Way to go @Bell_Support! You’ve moved into top spot for worst companies to be a customer with in Canada. 👏🏼 👏🏼 👏🏼 PS - it’s 2021 and you’re a telecommunications company...it may be time to improve your phone service so head office isn’t delayed a couple of seconds on the calls.

Update - finally got ahold of @Bell_Support retention and I asked too many questions so they hung up on me. Not only do they make you feel bad and like an idiot for asking questions, but when you figure out their mischarge on your bill and question them, they hang up! 1/2

@AcanacInc @Dorky106 Actually tried to contact again. No such luck. As such, I contacted Bell and they had a technician on-site today. I have switched back over to @Bell and haven’t been with them in over a decade. I hope to be able to contact you later soon so I can cancel and get a refund.

@Bell_Support don’t call a customer to offer them discounts to come back to you and then charge them full price when their bill comes after 4 phone calls. What a joke. Now I’be been on hold for like 20 minutes waiting to talk to customer service.

@Bell never experienced such a headache trying to signup as a new customer (porting my number from @Rogers) Literally spent 4 HOURS on calls and reps just blame the 'system'. Was adding a monthly mobility plan but now i'm even debating if I should even keep my home internet.

I bought 2 iphone 13’s on black friday deal from north vancouver. Dealer store is not adhering with 15 day customer satisfaction guarantee and charging me 200 dollars per phone to return even under 15 days or 30% restocking fee @Bell_Support @VirginPlus

@Bell_Support We’ll see if what the quote said is what I get. Im waiting for the 4000 hub to be delivered. But honestly costumer service was not very good.
