I called technical support to ask if there is any way around keeping the Arris modem in operation. Call was at 15:54 for 6 minutes if you want to listen to it. I had to repeat myself. But the crazy thing is that this new modem is known to have problems and yet they still sell and install them!

Only thing that works on the network is my Firestick. I’ve reset the modem as well, nothing worked! Thanks in advance

We were troubleshooting a long list of reasons for outage that would have been known if Cogeco let Execulink know about outage!

I'm keeping an eye on her, checking on her regularily. This should never happen. We aren't in a war zone, a Corp. must always have back-up.
