I had been out running errands & working outside most of day, only realized TV was not working near 9pm. Guess scheduled shows won't be recorded to PVR. Watching Netflix.

After multiple conversations and repeated assurances, Iโm now being told itโs only partially cancelled. This is unbelievably frustrating. I genuinely donโt understand how a simple cancellation can be this difficult. Signing up took 5 minutes; cancelling has taken 24 hours and still isnโt resolved. There are so many areas where there is no service at all, or while driving north, even to Espanola or Elliot Lake, calls drop consistently!
