Ordered a 50’ Ethernet cable so my kid can (hopefully) school-at-home without interruption this week. My @bell connection is trash. Wifi signal drops whenever anyone moves in the living room. 😬

.@Bell_Support your customer service is atrocious. Was a victim of porting fraud. I spent hours with myBell Thursday and they assured me it was being remedied but 24 hours later @Bell security told me they'd heard nothing about it and couldn't help. How can we trust your company?

@bell Canada’s customer service is truly abhorrent! Trying to reach someone who can actually help is damn near impossible. #MirkoBibic you should be ashamed of the lack of customer service your company provides!
