Bell Canada Issues Reports Near The Beaches, Ontario

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in The Beaches and nearby locations:

  • CarlosCarli Carlos Carli (@CarlosCarli) reported from Toronto, Ontario

Switched from @Rogers to @Bell based on a promise of faster internet speed. Disappointed outcome after just 24 hours. Bell might be faster since it uses finer optics, but their current hardware bottlenecks the wifi capabilities. I’m multiple tests with support tier 1,2 and 3

  • Dr50cal Josh Lucas (@Dr50cal) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@Bell_Support my internet is down. Im in Toronto

  • OllonqvistMarko Marko Ollonqvist (@OllonqvistMarko) reported from Toronto, Ontario

3/3: So @Bell is a company who gives you empty promises and their installations may cause a life threatening situation. And they will give you a 15 dollars discount for all the problems they've caused. So keep away from them. They say they are the best, but that's a lie. #Bell

  • mark_pereira Mark Pereira (@mark_pereira) reported from Toronto, Ontario

Never ever sign up with @bell for anything. They do not care about customers. They lied to me and give zero cares in helping me do what they told me they could. The @CRTCeng should investigate - this is false advertising and fraud.

  • OllonqvistMarko Marko Ollonqvist (@OllonqvistMarko) reported from Toronto, Ontario

1/3: @Bell just screwed me. They said they will cancel my Rogers network connection, but didn't do so. Then they promised me that they will contact their back office and get back to me within 24 hours - they didn't nor were they even going to (yeah, they actually said that).

  • fbricon Fred Bricon (@fbricon) reported from Toronto, Ontario

Super pissed at @Bell_Support for not showing up not once but twice, to repair my broken fiber optic cable, while feeding me bullshit over the phone. Maybe I'll be luckier tomorrow.

  • patricklauria Patrick Lauria (@patricklauria) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@beatrixarthur @Bell Ya, it's too bad. I liked @bell for the most part.

  • MeeMichie Michie Mee (@MeeMichie) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@Bell @Bell_Support 10pm time of fixing everything is changed without a notice till tomorrow would have never known if we didnt walk outside guess what **** your trash your technicians are trash smoking instead of fixing trust and believe don't get ANYTHING WITH THIS COMPANY

  • mark_pereira Mark Pereira (@mark_pereira) reported from Toronto, Ontario

1/2 So @Bell just decides that lies are ok. Been three months trying to activate esim since I became a new activation. Completely ****** me around coerced me into starting a plan with a physical sim knowing they would not be able to support a move to esim.

  • MeeMichie Michie Mee (@MeeMichie) reported from Toronto, Ontario

5 days no services STILL @Bell_Support @Bell haven't done anything to fix this @cp24 @globalnews 2 buildings with older ppl who need their phone to contact doctors cannot do so because of this lack of work ethic by this monster company #Disgraceful

  • jonirwin Jon Irwin (@jonirwin) reported from Toronto, Ontario

Thank you @Bell for raising my bill by $60 without warning I will be switching to @Rogers because they help keep your bill low.

  • 416cyclestyle Kuya XL (@416cyclestyle) reported from Toronto, Ontario

Snow day = Stay home from school to help shovel snow. Not to play @FortniteGame all day. Wifi cut off remotely using @Bell wifi app. #smarthome #iOT

  • aricguite Aric Guité (@aricguite) reported from Pape Village, Ontario

@shawnmicallef @JasonParis @Bell @BellMediaPR I’ve been in contact with the city about this, and last summer there was a “pilot program” to test removing those. Now they’re going ahead, with the intention of removing the ***** next. The designed a bad bin, and now they’re giving up on maintaining it.

  • dshory David Shory (@dshory) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@Bell_Support Your Home Phone sucks. I have had Call Privacy active on my line for ages and now, suddenly, it has stopped working and all Jesse at tech can offer is “use *11 again”. No logs, no investigation. Apparently 8 blocked telemarketing calls in a row isn’t excessive.

