Ordered a 50’ Ethernet cable so my kid can (hopefully) school-at-home without interruption this week. My @bell connection is trash. Wifi signal drops whenever anyone moves in the living room. 😬

Starting to regret going back with @BellAliant @Bell for Internet. Wifi has been absolutely garbage. Never had an issue with wifi connection with Seaside even though speeds were much slower. Ask tech support for help and all they suggest is giving them more $$ for boosters... jfc

After 5 years with @Bell mobility, switched to @Rogers despite their horrendous "Red Event" commercials. @Bell wouldn't match the price of the Rogers plan. Guess I wasn't the customer Bell wanted to retain.

@Bell_Support Hi, I’m from Markham area and my internet was lost again. The internet had been very unstable since Thursday December 15. This is causing a lot of inconvenience. Can you please send a technician to check the external fibre cable in the neighborhood? Thank you.

@Bell Tried to report this today, as our cars are stuck. Nobody would escalate , no technician until Monday. Pretty sure by then we will all have moved our cars and the wire will be snapped. I tried to help...
