Kathryn (@Finnsspace) reported from North Vancouver, British Columbia@dalybeauty @Bell_Support When my mother died Bell would not let us cancel her phone. Had to wait out the year on her plan. Ridiculous.
-
Silver&BlackCanuck (@CanuckSlvrBlk) reported from Port Coquitlam, British Columbia@VancitySaggu It's solely on @bell. 650 is competition for them but they aren't thr ones who terminated good people to cut a profit. It's a harah industry with technology remodeling it regularly. What people are saying to SN650 staff is cowardly and I have no issue calling them out for it

Airdrie R. Miller (@airdrie_miller) reported from Burnaby, British Columbia@Bell I’ve been a huge supporter of your brand and pay you hundreds per month. No more, your company is not unlocking my daughter’s iPhone 7. Consider us broken-up.
-
Scott M. (@apukwa) reported from Port Moody, British Columbia@gregobr @Quebecor @Bell @TVASports If @CRTC doesn't slap them down hard, and fast, then they might as well give up regulating BDUs altogether. In Bell's position, I'd ask if it's okay to bootleg TVA Sports' signal from another BDU, or maybe even do it without asking. Perhaps with a Videotron box. ;)
-
The Bed Pan (@Nocturnal_Blink) reported from Coquitlam, British Columbia@TekSavvyBuzz @Bell it’s enough to make someone mental. #take from the poor etc
-
Scott M. (@apukwa) reported from Port Moody, British Columbia@gregobr @CarttCa @Bell I also wonder when these news stories are read by non-industry readers if there are some people left under the impression that their unserved village will all of the sudden get service as a license is obtained.
-
Grenville Riley (@grenvilleriley) reported from Coquitlam, British ColumbiaAbsolutely terrible customer service in store @Bell_LetsTalk @Bell - sent to 3 different shops for a broken tablet which I have only had a month. Finally told to contact manufacturer after 3 hours wasted. I am stunned at how much the store staff did not care. #metrotown

JustinCredible.TV (@JCredTV) reported from North Vancouver, British Columbia@enmand @Bell It's totally unless. Speed is another subject. At one time Fido had unlimited data plans, it was GPRS...not even 2G. It's still data. This is how Freedom Mobile and most US providers work as well. Simple slow downs, no overages.
-

Taylor Verrall 🌐🚀 (@TaylorVerrall) reported from Delta, British ColumbiaAfter their little stunt today, Bell Media should be required to pay back every single cent of the federal wage subsidy they took in. Giving your staff 30 mins notice that they were out of a job is a disgusting way to treat your employees. @BellMediaPR @Bell #Bell #BellLetsCut

The Mental Approach Podcast (@toddamus) reportedPeople in Canada talk quite a bit of sh@t about @rogers wireless, much of it warranted as the customer service has become horrendous. I recently switched to @Bell and I have never had worse wireless coverage in my life. Major metropolitan cities with next to no service. See attached screen shot as I sit in North Vancouver along the waterfront. I’m likely to switch back shortly.
