@Bell have upgrade 2 phones, paid taxes and fees, called customer service 10+ #lostcount ,requested a manager call back 3 times and nothing! Bill is still saying outstanding even though bell customer service keeps telling me they made a mistake. #nothappy #longtimecustomer

@enmand @Bell It's totally unlimited. Speed is another subject. At one time Fido had unlimited data plans, it was GPRS...not even 2G. It's still data. This is how Freedom Mobile and most US providers work as well. Simple slow downs, no overages.

The execs make it look so complicated when is really simple but they fight every penny for refunds although its Bells fault. As an employee I fought hard on customers behalf & got in trouble for refunds
