Jeffrey Luscombe (@JeffreyLuscombe) reported from Toronto, OntarioMy favourite line working with @Bell_Support when I asked them to try calling my phone line when it suddenly went down. “We cannot call out by phone.” The phone company said (wrote) that to me. They cannot call out by phone.

Amanda Mae Risser (@AmandaRisser1) reported from Toronto, OntarioI heard this wasn't allowed but I still see and hear it. Also I heard @Bell blocked unpaid and paid "experts" from talking to other news outlets, etc. and that they had to have permission before doing and saying what they want. Why? Is that a problem? Why?
-
Shital Desai (@SaTSlabYorkU) reported from Toronto, Ontario@Bell_Support I have already done that several times. The support staff keeps giving new timelines. 12.30 pm was the latest, there is no solution. Do you think that giving us 30$ as compensation is enough after an outage for 2 days
-
Amanda Mae Risser (@AmandaRisser1) reported from Toronto, OntarioWhile working at CP24, Bellmedia & BloombergTV Canada I never understood why the anchors, reporters had to have their hair & makeup done by hired employees. It wasn't a choice. It took some 1 hour+. I thought the real news was the focus.@Bell @UniforTheUnion
-

-
Bobby Barbie (@BobbyBarbieX) reported from Toronto, Ontario@Bell_Support Hello. Are affected customers being compensated for the outage? My services have been affected.
-
Jeffery (@ifonezombie) reported from Toronto, Ontario@Bell_Support quick and pleasant customer service but maybe have resources to say there is an outage rather than sending an unvaccinated guy to a mall to replace a modem which wasn’t broken? Better communication in and outside company would be great
-
Ron Perlman's chin (@burkby) reported from Toronto, Ontario@imthegaybaker @Bell @comcast Good luck! Bell responses are indeed robotic. All the responses from their call center in the Philippines are also heavily scripted. You pay a premium for the service, and they outsource the support to the cheapest customer service they can find. Says a lot.
-
Aaron Rosenthal (@Aaron_Rosenthal) reported from Toronto, Ontario@bell has the gall to charge 50.00 s/h when buying an extra tv box for 8$/MTH to access their 300/mth service better. No option for pick up. #endmonopoly #endduopoly

-
Digitech (@digitech777) reported@Bell @Bell_LetsTalk you have pathetic sales reps. I spoke to a sales rep mentioning I’m coming from another service provider and he didn’t even let me finish and talking in between. Very rude behaviour. Asking me to be with the current service provider.
-
The Fifth Quarter (@TFQuarter) reportedHey @Bell Sell this company. You run it like you don’t even give a ****. Sell it to people who care. You’re embarrassing.

Silvana Marroncelli (@tayhaysil) reported@ryangerritsen @Bell My Rogers as well will be expiring at the end of the month. Not looking forward to haggling with the Rogers personnel. I find it stressful. Why not raise the cost of my service to the cost of living every year rather than go through this rigmarole every freaking year!
-
Steven (@Farrightburner) reported@Bell Idk if it's ur 5g towers or you modems or what but something took over the government just hasn't disclosed it yet. But it's psychopathic as in would *** Tribute ur dead children footage seen through u kind of evil. So like ******** u doin

-
Richard Purdy (@RickPurdy1959) reported@ryangerritsen @Bell I was with Rogers since back when they were ATT. Loyal for over 30 years. 3 cell phones on my plan. My bills were getting ridiculous. I asked them if I could get on the newcomer to Canada plan as it was considerably cheaper. ****** around for 3 days and in the end, I didnt qualify andthere was no way I was getting it. Called Telus, in 35 minutes I had a 2 year plan that was $128 cheaper per month so I went with them. Rogers called me for 4 days in a row, another department, customer retention, sales manager all wanting to give me a better deal, none of them had a good command of the English language. Told them the deal was done with Telus and kindly leave me alone. Then the call cente,r started, 2 or 4 calls a day for weeks from Rogers. I hate my country. I hate dealing with these monoply companies. There is not 1 thing that is good about Canada today.
-
Space & Defense Sector (@SpaceSector001) reported from Purpleville, Ontario@Coffee4Life365 @Rogers @Bell Yeah. Telus are stupid that way. I use to work for Telus in BC. AST is the total solution even in airplanes. But dtarlink was lol he good for laptops and stuff in the air.
