I’ve checked with my Internet speeds and I’m 700down, 20up at 11 ping — that isn’t the greatest but Rogers fibre is bad (and @Bell has no fibre student plans). I did a packet loss test and it’s not telling me much, or I don’t know how to read it. It’s getting unbearable.

@imthegaybaker @Bell @comcast Good luck! Bell responses are indeed robotic. All the responses from their call center in the Philippines are also heavily scripted. You pay a premium for the service, and they outsource the support to the cheapest customer service they can find. Says a lot.

Never thought I’d say this but….I miss my internet and TV services from @Bell. @Rogers is included in the new condo but the speed is pathetic for 1GB service.

In the meantime, I am reading that @Bell CEO managed to have a federally subsidized cell tower built so he can have the same high speed internet service beamed to his cottage on a remote Quebec lake. Again! What’s up with that? I betcha he is not a long term Bell customer.

@Bell_Support I resolved the issue through another source. But I had to call bell first. I was redirected to three different people on a single call and put on hold for 20 mins then cut off three times in a row with nobody able to do a simple unlock. Nobody knew what to do. So they cut me off.

Moving call centers offshore is a business decision to improve profit. Having Customer Service offshore, where the call connections are poor, the call gets disconnected, and the center doesn't follow-up by calling back (he confirmed my number) is NOT customer service. @Bell

@Bell_Support Assistance?! How about Bell STOPS sending me bills when my account is paid in full and service was stopped at the beginning of OCTOBER 2020 and I even paid one whole bill that I shouldn’t have owed. UNREAL. Unbelievably bad. I will tell as many people as I can about this. 😡🤬🤯
