OLASEGA (@olasega) reported from Toronto, Ontario@Bell_Support after about 2 hours on the phone trying to fix it they told me to go pick up a new modem at their office which is 12 minutes away. I work from home and because of the long time wait trying to retrieve my wifi I was told to log off work(so I don’t get paid).

AZLO (@AZLOCDL) reported from Toronto, OntarioI’ve checked with my Internet speeds and I’m 700down, 20up at 11 ping — that isn’t the greatest but Rogers fibre is bad (and @Bell has no fibre student plans). I did a packet loss test and it’s not telling me much, or I don’t know how to read it. It’s getting unbearable.

I had been out running errands & working outside most of day, only realized TV was not working near 9pm. Guess scheduled shows won't be recorded to PVR. Watching Netflix.

OLASEGA (@olasega) reported from Toronto, Ontario@Bell_Support I went and got the new modem and after connecting it, it still wasn’t working, so I called them again and we were on the phone for about an hour and still no solution and the agent was telling me that the new modem I went to get is faulty as well.
