    @RogersHelps Save the patronizing bs. Happens too often. And because of the piss poor outside cable install by @Rogers @RogersHelps @Bell can't install without significant work. A 20+ year Customer /former employee and you've negated any goodwill.

    @Room57 @Bell_Support Bell tech support guy ( from call centre in the Philippines 😯 ) told me in span of ten minutes he went from zero callers in pending to almost five-thousand. Oops.

    @Bell I’ve been a customer for 3 years. I made a new order at my new place on Oct 9 and I am STILL waiting for the installation to happen. I’ve had SEVERAL really frustrating phone calls with your staff, promises of technician coming but noone showing up or even calling to cancel

    @Bell I have a billing issue, I spoke to CSR on Sunday they escalated my issue for further investigation and assured me I'd receive a call within 48hrs I haven't heard back

    @freedomsupport Sure, if I live in a basement or somewhere rural, but I refuse to believe this while I have excellent @Rogers and @Bell cellular service in the same condo unit which is located on a very prominent street in the city. My network is not even at half status as I type this.

    @bell wow your mobility customer service is top notch eh? Sorry that was supposed to be completely sarcastic. Want to upgrade phone yet I have to pay full price for the phone (divided over 24months locked contract AND have to do a new plan which increases by $30/month.

    The only solution is to build a new tower in the Antigonish area. I was told by the employee the only rapid solution: change provider! They said that!! I’m expected to use rural wifi for wifi calling but still pay the full cell bill. @Bell Many folks have complained about this.
