    Wow! @Bell is scamming loyal clients during these awful times hoping people won’t notice!! Check your bills folks! Mine went up 22$/month with ZERO notification! I give more than 50% of what I receive on long term disability so my family can have phones, the internet and tv #SCAM

    @brian5or6 @jeanhuguesc @Bell_Support Brian you have been totally screwed by the fine print. I would suggest calling customer retention and explain what a good customer you are. In most cases they will work with you to keep you as a customer. Questions DM me as I have spent way to many hours with Bell.

    @Rogers why has my bill increased by 20% but your customer support is saying you are too busy to respond. @Bell I have never used you for TV and Internet but this might be the time to switch after 30 years at Rogers. Make me an offer.

    @Bell your EPP cust service agents need more training , I switched over and the next week learned it cost me an extra $15/mth in service fees, if this had been disclosed to me I never would have switched and now no one will fix this error on your agents part , 10 yr Loy cust :(

    @Bell_Support @Bell @Bell Nationwide Outage I’m pretty sure the backend of their code was written a long time ago. People were complaining of periodic crashes. The code has probably been on the verge of breaking for months. Now that it has broken, we could expect and outage up to a week. 1/2
