We were troubleshooting a long list of reasons for outage that would have been known if Cogeco let Execulink know about outage!

I was able to connect Cogeco, the problem was half addressed. W/ a Technician coming in on Thurs; when in this case is late&very urgent. I shouldn't be spending 3+ hours on my day off considering I'm an RN in a busy ICU.

I had the engineer here yesterday and another one last week. We can just go on and on, itβs something outside my house. Down to you sorry
