@cogeco There was a power outage in Burlington this afternoon. I called technical support to ask if there is any way around keeping the Arris modem in operation. Call was at 15:54 for 6 minutes if you want to listen to it. I had to repeat myself. Agent was clueless and useless

@Bell I’m new costumer I’ve been waiting a week for cable & wifi installation. contacted costumer service and what I got as a answer was “if you are not happy you can cancel you order” i will and go back with cogeco at least they’re nice ppl thanks !

@cogeco To be honest with you I have reached out to them for several years now, there are lots of businesses around here and the demand must be greater than the supply the service is poor and it’s up to you to fix it. I’m the customer I would prefer you take it up on my behalf

@cogeco I already called in earlier and the lady I spoke to said she would be back to me in 5 mins that was several hours ago now. I had the engineer here yesterday and another one last week. We can just go on and on, it’s something outside my house. Down to you sorry

@Bell_Support I recently switched to Bell Fibe for TV and internet from Satellite and Cogeco internet, It could be the worst mistake I may have made for entertainment and communications. Internet is fine but it’s been nothing but issues with the PVR receivers since installation.

@cogecohelps Over the past 3 weeks, I have had 3s-6s Page load times on a 1gbps subscription. Switching to google's DNS made these pages load instantly. I realize this is not your fault, but please get someone to fix Cogeco's DNS. My LTE mobile hotspot loads pages faster.

@paulkennethmag1 @cogeco Totally agree, we switched from Bell in November and although I keep trying to work things out it’s a nightmare. The $$$ savings were great but when your wifi is constantly going down it’s not a saving at all, just frustrating!

Hey @cogeco @cogecohelps, I was told by a technician yesterday that I'd have a new router if mine had issues (which it does) & today when the technician came, there was no router in hand & here I am now paying full price for a service that isn't working properly.
