Ordered a 50’ Ethernet cable so my kid can (hopefully) school-at-home without interruption this week. My @bell connection is trash. Wifi signal drops whenever anyone moves in the living room. 😬

@Bell_Support I made an online order for the wrong phone an hour ago. I called and used live chat multiple times to cancel the order, and was told to wait for the phone to ship and then send it back. I have not been notified that it shipped yet, and I would like to cancel.

@bell, @CraveTVHelp, We are now more than halfway through a week of my #CraveTV service being largely non-functioning. I hope that this period will be credited back to me, and if we surpass a week, I will demand it. Nice phone support, btw. Spent 15 minutes on hold, then dropped.

@Bell why am I getting daily calls from 877-487-9570? They call and then hang up after 7 rings. I tried blocking them but the call keeps coming through.

@Bell Lies nothing but lies, @Bell_Aliant is charging a fortune for a slow and lagging product: Believe me I know I’m in an area where it’s either Bell or Rogers so I’m stuck with Bell and outrageous prices for a low grade service.
