@cogecohelps @cogeco Up your end of the “contract” by providing the service I have apparently been locked into. Additionally, I have been on the line for 45 minutes and I am now getting a $5 credit — for 4 days of interrupted internet.

@cogeco having issue with the internet again. Any outage in Niagara? Also is there a way to reset the tv channel so they stop cutting ? ( watching TV and the show keeps cutting and it’s doing this on all my channels

@cogeco @cogecohelps I'm very unhappy with the services and the customer service/support. There is no number to call. All are disconnected.(taking people for fools you give them the number from the website and the number doesn't work) BAD Service in looking for another provider

@cogeco guys, you MUST update your website for the outage. The phone IVR tells you there is an outage but nowhere online does it mention. As a former Cogeco employee, this is an ongoing issue that still hasn't been fixed since my tenure.
