And being rude to me on the phone when I asked to be credit for the days without service! I’m so glad I’m a 20 year customer! Oh and let’s not forget the round the minuet charge ups!

You also double charged me $8 per day for being in the USA and $12 for being in Mexico for the exact same day!

I’ve spoken to one agent then transferred to “level 2” only to explain my issue again and be told I’ll need to speak to a different “level 2” rep. Been on hold for 36 minutes. Oh and I have to be at the airport in 4 hours.

Finally use DownDetector app to see service is out all over Ontario and Quebec - a simple notification to subscribers would have saved a lot of frustration - just saying😜
