Don't use @PurolatorInc if don't need to. Trying send @Bell an old modem. I had a scheduled pickup for 9-12 this AM. It's now 2PM, 3 calls later, still no DAMN pickup. DO NOT USE PUROLATOR PUROLATOR SUCKS BELL.. FIND A NEW WAY MY TIME IS VALUABLE TOO. DON'T USE PUROLATOR

Worst customer service award goes to @Bell as usual. Rude manager on the phone after we’ve had to call four times to get a receiver replaced. We got a new replacement receiver that was already broken and clearly refurbished. Manager just put me on hold without a word. Garbage
