@Bell_Support I’d just like to see #Hwy402 get decent service that would allow for a phone conversation without dropping calls…
-
JustBeth (@aspeckledbethy) reported from Hamilton, Ontario
So we're all agreed #BellLetsTalk is just performative horseshit by a multi-billion dollar corporation trying to get PR brownie points and tax write offs? It's ok to not be ok but it's not ok to use serious issues for marketing purposes only. Tsk tsk tsk @Bell

Gord Smith (@gordsmith92) reported from Hamilton, Ontario
@Bell why don’t you have a modem only option for your Bell Fibe customers? Your wifi pods work really well but your Home Hubs are terrible for customers wanting to run their own routers and wifi solutions.

Jo O🇨🇦 (@mammaO57) reported from Oakville, Ontario
@MorrisDCosta @Bell We have Cogeco. Left Bell after too many problems
-
Monster Truck (@Monster_Truck_) reported from Hamilton, Ontario
Never in my worst imagined hellscape could I have conjured up the banality and societal devolution of a @bell and @TikTokCanada backed return of @Much. May Lemmy have mercy on all of us.
-
Shane Kennedy 🇨🇦 👨🏼🍳 🧑🏻💻 (@IrishmanShaner) reported from Hamilton, Ontario
What a day. Rough @Bell_Support install of equipment appearently tech support hasn’t been trained on yet, and @StarbucksCanada filled my #latte to 70% so I’m low on fuel.
-
Monster Truck (@Monster_Truck_) reported from Hamilton, Ontario
@whytock79 @Bell @startca That’s what I had before. Massive latency. 2-5% packet loss. And they couldn’t fix it.
-
Will Wilbrink (@WillWilbrink) reported from Oakville, Ontario
@Bell_Support epic failure. We reported a problem with the home hub 2000 and pods. Tech support said they would send new equipment. They lied and only sent the home hub. When we called to ask about the pods they gave us the run around and treated us like children.

Galahad Hoad (@GalahadHoad) reported from Hamilton, Ontario
@Bell Smart pay? What a ******* joke. An elderly lady was dumb enough to do give her banking info & was double billed for aprox15yrs & when confronted you magnanimously offered her a year's free service as if that made up 4 15yrs of the double billing. #GreedyBellCanadaSucks 🇨🇦
-
Dr Allison Sekuler 🧠 👁🥁 (@asek47) reported from Hamilton, Ontario
@Bell_Support - tech support said there’s an outage in our area (Westdale #HamOnt). Do you have an ETA on when service will be back on? Folks in our house are trying to teach @McMasterU courses, and do work with companies in Canada and US etc. Others will be in the same position.

Marcelo Souza 🇧🇷🇨🇦🔬🧪 (@msouza3d) reported from Oakville, Ontario
@Bell To be honest I want to cancel my order. Not sure if it’s complete.I dont want to call another number again. For the 3rd time. On a 4th try to just get a simple sim. This does not worth the time I am spending. I am going to a store In person instead. Not sure if a bell store ;(

Mike D (@med0475) reported from Hamilton, Ontario
@Bell_Support Get better training for the “highest level of customer service I can speak to”...reward loyalty..and don’t be arrogant. You’re not a monopoly anymore. That’s what you can do
-
Mike D (@med0475) reported from Hamilton, Ontario
Wow..@Bell_Support @Bell really sucks at customer loyalty. You’d think they’d be more willing to work with a 45 year customer. . Time to find a new provider for my mom because they sure do not deserve any more of her money. #bell #bellCanada
-
Union Social Eatery (@UnionSocial) reported from Oakville, Ontario
@Bell_Support But not sorry enough to actually provide support. Your words don’t mean much. Your customer support people had ample opportunity to help but did nothing. No need to DM, I’m happy to see your response here for all potential customers to see. #supportsmallbusiness #endmonopolies
-
Union Social Eatery (@UnionSocial) reported from Oakville, Ontario
This after being a consistent customer with @Bell @Bell_Support for 10 years, we get treated this way. I thought we were suppose to help each other through this tough time? I guess it doesn’t matter when you live in an oligopoly, and can push your customer around #supportlocal

@BellAliant @Bell the new fibeop boxes are not good. Buggy, slow and a downgrade from the last product. Also the fact that you want to charge people $50 to set up the new product themselves is outrageous. Couldn’t even comp our second box rental or a wifi pod. So much for loyalty
-
Matt Cundill | Voiceover 🎙️ | Podcast Wizard 🎤 (@MattCundill) reported
@toddamus @Bell When you have an oligopoly, it becomes a slow race to the bottom. Canada pays the most on planet earth for cell phone coverage. Canadians are true losers for putting up with it.
-
Kristy Zammit (@zammitpdsb) reported
@toddamus @Bell Bell isn’t fibre optics everywhere even though that’s their claim. We switched back because they couldn’t provide adequate service in central Mississauga
-
I (@labtechman) reported
@Bell Having to call to cancel in home wifi is not efficient. Answered right away but “the system is slow today” on a call for 18 mins so far just to cancel is just bizarre. A leading telecom having slow systems and inefficient ways to cancel. Great wifi just make it easier
-
SouthAfricanSpaceJesus (@AfricanHeyZeus) reported
@Bell We need to end your duopoly. Canadians pay way too much for your **** service.
-
TheSorryGirl (@TheSorryGirl1) reported
@TELUS @TELUSsupport @Bell Listen you guys, the service in Newfoundland for cell phones is absolutely atrocious. I’m paying 254$ a month for 3 phones and where I live if I don’t have internet I don’t have service. Figure this out or I’m not paying my bill anymore.
