Ordered a 50’ Ethernet cable so my kid can (hopefully) school-at-home without interruption this week. My @bell connection is trash. Wifi signal drops whenever anyone moves in the living room. 😬

Are you guys serious about moving service requested? @Bell_Support #fraud is happening in name of customer service. Your agents do not help at all and cut the phone. #scammer service with @Bell #never recommended

@Bell_Support Customer support hasn’t helped in the past. I suspect that because it mostly happens at night (when no one else is using the internet) that there is some bandwidth throttling going on. I refuse to pay the rental for the boosters when I pay for the best possible internet anyways..
