My HD channels including on demand stopped working last Thursday night. After a VERY long weekend a tech arrived and was able to fix problem , now ANOTHER 5 business days! Hating cogeco!

We were troubleshooting a long list of reasons for outage that would have been known if Cogeco let Execulink know about outage!

Been a customer for 25+ years and still have to make the annual call to get the bill and rate adjusted to latest promo. Such a bad business practice! I'm keeping an eye on her, checking on her regularily. This should never happen. We aren't in a war zone, a Corp. must always have back-up.
