Amanda Mae Risser (@AmandaRisser1) reported from Toronto, OntarioWhile working at CP24, Bellmedia & BloombergTV Canada I never understood why the anchors, reporters had to have their hair & makeup done by hired employees. It wasn't a choice. It took some 1 hour+. I thought the real news was the focus.@Bell @UniforTheUnion
-
Davinder Chopra (@ChopraDk) reported from Toronto, Ontario@Bell channel # 808 is not showing any live content and merely repeating recorded version for the last 2 weeks. Any technical issue? When will original content be available?
-
K.T. Anglehart (@kt_anglehart) reported from Carleton Village, Ontario@Bell_Support what is happening with the intent outage in my area? It's been since Thursday night. Ridiculous.

Matthew 🇨🇦 (@jmwensley) reported from Toronto, Ontario@Bell_Support I have a problem that I’m sure you can help with. I spent hours getting transferred from one department to another today, and then was told “can’t help you”

-
AZLO (@AZLOCDL) reported from Toronto, OntarioI’ve checked with my Internet speeds and I’m 700down, 20up at 11 ping — that isn’t the greatest but Rogers fibre is bad (and @Bell has no fibre student plans). I did a packet loss test and it’s not telling me much, or I don’t know how to read it. It’s getting unbearable.
-
THE WOOD COMMISSION (@Thewoodcomm) reported from Toronto, Ontario@ItsDeanBlundell @Bell_Support Ironic how Bell can never call us back.....not allowed in the system!

Aaron Rosenthal (@Aaron_Rosenthal) reported from Toronto, Ontario@bell has the gall to charge 50.00 s/h when buying an extra tv box for 8$/MTH to access their 300/mth service better. No option for pick up. #endmonopoly #endduopoly
-
ist🏌️⛳️🥃🍻🚴♂️ (@itoope) reported from Toronto, Ontario@Bell_Support fibe tv still not working. Once again another update breaks everything.
-
Jeffery (@ifonezombie) reported from Toronto, Ontario@Bell_Support quick and pleasant customer service but maybe have resources to say there is an outage rather than sending an unvaccinated guy to a mall to replace a modem which wasn’t broken? Better communication in and outside company would be great
-
Lisa (@lisastar08) reported from Toronto, OntarioWhen you call @Bell_Support for help with your internet connection and all they do is have the robot reboot your modem and hang up on you instead of getting to speak to someone 😡🤬
-
M (@DrN0mad) reported from Toronto, Ontario@Bell_Support I know. I can't sign in. My Brother pays the Fibe Bill. But the CraveTV account is mine. So I can't sign in

James Harbeck, still here (@sesquiotic) reported from Toronto, OntarioFun day. I find out that @chaptersindigo hasn’t delivered an e-gift card I paid for and they said they had sent, but just as I’m trying to contact customer service my @Bell home service abruptly craps out. (I’m using my Telus mobile phone to tweet.)
-
sufferin (@DufferinRider) reported from Toronto, Ontario@Bell_Support are you reporting any internet service issues today in Toronto?

𝐏𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐩 𝐓𝐞𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐡 𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐞, 𝐏𝐡𝐃 (@ModernAgri_Tips) reported@Bell If the average Canadian consumer matters to you, please send me a DM instead of asking me to send one to you. You know there are restrictions that prevent some users from initiating DMs. Asking me to message you when I can't does little to resolve the issue.
-
Pixel (@dizzylazypixel) reported@Bell_Support why is your internet so unstable?!?!? There’s been frequent outage in my area over the weeks. Seriously, what is going on? I should switch to Rogers now!!
-
Kevin MacKenzie (@kevthegrad) reported@Rogers @Bell dear telecommunications Giants, as somebody who drives between Peterborough Ontario and York region every single day, I just wanted to ask how it is conceivable in 2026 that I cannot maintain a phone call along Highway 115 without signal death !?!? Fix your towers!
