Bell Canada Issues Reports Near Port Moody, British Columbia

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in Port Moody and nearby locations:

  • JCredTV JustinCredible.TV (@JCredTV) reported from North Vancouver, British Columbia

@enmand @Bell It's totally unless. Speed is another subject. At one time Fido had unlimited data plans, it was GPRS...not even 2G. It's still data. This is how Freedom Mobile and most US providers work as well. Simple slow downs, no overages.

  • lordgaydude J (@lordgaydude) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia

Thinking of switching mobile carriers from @Bell to @Fidomobile just because theres still no signal on the skytrain subway. 🙄

  • lioness0817 Lioness (@lioness0817) reported from North Vancouver, British Columbia

@Bell_Support my mobile service is not working. Cannot text or call anyone.

  • apukwa Scott M. (@apukwa) reported from Port Moody, British Columbia

@gregobr @CarttCa @Bell I also wonder when these news stories are read by non-industry readers if there are some people left under the impression that their unserved village will all of the sudden get service as a license is obtained.

  • kylaepstein Kyla Epstein (@kylaepstein) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia

@Bell_Support Please give us an update. My phone service keeps going out. It’s been over 24 hours of this.

  • apukwa Scott M. (@apukwa) reported from Port Moody, British Columbia

@gregobr @Quebecor @Bell @TVASports If @CRTC doesn't slap them down hard, and fast, then they might as well give up regulating BDUs altogether. In Bell's position, I'd ask if it's okay to bootleg TVA Sports' signal from another BDU, or maybe even do it without asking. Perhaps with a Videotron box. ;)

  • AdamJ77 Adam (@AdamJ77) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia

@ciaramccormack @Bell @WhitecapsFC Noteworthy Indeed. That offends me. Their cell phone plans are terrible too

  • JCredTV JustinCredible.TV (@JCredTV) reported from North Vancouver, British Columbia

@MassMan44 @UW_Football @TSN_Sports @BCLions @Bell @FS1 Painful being a Huskies fan here, considering you can never miss a Seahawks game. Hopefully @DAZN_CA can start picking up more college games.

  • ShrubLoveYVR Mixers & Elixirs (@ShrubLoveYVR) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia

Worst EVER experience with @Bell! I am so upset!! Spent 2 calls with 2 reps I begged for a better offer as they don't offer shared data if you update your current plan. Now I have 20GIG that I can't share!!! Took my husband off the plan and moved his # to @FreedomMobile ...

  • vikkhanna Vik Khanna (@vikkhanna) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia

@Bell_Support @ocd_decorator You have failed @Bell_Support; next time, sent proactive SMS stating: 1. We have an issue 2. State issue 3. Say we are working on fixing 4. Will reach out again when fixed

  • jamiebillingham Jamie Billingham (@jamiebillingham) reported from New Westminster, British Columbia

@Bell_Support They’ve been phoning repeatedly and when I answer no one’s there. I asked customer support to put a note on my file to not call but apparently that hasn’t happened.

Bell Canada Issues Reports

  • Rae8465 RaeofSunshine☀️ (@Rae8465) reported

Hey @Bell, is there a way for a person to check their own profile to see how long they have been a client of yours without having to contact a rep? I don't mean contract wise.... I mean years of continous service..

  • KingPearye Smokey Bull 😤 (@KingPearye) reported

@ReidLaxn @Bell Check Xplornet and Shaw.. they are deploying in rural 🇨🇦 these days. Starlink is too slow and costs more.. I am in rural Quebec and never thought I would have FTTH at 500mbps at $70/month, but it came last summer.

  • Corbs97 Danielle Corbett (@Corbs97) reported

@Bell @PrimusHelps your guys service and customer service needs a lot of work. Absolute garbage.

  • facetious13 FaceyMedusa (@facetious13) reported

@bell.ca So fun when you pay bell so much every much over 300 bucks for over 72 maybe 130 months and they take away your email accounts Damn I could have bought two houses

  • ceesweetness Chantee (@ceesweetness) reported

@Bell are some real scammers, mek they does treat their customers suh

  • eyelovebeer 🇨🇦Don’t worry, be happy 😊 (@eyelovebeer) reported

@RejeannePuran @Bell Cancel them, they are thieves !

  • cptugger Matt Borutski (@cptugger) reported

@Bell At our home, .5 km from the hub, Bell wouldn't replace the rotten copper lines so we could get decent coverage. Our service dropped up to 36 times a day. With no plan to replace the lines, while still we opted for Starlink instead. 17 devices running, no lag. #dobetterBell

  • AllanBSportsFan bigaltoronto (@AllanBSportsFan) reported

@Bell A power surge on July 1st caused my t.v. receiver to malfunction. I was told I cannot get a new one at a Bell store. A service technician in a Bell truck will not bring a new one to my home, and a home service call is $75.00. This is unbelievable and totally unacceptable.

  • FredHow02132661 Fred Howard (@FredHow02132661) reported

@walkerpj1 @Swiftie01 @Bell I respectfully disagree. One transaction had fees of $700.00. Just for them to earn points. To recover that one transaction I would need to charge every customer another $2.00. Hardly fair since that was a company and my other customers consist of fixed income, and seniors.

  • K9sB4HMNS Wanda Tunski (@K9sB4HMNS) reported

Weeks of spotty Bell internet service, many calls to support, new antenna installed, a week later a new modem installed, still not fixed, work order “ticket” issued for a call back in 24 to 48 hrs no call - today started the whole cycle over @Bell @BellCanada30758 The worst!
