    1/2 Hi @Bell_Support! I would like to commend Mr. Euly from Loyalty Department +1 (866) 301-1942, for shedding me some light on our Bell Service. He has showed good customer service and did way way better than the previous customer representative I have spoke to.

    Watching the #BlueJays game on a chrome book. @Bell Fibe is down and looking at a website it looks like it is down all over Ontario (I've seen Ottawa, Collingwood Toronto, Mississauga etc.,) and even saw a report from Quebec. Atleast the internet is working ๐Ÿคž๐Ÿคž๐Ÿคž

    @Bell I just signed up with Bell Sept 11. Already I am being lied to regarding fees and being treated like sh*t by the customer service. Not giving a good impression already ๐Ÿ˜ก

    And the award for the worst possible internet service is @Bell our modem is less than feet away from the TV and this is the second day in a row @PrimeVideo wonโ€™t work bc of our crappy connectivity ๐Ÿคฌ๐Ÿคฌ๐Ÿคฌ not to mention the 8 hour service outtage a week ago!

    If you want to have the worse telecom experience go with @Rogers. They have all this network outages and connection issues and still if you keep it they donโ€™t appreciate the business. Customer service/sales are rude. Better cancel instead of calling them. Go with @Bell or @TELUS

    @UniforTheUnion @Bell why would an employee that doesn't get the same pension, etc. vote yes to strike to support people they don't even know and possibly lose money(income) and/or their job? They have nothing to gain from it. They aren't 'brothers' and 'sisters' as u say.

    @Bell_Support FIBE TV still out in Scarborough, but Internet & phone OK. I had been out running errands & working outside most of day, only realized TV was not working near 9pm. Guess scheduled shows won't be recorded to PVR. Watching Netflix.

    @Shudder @ShudderCanada You should know that Bell Canada is beyond lacking when it comes to customer service. This particular problem, it's been nearly a month ... nothing done. Sadly, not an encouraging launch for your partnership with them. @Bell_Support has never responded.

    Trying to switch from Rogers to Bell for internet and somehow Bell keeps dropping the ball. It's as if they don't want new customers. @Bell it should not take 3 appts and counting to figure out what is needed for my installation. Terrible first impression.

    @mom2_k_and_p @Bell @Netflix_CA It is. That has nothing to do with it. Netflix used to be available on BELL fibe and now it no longer is. Itโ€™s not an โ€œaccount issueโ€ I have a Samsung smart tv luckily it has a separate app for Netflix, figured it out

    @louford1 @Bell_Support If it makes you feel any better, @Rogers told you to do that and then when it doesn't work they try to up-sell you to Ignite. I told them when they get the service that I have actually working and stable, I'll consider upgrading.

    @Bell itโ€™s 2026, why does your mobility services not support outgoing caller name display? This should be stardand especially for business mobility clients who want the name of their business shown when they call clients. Telus and Rogers has this standard.

    @Bell_Support And now I'm being told by the customer service agent that I was "misled" by the former 2 agents about the bundle credit. The first agent told me to call back if credit wasn't applied; the second agent told me he re-applied the credit. Looks like it's time 2 find a new provider ๐Ÿคž๐Ÿป

    @CTVNews try to get a job with @bell, so they can outsource your job overseas. meetings will take 1 hour instead of 20 minutes due to language barrier, and when systems go offline you can spend more time on the phone than resolving the issue. also, they get paid less with less benefits as they are contractors.

    @nath_beauregard @Bell I've been with Telus for decades with my internet, and not once has the bill gone up but the speed of the service did. When I started I was paying $99/month for 1.5Mbit DSL service and now I'm still paying $99/month for 3000Mbit up/down. Just look periodically at their plans.
