I left Virgin after countless service disruptions, poor coverage, excessive billing, and just an overall terrible experience. I’m happy with my FIBE TV and Internet through Bell. You’ve now taken my main phone line down for 2.5 days just to add voice mail due to a programming error and now sending out a tech. Businesses can’t operate like this! @Bell_Support
