    @cogeco I have now wasted 2 evenings waiting for a technician to not show up. At least on Tuesday I got a phone call to cancel at the last minute.

    @cogecohelps Bell, Rogers, Telus, Shaw, and a dozen others are all prepared to provide the @TSN_Sports Go service to their customers; I'm disappointed Cogeco won't.

    Cogeco dropping TSN Go is a minor thing but it bugs me. Researching internet options ... 2 blocks away from my house - in a new development - Bell offers 1.5 Gbps fiber service. Here, Bell only offers 50 Mbps. Grrr.

    @cogecohelps please, send a service man out to fix this cable please for the love of God. I have to find a place to live for June 1st. My 3 kids are relying on me to find a roof. I can't without a phone and internet and Cogeco gives zero *****.

    @cogeco There was a power outage in Burlington this afternoon. I called technical support to ask if there is any way around keeping the Arris modem in operation. Call was at 15:54 for 6 minutes if you want to listen to it. I had to repeat myself. Agent was clueless and useless

    @cogecohelps At least you have a tv with working cable to watch the Leaf game! My HD channels including on demand stopped working last Thursday night. After a VERY long weekend a tech arrived and was able to fix problem , now ANOTHER 5 business days! Hating cogeco!

    The new #cogeco interface is absolute sh*t ...nothing works... when it does for a bit it’s slow as molasses... and then decides to reset Result= when premier league season is over, we’re dropping cable

    @cogecohelps "vs. the few that actually use it" sort of describes 90% of the channels I currently get on my Cogeco package and never watch. Am already paying for both high speed Internet, and TSN; I'm disappointed you can't make this work.

    I can’t believe how bad the new #cogeco user interface is for Tivo ... most of the time it doesn’t work if you’re trying to get to anything other than the channel listings... they have made my mind for me... dropping cable after #epl season in May

    It’s 9:48pm in Oakville Ontario. Anyone else still having issues with #cogeco Internet and phone services. On hold with them and there is no recorded messages about problems.

    @cogeco please fix your internet services. This is outrageous... Horrible internet speeds and connectivity these past 2 weeks. Already over my data limit thanks to you guys...

    @cogeco around 8 mb is my internet speed tonight shut off everything rebooted the router and 8.57 mb is supposed to be close to 1 terabyte. Wtf am I paying for DSL is faster.

    @cogecohelps We still cannot connect the iPad to our Cogeco shows. It continues to come up as, ‘Sign in error.’ The technician yesterday said it was an app issue. When will it be resolved?

    Such lies. Spoke to a tech @cogeco at 10:30pm & I asked, "How bad WAS the wind storm there", he said he was answering the call from #Windsor & he stalled as he stuttered "No, not bad". Considering the automated message while waiting I’d say it was 9 AM in India. #cogeco #ONStorm

    @cogeco why do u guys sell modems with faulty chipsets, and then not allow customers to change modems. intel puma cpus are known for being **** and it's the only thing u offer. i cant ******* win with canadian isps dude i just wanna play melee.

    Yikes @cogeco guy at my door trying to get us to switch legit just asked me if I pay the bills or my husband does. Ummm, what? Have you updated your training manual in the last 30 years? Epic fail.
