And now I’m told I need to wait 6 months before I can transfer the account to her name. I wouldn’t have signed up. Scummy move and makes me regret switching to Bell

Called and spoke to a tech, who clearly had limited experience, and no resolution and she hung up on me when i asked for a supervisor callback.
