv6 unless your access is through their mobile network.

I’ll never understand the lack of balance to the way TV networks are used. As a @Bell client my feed just cut away from the Bengals game on all @CTV and @TSN_Sports feeds to kickoff the Bills.

@meredithheron @Bell @Bell_LetsTalk I swear I talked to the same guy yesterday. Was almost like dealing with the mafia. Lying to me about me account usage, I proved him wrong by going online and walking him through MyBell to show him the facts, told him “I caught you on that one” he then started with “please sir stop, please sir stop” in a panic then hung up like he was acting for the people around him. My blood was boiling. I’ll go to Bell store today to file a formal complaint then I’ll go find a new cell provider.

@Bell it’s horrible how you take care of your senior clients. After 1 week and countless hours we still can’t get her internet resolved or get a technician! What does it take to get help!

@Bell Canada has the best customer service in Canada. Switched from @TELUS and am so happy. I really don’t like to put it on public domain but @telus has the worst customer service I have encountered. Theirs AI customer service is impossible.

Hey @Bell! I have a question for you; I am currently a bell customer in Ontario. If I were to purchase an iPad Pro with 5G capabilities, would it be an extra 20$/month on my bill to have it added?

Canadian service providers — @Rogers, @Bell, @TELUS — have some serious work to do. Lately, I’ve been getting more fake calls, robocalls, and scam calls than ever before. Almost like my phone is just for scam callers only. So let me ask this plainly: am I paying these companies every month just so scammers can reach me more easily? It’s starting to feel like our telecom giants have become the bridge — or worse, the liaison — between customers and criminals. Insane

My @Bell internet sucks, I’ve troubleshooted with them for hours. They try to charge you to send a tech out to fix THEIR problem. Worst internet and service on the phone I have ever dealt with. Do not get #Bell internet.