  • biz_crs Ryan (@biz_crs) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@Bell_Support all three support numbers I’ve been given have redirected me to Bell Aliant. I live in Ontario. Agents claim they can’t transfer me. The store can’t help...I just wanna talk to a human being about being grossly overbilled for the past 6 months. Please DM.

  • MeeMichie Michie Mee (@MeeMichie) reported from Toronto, Ontario

Here we go again with @Bell @Bell_Support services all shit again!!! And have the ***** to lie about coming to my unit **** that shit got me a lawyer time to #SueBell

  • OllonqvistMarko Marko Ollonqvist (@OllonqvistMarko) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@RogersHelps Thank you! This is how you show appreciation & respect towards your customer; it doesn't even matter that I'm no longer with you guys, but I sure will reconsider my decision after this. @Bell has a lot to learn from you guys; they only reacted when I made this a public matter.

  • mark_pereira Mark Pereira (@mark_pereira) reported from Toronto, Ontario

To anyone out there stay away from @bell - basically turning to a daily twitter crusade campaign to call them out everyday. #bell #canada #lies #worst #service #company #stayaway

  • MeeMichie Michie Mee (@MeeMichie) reported from Toronto, Ontario

Hey @Bell_Support @Bell you guys are full of shit timetable was 10pm now at 830 u gonna say tomorrow but no timetable **** YOU I'm off this shit !!! Bullshit service going on 4.5 days your service is shit your technicians are trash

  • Dr50cal Josh Lucas (@Dr50cal) reported from Toronto, Ontario

Bell Canada Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • OfficialMikeJYT OfficialMikeJ (@OfficialMikeJYT) reported

@Bell_Support check your phone lines/system I keep getting dropped calls with your agents. Really frustrating when I'm trying to resolve my slow internet speeds. I have had to call 6 times as of 9:15AM

  • ChristineShort8 Christine Short (@ChristineShort8) reported

@Bell why has my service been down for the past 7+hours in downtown Toronto ?

  • WolfAndWyrm Casey Wagner (@WolfAndWyrm) reported

Hi @Bell_Support :) At our location it says that the highest speed package is 25 mbps. But after we got it, the second and third months it ran at 200 mbps. (That was awesome, btw) But then it went back down to 25. 🥲 Did we just have access to the whole community speed then?

  • DanicaHrenovka Danica (@DanicaHrenovka) reported

@Bell With the number of spam and scam calls, will you ever solve the problem? You could easily develop a "white list" so that we can approve who we receive calls from. Why do you not do this?

  • DanicaHrenovka Danica (@DanicaHrenovka) reported

@slyyy @Bell Bell loves to talk about how great they are and how much they love solving problems but all they are good at is talking the talk but not walking the walk. Bell pays people in the Philippines less than $1 per hour to waste our time

  • hayleyjoe10 Hayley (@hayleyjoe10) reported

Never in my life have I had worse customer service than with @RBC, and I deal with @Bell. I'm not sure that an institution that has all my money can tell me via robot that my inquiry is not important when they don't know what my inquiry is.

  • SteveO_1973 Steve Hennessey (@SteveO_1973) reported

@MattBarnaby3636 @Bell I agree they had me wait at home for a technician with a 5 hour window and they never showed up. Sad to see a once great Canadian company go down the toilet.

  • nealer23 David Neale (@nealer23) reported

@Bell Hi, need some help. Two chats, a booked appointment with no callback and now three calls tonight that were dropped on the transfer re an epp account. Phone number 416 305 6866. David Neale

  • JoelALopata Joel Lopata (@JoelALopata) reported

Home internet is down since last evening. Likely won’t be up for another 24 hours I’m told. Really @Bell_Support ?! A lot of people rely on home internet for work nowadays.

  • NHL_PUBLISHING Ralph Dinger (@NHL_PUBLISHING) reported

@MattBarnaby3636 @Bell I gave up on them 20+ years ago. Terrible company.
