    @taykmr @mssweetmarie @Bell_Support @BellFibe I tried to get @cogeco but they said there was no line to my house and never ended up putting one in or setting me up. So seems that no one has good customer service. I wish there were options.

    @cogeco Hi Jodi! We’ve reset the modem and spoke with customer support yesterday for 30 minutes and they couldn’t fix it, so a repair person is supposed to be coming by today!

    There is a reported internet issue along Steeles Avenue. Cogeco says it could last up to two hours as the technician works to solve the problem.

    @cogeco Hi Jodi... called about 10x.... had a technician out he said a crew would be out to fix things two days ago. We havent had TV, Internet or Phone working since last Thurs! I want to see!!! 🚐🚧⚒

    @cogeco That’s good advice but not everyone has a Smart TV. It’s a backward way to go about it. Much better if Cogeco fixes the problem at its source.

    @cogeco I already called in earlier and the lady I spoke to said she would be back to me in 5 mins that was several hours ago now. I had the engineer here yesterday and another one last week. We can just go on and on, it’s something outside my house. Down to you sorry

    @cogeco To be honest with you I have reached out to them for several years now, there are lots of businesses around here and the demand must be greater than the supply the service is poor and it’s up to you to fix it. I’m the customer I would prefer you take it up on my behalf

    @Bell I’m new costumer I’ve been waiting a week for cable & wifi installation. contacted costumer service and what I got as a answer was “if you are not happy you can cancel you order” i will and go back with cogeco at least they’re nice ppl thanks !

    @cogeco Correct. Primarily shows on HGTV but also some CBC shows are showing as new when they should be showing as repeats.i have series recordings for NEW episodes in my dvr so now have over 20 hours of erroneous recordings scheduled Wed to Saturday alone. This is a repetitive issue.

    @cogeco Moved last year, Cogeco was there on the day we moved in, hooked up tv, phone and internet. Tech was there for about 1/2 hour, best service ever. Thanks Cogeco.

    @cogeco I’m sure there is a very high degree of likelihood that self install will succeed and I prefer that the tech not enter, but I can’t take the chance: Rogers also doesn’t enter and while Bell does enter, they only offer 5 Mbps service.

    @cogeco To be more proactive, my tests show I require a temp drop line from the pole (directly outside) to my home. I am 99% certain this is an @cogeco issue. If an install was done or not this is @cogeco infrastructure and needs to be maintained on my street. That is @cogeco issue.

    @cogeco Hi Jodi, I appreciate the quick response, Cogeco was scheduled to do and complete the install but yes the service will be with startca. I am really coax savvy and my signal strength was tested on sunday and did not change yesterday. There was no install.
