@cogeco Your service is **** in sarnia. 130 dollars+ a month for a service that's slow and never works. I have to reset my router 1,2,3 times per day and it was completely down for almost a week there. I work from home and am having this issue for too long. Switching to @TELUS

@cogecohelps hi there - getting conflicting information. The cogeco website is saying no current outages however, when I call tech support, the recording says there is an outage in Georgetown. Can you confirm that it’s still being worked on?
