    If your #Cogeco in Ontario is out, set your router to DSN 8.8.8.8 with secondary 8.8.4.4 until they fix their DNS.

    @cogecohelps @cogeco Up your end of the “contract” by providing the service I have apparently been locked into. Additionally, I have been on the line for 45 minutes and I am now getting a $5 credit — for 4 days of interrupted internet.

    @Bell_Support Wanna just buy Cogeco instead of buying out contracts? At least your internet doesn’t go down 24/7. Tell your bosses to PLEASE buy Cogeco so I don’t lose out on YourTV Niagara.

    @cogeco @cogecohelps I'm very unhappy with the services and the customer service/support. There is no number to call. All are disconnected.(taking people for fools you give them the number from the website and the number doesn't work) BAD Service in looking for another provider

    @cogeco Had service appt last night 5-8. No show. I called, was told it was rebooked for tonight 5-8. Rec’d verification call for TONIGHT. I called to confirm. Told it’s now tmrw 5-8. Why did someone not call to communicate? Do I need to change providers? 😡

    @cogeco having issue with the internet again. Any outage in Niagara? Also is there a way to reset the tv channel so they stop cutting ? ( watching TV and the show keeps cutting and it’s doing this on all my channels

    @cogeco Have a problem here. Have cable access, but very few channels in my digital box and none with the adapter for the tv in my bedroom. On the box I get 49, 52, 205 and 426. Nothing else for the 20 or so channels I tried. Everything sort of died around 1 am

    @cogeco It's less of a problem for people like me with at least some comfort with how technology works; for people like my (senior-aged) parents, it's much, much worse and just aggravates them to no bloody end. And guess who always has to fix it... Until the next time. Ad infinitum.

    @theoxman I have never seen such horrid internet service. Has cut out over 20 times in the past 2 days. Anyone who wants Cogeco as their provider....do not do it. Bell is miles ahead

    @cogecohelps Does Cogeco allow me to purchase my own modem? My Hitron CODA-4589 is pretty terrible. For about the 20th time, the password to access the router has been changed somehow. I need to put it in bridged mode 'again' to bypass the terrible wifi and lan with my own router

    @cogeco provides the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Not only has our internet been down every single week for the past month, today a rep. from technical support named Richard called us a liar when we complained about the service not working and they hung up.

    @theoxman @cogeco Internet is legit cutting out ever 30 minutes in Niagara Region for the past 2 days. I have never seen such bad internet service
