I've reset modem and tv box at least 5 times in 2 days. Bell Fibe didn't even break a sweat to get 50+ mbps. #unacceptable

There is no number to call. All are disconnected.(taking people for fools you give them the number from the website and the number doesn't work) BAD Service in looking for another provider

Additionally, I have been on the line for 45 minutes and I am now getting a $5 credit — for 4 days of interrupted internet.

I’m genuinely confused why I need to pay more money to obtain service after past debt was settled. I have the signed letter showing settlement. No agent can seem to provide me proof!

If they fail to provide the services their customers are paying for, the customers have every right to be upset and complain. It’s not as if internet is a gift. End of the world? I upgraded to the 360 package in hopes I'd have better service, especially in meetings. I still can't use voice because I cut out. I end up having to call use my mobile network for voice
