@enmand @Bell It's totally unless. Speed is another subject. At one time Fido had unlimited data plans, it was GPRS...not even 2G. It's still data. This is how Freedom Mobile and most US providers work as well. Simple slow downs, no overages.

  • CP_CNC
IamStuber (@CP_CNC) reported from Richmond, British Columbia

@salishsea86 @mistymtn09 @Subhedgehog I've started. Believe me I'm not a @Bell customer. I've given up buying @adidas - not easy to do with a sporty teen in the house. We should also call on @MLS and @CanadaSoccerEN to answer about this as well.

  • kylaepstein
Kyla Epstein (@kylaepstein) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia

@Bell_Support Yes. And it’s only to certain numbers. But other people can call them no problem.

@Bell Oh, I called your customer serv. a few times, & the rep said he agreed the cell signal is weak in DT & my 🏠 area (Rossland and Audley in Ajax). He said that engineers are wrking 2 improve the signal, but he doesn’t knw when it will get better. It may take years. @cbcmarketplace

  • DarlingTerrace
    Darling Terrace Publishing (@DarlingTerrace) reported

@bell Can't work from home because I haven't had internet for 3 days. Bell says they don't have a crew that can run an internet cable from a pole across the street to my home. They also can't give me a date when they can fix this. I want a discount on my internet bill.

  • OrsysRules
    Orsys (@OrsysRules) reported

@Skip70969016 @Reil76 @Bell Rogers is the worst. I just quit them. Trying Beanfield now.

  • JimmyDavis28
    Jimmy Davis (@JimmyDavis28) reported

@Bell Unless you’re going to fix the issue of cell service in the province there’s nothing to discuss. This isn’t an issue isolated to a few people. As previous posters have said. 1st world prices for 3rd world service. I actually had better cell service when I was in Cuba.

  • MikeDigitalink
    Mike E (@MikeDigitalink) reported

@Bell_Support I just signed up for Bell Mobility and went to the Number Transfer webpage but it's not recognizing my Bell temp number. And when I called support they said they were having tech issues and were unable to talk further

@Cat4714 @Martyupnorth @Bell Telus is worse. Hubby was paying over $100. Had a special for seniors we could get for US/Mex calling. Down to $45/mo but on phone for over 1 hour. I'm sure call was to india celebrating daliwall in background. Painful

  • AlexTri333
    AlexTri (@AlexTri333) reported

@Bell If I DM what do you expect me to share with you? Why not fix your dang virtual assistant that no matter what I select it says that your systems have an error and cannot put callers through an agent. Are you paying agents to do nothing? Do you just have the virtual assistant?

  • mrajeshdav
    Rajesh kumar M (@mrajeshdav) reported

@RogersHelps I spent 2 hours with them yesterday, which were the other option was cancelling and asking the customer to pay the early termination feee. Whereas the it is a network limitation of @Rogers .it ain’t such a remote location , the direct competitor @Bell has a 3gbps for the address

  • mrtolbon
    marnie t. vollmann (@mrtolbon) reported

@Bell sucks! Agent that’s helping to fix my modem ends the call and doesn’t call back, they sent a defective modem and want me to pick up a new one! store doesn’t have it available, new one ships in 1 or 2 days, no options to get a tech to come, no internet to work… A joke.
