I was able to connect Cogeco, the problem was half addressed. W/ a Technician coming in on Thurs; when in this case is late&very urgent. I shouldn't be spending 3+ hours on my day off considering I'm an RN in a busy ICU.

I called technical support to ask if there is any way around keeping the Arris modem in operation. Call was at 15:54 for 6 minutes if you want to listen to it. I had to repeat myself. Had some tech issues needed a technician just got a $75 technician charge but Iβll fight it tomorrow
