    @cogecohelps When I called to ask about what happened, the person who answered my call decided to hang up on me, she was rude, aggressive and never allowed me to finish my sentences. Of course I have her name and definitely I will not hire Cogeco after this bitter experience.

    @cogecohelps Is Internet down in Oakville? Been down for me for past 20 mins. Rebooted Cogeco router but still offline. 30 min wait for call centre support. Checking website on mobile not showing outage. And yes, bill is paid is current :)

    @cogecohelps Thanks , however That wasn’t the problem at all, it was on your end , cogeco tech support had to initialize it from their end , all fixed, a bit of a wait ( 1 hr) to get through , but it was fixed only by tech support , not “resetting” the modem, or the outage , all is good

    Dear @cogeco as a new customer, I'm very disappointed in your customer service. Our new TiVo was installed over a month ago and never worked! I have been on the phone with your IT department every day since, with no solution in sight. Will be cancelling if not fixed asap!
