But the crazy thing is that this new modem is known to have problems and yet they still sell and install them!

At 10pm called in to @Execulink and they say they have no reported issues on their end and suspect a @cogeco line issue that hasn't been reported to them by Cogeco. I do like the options and usually service... I have always supported but I just want to know what the issues are. I've had outrages several times this month. Concerns me. I need my internet.
