We were troubleshooting a long list of reasons for outage that would have been known if Cogeco let Execulink know about outage!

Dufferin is doing the construction and its corner of Agincourt Cres and Canterbury Drive!!!!! Out Internet has been down for more than one day and I have a university student here

I called technical support to ask if there is any way around keeping the Arris modem in operation. Call was at 15:54 for 6 minutes if you want to listen to it. I had to repeat myself. Wendy Stafford (@WendyStafford14) reported@cogeco Not just Epico were impacted, my normal service was also. During the Grey Cup, screen would go completely black on numerous occasions, pixelated every 30 to 40 seconds. Tried calling tech support to no avail.Can you not handle the customer demand?
