We were troubleshooting a long list of reasons for outage that would have been known if Cogeco let Execulink know about outage!

I've sent so many emails to customers/clients over the years that get needlessly bounced/thrown in spam bc cogeco's email servers have really bad detection.

Chris C. (@mad4erit) reportedHi @cogeco there has been a recent update to EPICO and since then the Plex app often starts to play a movie without video (audio only). The only fix is to restart the EPICO box, other Plex clients around the house are unaffected - please investigate.
