And the award for the worst possible internet service is @Bell our modem is less than feet away from the TV and this is the second day in a row @PrimeVideo won’t work bc of our crappy connectivity 🤬🤬🤬 not to mention the 8 hour service outtage a week ago!

It’s rather concerning to me that on multiple calls with @Bell_Support the reps have spent more time trying to upsell me on new and additional features (I literally JUST signed up) than fixing my issues. Oh, in case you’re wondering, no my issues didn’t get resolved.
