@Bell_Support Every time they do they just tell us our house is too big for the wifi to reach every angle which is a ridiculous excuse. We got the boosters hoping to fix the issue but as you can see it’s very much hit and miss

My @Bell wifi is down, and my @Rogers LTE is barely getting a signal. This is the telecom gov’t-mandated oligopoly in Canada: excessively expensive and terrible quality.

@Bell_Support - while it is never fun to lose services, the last 24 hours from broken to fixed has had every touchpoint work flawlessly. Your tech on site today was top notch, call center prompt and polite. Thank you!

So my @Rogers Ignite is down. Used my @Bell service to contact you. Got a COVID questionnaire even though your tech people won’t come inside anyway. Internet is essential in these times. I work from home and have to pay double as neither is reliable.

@gregobr @tower_Guy @Bryson_M @shruti_shekar @Bell @RogersHelps @NavdeepSBains Problem is that if you don't get a new 5G phone, you would still be paying for someone else who does. Maybe less so with the current financing model, but that is one of the problems with having meaningful competition only at the top end of the market.

@Bell Renting an extension is about as stupid as you can get. Bell takes advantage of customers who don't know better and should be regulated heavily to the brink of bankruptcy. @CRTCeng

@Bell I have been told by Bell that I must switch my landline to fibe by March 2023. Coincidentally?? today my landline is not working and they refuse to send a technician even though I’m paying for the service. I guess monopolies don’t have to service paying customers.
