We could get a connection for 3 mins maybe then it would disconnect for 5mins for 2.5 days. They didnโt send a tech out until Sunday! Dude confirmed there was a problem with a box

They have all this network outages and connection issues and still if you keep it they donโt appreciate the business. Customer service/sales are rude. Better cancel instead of calling them. I pay for 2 screens but our tv in the basement isnโt a smart tv with internet. It only worked down there bc Netflix had a channel on FIBE but now they donโt Iโm going to downgrade back to one screen
