@Bell_Support I would like to know how to get off your telephone spam service. I am getting multiple calls a day from 18669880885 after installation of services to my apartment. I would like the incessant calls from your marketing department to stop.

  • olasega
OLASEGA (@olasega) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@Bell_Support I went and got the new modem and after connecting it, it still wasn’t working, so I called them again and we were on the phone for about an hour and still no solution and the agent was telling me that the new modem I went to get is faulty as well.

  • mobeenlalani
Mobeen Lalani (@mobeenlalani) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@Bell - What is the world is wrong with this company? How do you RANDOMLY go under service maintenance without notifying your customers? I have work and school classes and I can’t access my internet until the end of day? ARE YOU KIDDING ME?

  • vbhandari82
Vikram Bhandari 💚 (@vbhandari82) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@Do_Shawn We’re on the intersection of Main and Danforth in Toronto and our internet went down just a few minutes ago as well! @Bell_Support

  • trifectaRN
Margaret Saari RN, PhD (@trifectaRN) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@Rogers why still no service? Definitely not an “intermittent outage”. From when I woke up this morning until now, I have had zero service. Luckily my work phone is with @Bell. Looks like it may be time to switch.

  • midtowngord
midtowngord (@midtowngord) reported from Toronto, Ontario

Watching the #BlueJays game on a chrome book. @Bell Fibe is down and looking at a website it looks like it is down all over Ontario (I've seen Ottawa, Collingwood Toronto, Mississauga etc.,) and even saw a report from Quebec. Atleast the internet is working 🤞🤞🤞

  • 4Scarrs_Gaming
Jon Scarr 🇨🇦🎮 (@4Scarrs_Gaming) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@Basel_Sabbagh @Bell @Bell_Support Oh wow. Hopefully they fix whatever the issue is and get you back up and running.

  • KerrEteach
Kevin Kerr (@KerrEteach) reported from Toronto, Ontario

Not usually one for these type of tweets but DONE with @Bell @Bell_Support. Into day two of no phone, wifi or TV. ZERO outreach, only info is from us calling or DM. Vague details of a fix by 10 pm tomorrow. Unacceptable. Rogers, here we come.

  • BobbyBarbieX

@marywells_xo @Bell_Support For everyone having issues, the Bell Fibe app is working so you can at least use that in the mean time.

  • kuso055
AY ✨ (@kuso055) reported from Toronto, Ontario

If you’re considering switching your internet provider, DON’T switch to @Bell. My area has had an Internet outage for FOUR consecutive days.@Bell_Support has no idea what’s going on. I’ve already missed two days of work and at this rate who knows if we’ll have Internet on Monday

  • matstamind
m (@matstamind) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@Bell_Support 1 week into having internet and already connection issues and I supposedly got the highest speeds. 🙄

  • CharLehLi
Charlie Li (@CharLehLi) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@Bell already regretting for being a new customer with you guys. Way to go with false advertising and tricking your customers with your incentives that never happened. #getittogether #falseadvertising

  • sen127
Modern Pundit (@sen127) reported from Toronto, Ontario

If you want to have the worse telecom experience go with @Rogers. They have all this network outages and connection issues and still if you keep it they don’t appreciate the business. Customer service/sales are rude. Better cancel instead of calling them. Go with @Bell or @TELUS

  • ChristineMF21
Christine Marinho (@ChristineMF21) reported from Toronto, Ontario

Awful experience with @Bell_Support! Over 4 hours that included a visit to the store and calls to over 5 agents with no resolution. How hard is it to connect an Apple Watch to your phone plan? #bellissues #nocustomerservice

  • cadenceweapon
Cadence Weapon (@cadenceweapon) reported from The Beaches, Ontario

    @JennJefferys @Bell_LetsTalk @Bell I’m speaking hypothetically. I’m a Virgin customer (I guess they use Bell lines)

  • oralpholiveira
Ralph Oliveira (@oralpholiveira) reported from Toronto, Ontario

Two of your agents are in my house right now installing a new order that I put of pure fiber, @Bell_Support Jesus Christ, why those guys have to speak on the phone all the time while they are at customer's house? This is completely inappropriate!

@Bell_Support Channel 1509 should be CNBC Squawk Box but it's showing CNBC World. Please escalate and fix asap. Thx.

@EyitayoFajinmi @Highteaspeaks @Bell Yes, just call the customer service and tell them that you wanna switch to BYOD Max plan (Bring Your Own Device).

  • ErnieFemiOwen
    Ernie (@ErnieFemiOwen) reported

@MichaelBrains @Highteaspeaks @Bell But how Freedom’s network reach though??? I think Fido is also after my life 😭😭😭 almost $60 for 20GB

  • lgadoury
    Linda Gadoury (@lgadoury) reported

@Bell same issue ABC channel 1221 in Spanish NBAFinals why am I paying for this??

  • Djaymania
    Ayodeji Prime (@Djaymania) reported

@Highteaspeaks @Bell Phone and plan 60 after tax. This is better than just a 25 after tax plan though. In my opinion. (Works for me anyway). Seems network not too reliable on cheaper plans(20-25 per month plans).

  • dynamozes
    Moses (@dynamozes) reported

@Highteaspeaks @Bell Try to get on an employee program with either Telus or Rogers. If you don't mind issues with network coverage sometimes and the likes, then try Koodo or Fido for cheaper plans. But if you want a plan that's 5g and the likes, then I'll suggest the Big 3. Worked for them before

  • heyboonsuccess
    Heyboonsuccess (@heyboonsuccess) reported

@Highteaspeaks @Bell Try Telus Mobile $36.72 after tax , 5g network 75gb with 200 minutes free call to Nigeria. That’s my monthly plan.

  • xskyylinex
    ⛅️Skii🌩️ (@xskyylinex) reported

@possiblecanadia @Bell They’ve been horrible, this past month I’ve had a technician over 3 times and I was without internet for a full 24 hours yesterday I went insane but not as bad as my mom did with no wifi

  • rob_newman
    Rob Newman (@rob_newman) reported

@tsn I am PAYING for a subscription and am on the @Bell network, but the feed has failed four times on the biggest match in Canada. Figure it out.

  • alentyler
    † Data Babe (@alentyler) reported

@Highteaspeaks @Bell If you have a Costco membership card , you can check out any Fido or Roger’s stand in Costco. Most times they offer good deals. I was able to cut mine down from around 85 or so to 40$ tax included.
