    @cogeco @cogecohelps Keep getting login issues to watch live sports on TSN even though my password was saved from the last time. Had no response last month when I complained about other service issues from Cogeco. You guys are very disappointing as a cable provider.....

    The @cogeco cable outage has pretty much reinforced the fact that in the era of cell phones the use of land lines is redundant if it's through your cable internet provider.

    Whoever living in #Ontario and is thinking of having @cogeco as their service provider should think again. When there is an issue, you have to wait for at least a week for a tech to come. They give all this junk that they are trying but you won't see any results. #cogeco

    @cogecohelps It means two weeks of not having tv and internet, yet we are paying for a full month of service. This is robbery so I will stop it next month. I advise anyone who is thinking of getting cogeco to think again. This company leaves you alone when you need help.

    I might be on and off Twitter for a while because I don't have internet (Cogeco cut our line for no reason, our ISP told them to come fix it, they set an appointment today from anytime morning to night, then told them they aren't coming at the end of the day).

    @cogeco @cogecohelps every time we have a problem we have to wait for at least 6 days for a technician to come and resolve our issue. THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE. I will make sure to change my service provider by the end of the year.

    Hey @Xplornet . Im in Blenheim, ON . Why is my internet so slow, it takes ages just to load a web page. Im in the same room as the modem/router. Your internet sucks. Need to change to Canquest or Cogeco #poorinternet #shockingservice

    @DebShortGillies @cogecohelps @cogeco We are in Brockville. Every single weekend we lose internet and a couple times during the week. I am tired of paying over $250/month for service I can’t use. I am on the notification list for when Rogers debuts in my area. I have had Rogers mobile for over 10 years. No issues.

    @cogeco @cogecohelps it just took me 30 minutes to cancel my service with you. You transferred me around, you put me on hold, apparently your customer service reps don't communicate information before transferring, these are all examples of why your service is horrendous.
