    @RogersHelps Save the patronizing bs. Happens too often. And because of the piss poor outside cable install by @Rogers @RogersHelps @Bell can't install without significant work. A 20+ year Customer /former employee and you've negated any goodwill.

    @Bell I have a billing issue, I spoke to CSR on Sunday they escalated my issue for further investigation and assured me I'd receive a call within 48hrs I haven't heard back

    @freedomsupport Sure, if I live in a basement or somewhere rural, but I refuse to believe this while I have excellent @Rogers and @Bell cellular service in the same condo unit which is located on a very prominent street in the city. My network is not even at half status as I type this.

    @Bell how do we track service upgrades? Our neighbours have been enjoying wireless internet for months. We have been stuck waiting because the tower is embargo. No timeline or end in sight. Internet in rural Ontario is so tough to secure 😥
