I have been with them for over 10 years and all original equip and still paying exorbitant $ I hate the process of calling, they absolutely suck and cannot speak directly with mgt.

I would suggest calling customer retention and explain what a good customer you are. In most cases they will work with you to keep you as a customer. Cheaper by far, and long distance was no extra cost. Later, I retired my computer & internet some 6 years ago. I just use a 'smart' mobile phone.
