    @TOBenfica Yeah I loved that service until Cogeco and TSN broke up in January. Frustrating. Cogeco is happy to let you get to the Sportsnet app but not the TSN one.

    It’s 9:48pm in Oakville Ontario. Anyone else still having issues with #cogeco Internet and phone services. On hold with them and there is no recorded messages about problems.

    I can’t believe how bad the new #cogeco user interface is for Tivo ... most of the time it doesn’t work if you’re trying to get to anything other than the channel listings... they have made my mind for me... dropping cable after #epl season in May

    Cogeco dropping TSN Go is a minor thing but it bugs me. Researching internet options ... 2 blocks away from my house - in a new development - Bell offers 1.5 Gbps fiber service. Here, Bell only offers 50 Mbps. Grrr.

    @cogecohelps "vs. the few that actually use it" sort of describes 90% of the channels I currently get on my Cogeco package and never watch. Am already paying for both high speed Internet, and TSN; I'm disappointed you can't make this work.

    @cogecohelps When I called to ask about what happened, the person who answered my call decided to hang up on me, she was rude, aggressive and never allowed me to finish my sentences. Of course I have her name and definitely I will not hire Cogeco after this bitter experience.

    @JamesThomper @RichPelts @cogeco When they forced me to the modem/router combo is when I had the issue. The original Cisco modem and my own router worked fine. The cables in my area are bad, and the combos didn't handle errors properly. Tech support didn't believe my assessment. So I ditched cogeco.

Paying for 10Mb/s upload and only getting less than 5Mb/s. @cogeco tech promises advertised 10Mb/s if I switch to them. #leapfrogtactic

    @RichPelts @cogeco I went to a reseller using different hardware on the same lines to solve my internet issues. The cogeco modems seem to be junk. (btw also pay half the price for faster)

    @mousky1967 @shruti_shekar @OpenMediaOrg @ltribe Just remember: that local ISP is riding on the Cogeco network to get to your house. Cogeco invests annually for the upkeep and upgrade of that network. The key here is what rates are right to allow Cogeco to invest, and allow that local ISP to offer you a competitive service.

    @fordnation Doug, Could you please do something about Cogeco cable. The personnel is abusive. Refusing to disconnect services. Charging a fee for each service not just an account. Overcharged on billing.
