    @mom2_k_and_p @Bell @Netflix_CA Yes I was damn near about to cancel my subscription. I pay for 2 screens but our tv in the basement isnโ€™t a smart tv with internet. It only worked down there bc Netflix had a channel on FIBE but now they donโ€™t Iโ€™m going to downgrade back to one screen

    Internet & TV were out of commission Wednesday & theyโ€™re not working again today. Glad they fixed the problem long enough to watch @Raptors last night before this area got disconnected again this morning. #disconnected @Bell @Rogers

    Bell Canada sucks ***!! I told them I was in the hospital, twice, still suspend my account. Had/have hepatic encephalopathy. Legally could not pay them. Still want to screw me over for $1000 of there mistakes. FML (I did give them $200) @Bell

    @Bell nothing can be easy with you. I got told if I purchase the pods (3) they would be bundled with our other bell items. Today Iโ€™m told I can get 2 and of course Iโ€™m being charged. Plus I waited on hold 30 minutes to find out why our highest level internet u offer is slow AF

    @mom2_k_and_p @Bell @Netflix_CA It is. That has nothing to do with it. Netflix used to be available on BELL fibe and now it no longer is. Itโ€™s not an โ€œaccount issueโ€ I have a Samsung smart tv luckily it has a separate app for Netflix, figured it out

    @Bell_Support it has now been 11.5 hours with no internet. I've sacrificed a day of work because yet again you can't get your ๐Ÿ’ฉ together. You tell me 4pm it will be back on...I phone at 530pm you proceed to tell me 9pm. It's now 910pm were is my internet? #garbage

    @Withloveamber1 @Bell Is it a router problem for slow streaming services on the tv too? Half the time Netflix and Amazon and other steaming services freeze or take forever to load? Bell continually tells us their modem isnโ€™t strong enough for our house ๐Ÿค”

    @Bell_Support I wouldnโ€™t really call it a complaint. I couldnโ€™t care less if they steal gigabit access from you. I just thought youโ€™d like to know. Seems shady. I know where thereโ€™s another one too.

    @ShamanaDreams @Bell Even the in person guy was like ya there was NOTHING you could have done on your own on your end to fix this. The box isnโ€™t working properly and he replaced it in 5 mins and left. Such a fricken hassle when the phone agents are clueless

    Thank you Mystery @RogersHelps call agent from Barrie so @Bell_Support told my 80yo mom to come on down to switch from #rogers to #Bell staff told us they can't do it. Tried calling bell 7 times from the store. Hang ups wrong transfers. Wasted 5 hr. All it took was 2 call Rogers

    @TELUS is so far the Cheapest deal @rogerrwireless and @Bell both over $170.00 now per month. This is getting #OverPriced #CellPhoneBillsTooHigh wasnt our bills supposedly going down in 2 years. Yet all plans have gone up.

    So hereโ€™s a new one @Bell comes out, says they canโ€™t install high speed but wants to be paid. When it was voiced that no service was actually provided they added more onto the bill @bellcanadalies #bellsucks

    @ShamanaDreams @Bell I got so mad I said Iโ€™ve done this countless times now itโ€™s not working you NEED to send a tech out! She finally agreed and when the tech came out he realized we did have a faulty box in the tv room in the basement and no cable down there for 6 months

    @Bell_Support Iโ€™ve already initiated a complaint with a ticket number. Isnโ€™t the first time. Your company obviously doesnโ€™t care. Also sends subcontractors who canโ€™t speak English in Ontario. Wonderful double standard. ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‡จ๐Ÿ‡ฆ๐Ÿ‘

    @TheMacronical @teeveesociety @Bell No I replaced two phones due for upgrades and instead of putting them on my one bill she opened them on a new account number and then I said that I donโ€™t want two Bills and she says no I can move them to one. She never said it was 120.00

    Here we go YET AGAIN Hello @Bell_Support You guys have the WRONG CNBC channel your network CNBC has two channels: the regular national CNBC channel and CNBC World Tell your control centre to change it back to the national CNBC channel which is on 24/7 on Bell Why does this happen every six months with you guys???

    @Bell Iโ€™ve spoken to at least 8 agents but possibly more today! This is a day Iโ€™ll never get back. Then the guy in billing says his computer is having problems! And heโ€™s with @Bell!! If I could see the CEO now I would. Iโ€™m bloody furious! Iโ€™ve given my name, dob, account # til Iโ€™m sick
