This is quite unusual. Is there network maintenance going on or something?

I was able to connect Cogeco, the problem was half addressed. W/ a Technician coming in on Thurs; when in this case is late&very urgent. We were troubleshooting a long list of reasons for outage that would have been known if Cogeco let Execulink know about outage!
