Thanks @Bell for handling our issue with the modem so quickly. However you sent us the support email in French. Ugh. Maird. 💩Hope we can figure out the kinks.

  • jiminthecage engagy more better (@jiminthecage) reported from Wilmot Centre, Ontario

@patriciaannmcd2 @bow_en_arrow @globeandmail @Bell @BellMediaPR @Pepperfire I had one go viral. I was at work and had no idea how bad. My daughter deleted the tweet. She called me to let me know. I apologized to those involved. @DinoRancho @freakindelight probably remember.

  • theplanetd Dave & Deb (@theplanetd) reported from Brant, Ontario

I’m curious why @Bell and @Bell_Support don’t give updates about outages on social? It would be so easy. Obviously it is down everywhere looking at people’s updates. Just a thought...

  • shawns57garage Shawn Gay (@shawns57garage) reported from Cambridge, Ontario

So @Bell_Support is unlike any of the others .. pay more for less ? 50mbps vs 500mbps is more 💰 but probly worse service than I had before 🤔 Fibe ? @bellcanadalies has not impressed... and I can sign on a better $ plan on their own website for what I have?

  • shawns57garage Shawn Gay (@shawns57garage) reported from Cambridge, Ontario

@Bell_Support made a long distance call on the land line and not only get charged the long distance charge but also get charged “LD network connection fee”!

  • Molecularstard1 _Molecularstardust✨ (@Molecularstard1) reported from Cambridge, Ontario

@DianeB31 @Bell @TIFF_NET I love Canada, it just sucks sometimes living soooo close to the border and having so much stuff only available to US residents 😆

  • theplanetd Dave & Deb (@theplanetd) reported from Brant, Ontario

@Zepperdude @Bell_Support @nataliehunter Yep, chat not working and tried calling. They couldn’t accept my call at this time. Something serious must have happened.

  • theplanetd Dave & Deb (@theplanetd) reported from Brant, Ontario

Hey @Bell_Support we are down here in Brant county and can’t get you in the phone. Are down?

  • HollyStockdale Holl (@HollyStockdale) reported from Cambridge, Ontario

@Bell_Support Hi bell! Your loyalty phone customer service was absolutely rude and dishonest to my mom! I think “Ashley” needs a class on customer service!!

  • CroccT CroccT (@CroccT) reported

@Bell Quick question, if restarting a show, why is the option to fast forward not available? Hate to say, but Rogers you can, also to remote for Rogers lights up when picked up. Can Bell match that?We ditched Rogers because of poor customer service. Don t want reasons to go back

  • gordoooo_z My name is Gordo (@gordoooo_z) reported

@MasterHandJr @Bell Have you tested for dropped packets? Honestly gigabit won't make a difference at all for games. I've had super baller 60mb down connections, and laggy as frig 500mb down. If you're dropping mad packets though, could indicate an physical issue with either cable or connector.

  • letstalksport18 FantasyPhenom (@letstalksport18) reported

@Bell_Support Thanks for replying publicly to make it seem like you are assisting. Let me ASSURE YOU that you are of NO help

  • cuto8 Curtis (@cuto8) reported

@JodyRidpath @fordnation @Bell maybe cut off their service? It's being run not at the home address. Hopefully someone can share the serial # on the box

  • vintagemorganxo morgan vasco (@vintagemorganxo) reported

@Bell when you’ve called to get a landline installed FOUR TIMES but your techs keep no showing… this has been going on since December. get your **** together.

  • dumbass_squid Kmart Wifi (Coms Open!) (@dumbass_squid) reported

@Bell God Bell is easily the worst ISP out there. When I had Bell it absolutely sucked

  • gordoooo_z My name is Gordo (@gordoooo_z) reported

@MasterHandJr @Bell Kind of doubt it with fiber though? I know with Rogers, which honestly can be really good, if you're using the same coaxial cable that someone installed 25 years ago, the conductor and the connector can both get corroded and start seriously affecting the signal.

  • joetnotjoeyt joe thornington (@joetnotjoeyt) reported

@Bell help canada connect with the world eh.... Yet you can't figure out how to use a metal detector to find the box in the ground covered with snow and a shovel to uncover it #notahappycoustomer

  • gordoooo_z My name is Gordo (@gordoooo_z) reported

@MasterHandJr @Bell In the case of that awful home hub router though... If you have more than 5 or 6 devices, get another router. Rogers is just as bad. I'm convinced they're basically the same device inside.

  • PoCoChew PoCoChew (@PoCoChew) reported

@CarymaRules Hey @Bell is there a reason why your customer service department told me I would have to pay for satellite service at my second residence? Why can't I just do this?
