I called to confirm. Told it’s now tmrw 5-8. Why did someone not call to communicate? Do I need to change providers? 😡

The Terrible Hook (@TheTerribleHook) reported@cogecohelps Trust me, Graham, we've spent hours discussing this matter with Cogeco and Bell reps, but no one could witch our email addresses over, so we had to cancel the move (which would have saved us a ton of $). Now @Bell_Support is refusing to acknowledge the cancellation.
