She finally agreed and when the tech came out he realized we did have a faulty box in the tv room in the basement and no cable down there for 6 months

AZLO (@AZLOCDL) reported from Toronto, OntarioIโve checked with my Internet speeds and Iโm 700down, 20up at 11 ping โ that isnโt the greatest but Rogers fibre is bad (and @Bell has no fibre student plans). I did a packet loss test and itโs not telling me much, or I donโt know how to read it. Itโs getting unbearable.

I pay $100 mth for the service. Never had an issue with them.
