@fordnation, should I go out to find wifi for my kids to do school and for my work. You want us to stay home then get on @Rogers and @Bell ass! @fordnation and rural internet providers need to find a solution NOW! At least create a subside for us!

It hurt me to see honest customers being taking advantage of it and every time I tried doing something as they said we should like above & beyond I got taken off call. Honesty is not what Bell values in employees just profit at any price #DismantleBell

The question has to be asked. Does @Bell_Support have to increase their prices every month? There has to be a ceiling somewhere surely on internet/tv services. Is there a better internet/tv service provider in the GTA that is cheaper than almost $200 monthly?

@WittyAmazon @JaneMoneypenny @Bell_Support If you have the energy yes do it but I suggest for $7000 mistake to sue for the money & the stress & humiliation of begging them to fix it and holding you hostage & causing you severe stress for 18 mnths

Well, finally reached @Bell about the internet issue (after dm'ing them last night and being told there's no problem). They'll be sending a technician to look at the issue, on Tuesday. Good thing no one here works from home...oh wait. 🤬🤬🤬

After waiting over an hour to connect with @Bell_Support on the phone - I get told their closed and am hung up on. How is this even justifiable behaviour?!?! Our internet is down entirely and first I’m told I can use their online services to get help and now this.

@DPocroianu @Bell_Support Thank you - I am still waiting. Amazing that when something it escalated to Bell "Resolution" it takes 5 months or more to actually get it resolved. Unreal.
