elle alder (@analogmotoring) reported from Toronto, Ontariofun: 3 hrs referred from @Bell store to store to store to find one to verify my identity at this address, only to find that I can only do so with a gas/power/water bill, but *not* a rental agreement—even though that covers all of those utilities. Never thought I’d consider Rogers
-
Oleander Floral (@OleanderFloral) reported from Toronto, OntarioHi @Bell_Support our internet and phone lines stopped working at 4pm today. 3 hours, 5 calls to Bell, different departments and disconnections and told tech can’t help us until Thursday July 1st. Jeffery (@ifonezombie) reported from Toronto, Ontario@Bell_Support quick and pleasant customer service but maybe have resources to say there is an outage rather than sending an unvaccinated guy to a mall to replace a modem which wasn’t broken? Better communication in and outside company would be great
-
Ron Perlman's chin (@burkby) reported from Toronto, Ontario@imthegaybaker @Bell @comcast Good luck! Bell responses are indeed robotic. All the responses from their call center in the Philippines are also heavily scripted. You pay a premium for the service, and they outsource the support to the cheapest customer service they can find. Says a lot.
-
Kαthy Alexiou (@KathyAlexiou) reported from Toronto, Ontario@Tribute2016dm @Bell_Support Ontario and Quebec are down. Watch on a device (bell fibe app) or on your laptop. We'll have to wait until bell resolves the issue

AZLO (@AZLOCDL) reported from Toronto, OntarioI’ve checked with my Internet speeds and I’m 700down, 20up at 11 ping — that isn’t the greatest but Rogers fibre is bad (and @Bell has no fibre student plans). I did a packet loss test and it’s not telling me much, or I don’t know how to read it. It’s getting unbearable.
-
John Daryl (@jhndryl) reported from Toronto, Ontario1/2 Hi @Bell_Support! I would like to commend Mr. Euly from Loyalty Department +1 (866) 301-1942, for shedding me some light on our Bell Service. Alessandro Stillo (@alstillo) reported from Vaughan, Ontario@AmazonHelp @Bell_Support - Be advised, a multitude of newly "refreshed" network names/items continue to mask their own digital identifiers (IP/MAC) to my network's integrities, accessing and serving remotely for their unauthorized accesses to my devices...
-
Damian Boissiere, CFA (@BoissiereRealty) reported from Toronto, OntarioTrying to switch from Rogers to Bell for internet and somehow Bell keeps dropping the ball. It's as if they don't want new customers. @Bell it should not take 3 appts and counting to figure out what is needed for my installation. Terrible first impression.
-
Bruce MacNeil (@bruce_in) reported from Toronto, Ontario@Food_Nomad @WriterWong @Bell is a mechanism for looting the poor of Canada.
-
Amanda Mae Risser (@AmandaRisser1) reported from Toronto, Ontario@UniforTheUnion @Bell why would an employee that doesn't get the same pension, etc. vote yes to strike to support people they don't even know and possibly lose money(income) and/or their job? They have nothing to gain from it. They aren't 'brothers' and 'sisters' as u say.
