At 10pm called in to @Execulink and they say they have no reported issues on their end and suspect a @cogeco line issue that hasn't been reported to them by Cogeco. I’m the customer I would prefer you take it up on my behalf

We were troubleshooting a long list of reasons for outage that would have been known if Cogeco let Execulink know about outage!
