I left Virgin after countless service disruptions, poor coverage, excessive billing, and just an overall terrible experience. I’m happy with my FIBE TV and Internet through Bell. I’m sure I’ll be equally happy with Bell Mobility.

But that damn screeching beeping noise blasting through Bluetooth in my car at maximum volume. Doesn’t matter what my volume is set to. Alert=deafness. Opt out, please?

Why not fix your dang virtual assistant that no matter what I select it says that your systems have an error and cannot put callers through an agent. Are you paying agents to do nothing?
