They have all this network outages and connection issues and still if you keep it they don’t appreciate the business. Customer service/sales are rude. Better cancel instead of calling them. Netflix used to be available on BELL fibe and now it no longer is. It’s not an “account issue” I have a Samsung smart tv luckily it has a separate app for Netflix, figured it out

We could get a connection for 3 mins maybe then it would disconnect for 5mins for 2.5 days. They didn’t send a tech out until Sunday! Dude confirmed there was a problem with a box

I had been out running errands & working outside most of day, only realized TV was not working near 9pm. Guess scheduled shows won't be recorded to PVR. Watching Netflix.
