They’ve stolen from her in the past too, absolute scum of the earth.

I called technical support to ask if there is any way around keeping the Arris modem in operation. Call was at 15:54 for 6 minutes if you want to listen to it. I had to repeat myself. Agent was clueless and useless

🇨🇦 (@miller2727) reported@BleedblueRob It can’t be any worse than EPICO @cogeco Their system is slower and unstable compared to my old 15 year old Bell Dual Tuner PVR. That thing was amazing. I do not recommend EPICO!!!! I’m returning to Bell when my contract expires.
