Absolutely terrible customer service in store @Bell_LetsTalk @Bell - sent to 3 different shops for a broken tablet which I have only had a month. Finally told to contact manufacturer after 3 hours wasted. I am stunned at how much the store staff did not care. #metrotown

  • Finnsspace
Kathryn (@Finnsspace) reported from North Vancouver, British Columbia

@dalybeauty @Bell_Support When my mother died Bell would not let us cancel her phone. Had to wait out the year on her plan. Ridiculous.

This is where I got to learn about other people I now follow like @patersonjeff. Where I got to keep enjoying @DonnieandTheMoj. #gonebutneverforgotten #badpr @Bell After all the good you guys do with the #mentalhealth wtf is up with this??

@Bell_Support I’m in Burnaby BC and I have no service on my phone. Bill is paid. What’s going on?

  • apukwa

@gregobr @CarttCa @Bell I also wonder when these news stories are read by non-industry readers if there are some people left under the impression that their unserved village will all of the sudden get service as a license is obtained.

  • rgrey1
Rob Grey (@rgrey1) reported from Burnaby, British Columbia

@Shawhelp I'm spoken to your tech support many many time and they can't help me. Your custom service will not help. Maybe time to speak to @TELUSsupport or @Bell_Support would help me on a New Client Account! #shaw

@TekSavvyBuzz @Bell it’s enough to make someone mental. #take from the poor etc

  • apukwa

@gregobr @Quebecor @Bell @TVASports If @CRTC doesn't slap them down hard, and fast, then they might as well give up regulating BDUs altogether. In Bell's position, I'd ask if it's okay to bootleg TVA Sports' signal from another BDU, or maybe even do it without asking. Perhaps with a Videotron box. ;)

@enmand @Bell It's totally unless. Speed is another subject. At one time Fido had unlimited data plans, it was GPRS...not even 2G. It's still data. This is how Freedom Mobile and most US providers work as well. Simple slow downs, no overages.

@Bell I’ve been a huge supporter of your brand and pay you hundreds per month. No more, your company is not unlocking my daughters iPhone 7. Consider us broken-up.

After their little stunt today, Bell Media should be required to pay back every single cent of the federal wage subsidy they took in. Giving your staff 30 mins notice that they were out of a job is a disgusting way to treat your employees. @BellMediaPR @Bell #Bell #BellLetsCut

@ChefSperlz Tell everyone you know that pays or supports anything @Bell to cancel it. And hopefully some of the guys from TSN1040 will get picked up over at Sportsnet650.

@Bell Bell, can you explain whether this $6 increase is legally permitted under the terms of our service agreements? Many of us signed up based on a specific monthly price. Instead of raising rates, Bell should be rewarding loyal customers. I encourage Bell to reconsider this increase and provide existing customers with the option to keep their current rate.

  • viola_s1981

@Travisdhanraj @Bell @Rogers is not any better. I tried to cancel my cable and they said I can’t because I have a home phone.

  • JanceyLu
    Jancey-Lu Ballantyne (@JanceyLu) reported

@Reil76 @Bell We just had an issue with Bell. Lost service during a storm. Called, told us we needed a new router. Went to the store. They couldn't find our account in their system. Odd. They can always find us when it's time to pay. 3 trips to Bell before we got the router. Still no internet.

@Bell has to be the worst company out there, you do an upgrade online, but then decide to cancel because you can get the product in store.. now you’re saying it’s going to take a week for the upgrade to cancel?! Then having the rudest case manager out there

@Bell fix your cell towers in Newfoundland, between st johns and gander ............. 2- 4 bars of lte and no data , cant text ...... couldnt report a motor vehicle death that blocked traffic for 8 hours and dead headed part of Newfoundland..... rcmp is gonna investigate also..

  • NoSacredBeliefs
    306 Shane (@NoSacredBeliefs) reported

@Bell And DM'd you were... And unsurprisingly, you have no solutions. You discovered that life in Canada is expensive and so people are cutting down on expenses where they can... But you couldn't possibly have that. So now you seek to curtail one's ability to use their hotspot to try and drive people to take on Home Internet service... Something you don't even provide in the province of Saskatchewan. Interesting times when you opt to make your service delivery worse than Rogers.
