I’m genuinely confused why I need to pay more money to obtain service after past debt was settled. I have the signed letter showing settlement. No agent can seem to provide me proof!

Allan Gao (@Allan_Gao12) reported@cogeco I cancelled my internet service after my contract had expired, but you deliberately violated CRTC rules and charged me a $75 early cancellation fee. I emailed you about this issue, but you have ignored us. Do you regularly treat your customers this way and deliberately overcharge
