My HD channels including on demand stopped working last Thursday night. After a VERY long weekend a tech arrived and was able to fix problem , now ANOTHER 5 business days! Hating cogeco!

I had the engineer here yesterday and another one last week. We can just go on and on, it’s something outside my house. Down to you sorry

At 10pm called in to @Execulink and they say they have no reported issues on their end and suspect a @cogeco line issue that hasn't been reported to them by Cogeco. Clare A (@Murphysmom67) reportedRN I switched from Telus to Cogeco. I was told I didnt need a new SIM card bc Cogeco runs on Telus lines. Telus just disconnected me from the network. I have no calls, text or data. Your Chat line told me to call Mobility support. Apparently they dont understand what not activated on the network means. I need a Cogeco SIM card or to b reconnected to the network. What can u do to help? @cogecohelps
