People warned me about @cogeco told me I would be promised a great bundle offer but be billed the regular price. Sure enough. Got my first bill yesterday and there’s no promotion on it. Trust has already been broken.

@cogeco Yes you did, thank you Sandra. I’m just a bit more bemused rather than amused by the situation where @canadaposthelps express mail service puts my package further away from me in a week, than from where it started!!!!

@cogeco having issue with the internet again. Any outage in Niagara? Also is there a way to reset the tv channel so they stop cutting ? ( watching TV and the show keeps cutting and it’s doing this on all my channels

@cogeco any idea of when today's issues will be sorted? Like many I rely on a reliable internet connection to be able to work. This is the second time this week this had happened to me and it is preventing me from doing my job.

@cogeco @cogecohelps I'm very unhappy with the services and the customer service/support. There is no number to call. All are disconnected.(taking people for fools you give them the number from the website and the number doesn't work) BAD Service in looking for another provider

@cogeco Had service appt last night 5-8. No show. I called, was told it was rebooked for tonight 5-8. Rec’d verification call for TONIGHT. I called to confirm. Told it’s now tmrw 5-8. Why did someone not call to communicate? Do I need to change providers? 😡

@cogeco Is cogeco busy? We report our 2 lines since yesterday and they tell us today from 8 am to 5 pm we would have someone checking the problem. Well it’s past 5 and nobody came to help us. Do you have too much work?

@TKL5555 @cathy_qb @losinghopein No one believes me that Cogeco signed me up once for $10/month for their basic cable b/c the marketing agent knew how bad it is to be on Ontario Works. Anyone on ODSP pending has to live on $200 a month for however long it takes to approve the application. 7 months? Longer?

@cogeco signed up for EPICO on oct and have had nothing but trouble.Freezing, wifi dropping, want to watch live sports? Forget it. tech guy came three times w no fix & I’m on daily calls w them. Told us yesterday in order for it to work properly we needed pods? At an additional cost.
