    @cogecohelps @cogeco is it your policy to request payment for service even after debt is settled? I’m genuinely confused why I need to pay more money to obtain service after past debt was settled. I have the signed letter showing settlement. No agent can seem to provide me proof!

    @cogecohelps posted this last night, still applies. "@cogeco Have a problem here. Have cable access, but very few channels in my digital box and none with the adapter for the tv in my bedroom. On the box I get 49, 52, 205 and 426. Nothing else for the 20 or so channels I tried"

    If you work from home, do yourself a favour and never get @cogeco. It’s impossible to work from home if your router is never “online”. @cogecohelps

    If your #Cogeco in Ontario is out, set your router to DSN 8.8.8.8 with secondary 8.8.4.4 until they fix their DNS.

    Please be advised that our internet and cable television is currently out at the Walker Family YMCA. Cogeco is aware of the issue, although they anticipate they will not be able to restore service until tomorrow. We apologize for any inconvenience.

    @cogecohelps @cogeco Up your end of the “contract” by providing the service I have apparently been locked into. Additionally, I have been on the line for 45 minutes and I am now getting a $5 credit — for 4 days of interrupted internet.

    @cogeco Is cogeco busy? We report our 2 lines since yesterday and they tell us today from 8 am to 5 pm we would have someone checking the problem. Well it’s past 5 and nobody came to help us. Do you have too much work?

    People warned me about @cogeco told me I would be promised a great bundle offer but be billed the regular price. Sure enough. Got my first bill yesterday and there’s no promotion on it. Trust has already been broken.

    @Bell_Support Wanna just buy Cogeco instead of buying out contracts? At least your internet doesn’t go down 24/7. Tell your bosses to PLEASE buy Cogeco so I don’t lose out on YourTV Niagara.

    @CanadasLeafs @RogersHelps and cogeco, probably the worst. their epico system is down once a week. stopped calling, just takes the down days off the bill, its been 3 months of not a full payment, no calls yet.

And I am happy to see that your instincts mostly checkout :) : $QBR-B: 🟢 OPTIMAL | Quality 85, Opportunity 80. P/FFO 8.7x, ND/EBITDA 2.9x, 11.8% dividend CAGR. The model loves this one - Quality 85 is significantly higher than BCE (57) or Telus (58). The 2.2% yield is light, but total shareholder yield is 3.79% with buybacks. $CCA: 🟠 CAUTION | Quality 45, Opportunity 70. Yield 6.38%, P/FFO 1.5x. The $2.2B impairment on the U.S. segment (Breezeline) is flagged as a permanent structural problem, not temporary. The algorithm sees the value but doesn't trust the moat. The BCE management trust point is well taken. "The dividend is safe" → 42% cut a year later is exactly the kind of credibility gap no quantitative model captures.     @zubic_eth @cogeco @Starlink Yeah they’re all a problem. In my hood it’s cogeco or bell. I dont know much about starlink but might look into it for my dad. He’s stuck with execulink which is just another reseller.
