  My next door neighbour was just told by @cogeco that they cannot fix her broken wire to her house for 3 months, so no phone, Internet or TV until September. Never heard of waiting this long to fix a single broken wire. Glad I have my Internet with @bell #scarry

  @Bell 24-hour update: @Bell still hasn’t managed to fully cancel my service. After multiple conversations and repeated assurances, I’m now being told it’s only partially cancelled. This is unbelievably frustrating. I genuinely don’t understand how a simple cancellation can be this difficult. Signing up took 5 minutes; cancelling has taken 24 hours and still isn’t resolved.   @Bell_Aliant @Bell @BellAliant as a Canadian born citizen who pays Canadian dollars to a Canadian company for Canadian service services to a Canadian Hire Canadians and only Canadians There is nothing worse than myself as a Canadian working in Canada paying a Canadian company for a Canadian service for you to hire somebody from another country for you to send my money to another country. This should be criminal.

  Well were we ever wrong going back to @Bell They said they wouldn’t charge installation. Forgot to mention it’s self install internet!! We thought we had a good package! Wrong. Terrible way to treat customers. Been on the phone all morning. I HATE BELL! Good tv but crap service!

  @Carol_Foote @Rogers @Bell I left too. Terrible service. I had everything with them, including cell phone. Then there was no service for over a day (repairs). Was in a panic because everything was down. Couldn’t get in touch with my daughter in the US.
