@cogeco Hi there, just over the last few days my Wifi network will not connect to my phone, laptop & PS4, it says our password is wrong & it was never changed. Only thing that works on the network is my Firestick. I’ve reset the modem as well, nothing worked! Thanks in advance

@cogeco your support system has to be one of the worst. I have no internet to complete my work. I’ve spend an hour and half troubleshooting and trying to call. I was disconnected 2 times so I used to app to speak with support on there. Lucky me, that convo dropped too. Call me!

@cogecohelps If you work from home, DO NOT GO WITH COGECO. The service quality and technical support are AWFUL. After days of multiple calls and even a technician visit, no one has been able to fix the issue to provide at least a decent, stable internet connection. STAY AWAY FROM COGECO!
