    If your #Cogeco in Ontario is out, set your router to DSN 8.8.8.8 with secondary 8.8.4.4 until they fix their DNS.

    @cogeco having issue with the internet again. Any outage in Niagara? Also is there a way to reset the tv channel so they stop cutting ? ( watching TV and the show keeps cutting and it’s doing this on all my channels

    @cogeco @cogecohelps I'm very unhappy with the services and the customer service/support. There is no number to call. All are disconnected.(taking people for fools you give them the number from the website and the number doesn't work) BAD Service in looking for another provider

    @cogecohelps @cogeco Up your end of the “contract” by providing the service I have apparently been locked into. Additionally, I have been on the line for 45 minutes and I am now getting a $5 credit — for 4 days of interrupted internet.

    @Bell_Support Wanna just buy Cogeco instead of buying out contracts? At least your internet doesn’t go down 24/7. Tell your bosses to PLEASE buy Cogeco so I don’t lose out on YourTV Niagara.

    @cogecohelps @cogeco Thank you. Just to be clear - my understanding is that I can use this for any period less than 10 years (let's say for 2 years) and then I can cancel my subscription after 2 yrs without any penalties or fees. Is this correct?

    @sajjadfs @cogeco From my father - The Cogeco truck you saw the day you were leaving; unfortunately unplugged our house to fix the noise level of other connections on the street. He should have advised us as per their protocol but did not do it.

    @cogecohelps LOL! No, they can't. I just got off the phone with support. They simply disabled the WIFI on my current modem, which is absolutely unacceptable. Also, when I tried to escalate I was told that was not an option. This is horrendous customer service, typical of Cogeco.

    @cbcmarketplace Please DM about @cogeco selling cheap technology for the price of champing. There was class action lawsuit against COGECO, consumers WON. Cogeco have not shared the money with us, nor upgraded their service. My internet drops every 15 minutes @CRTCeng HELP!!

    @cogeco #cogeco we have issues again. Your tech just left my place ( nice fellow ) and he advised us that your cable lines from in the ground seems to be the issue for my speed which makes sense since everything has been beaten to hell. This is #BAD customer service 😔

    @cogecohelps You have the worst Techs in the Pembroke area. After needing X3 8am-5pm appointments to get my install done(someone to show up), I convinced my friend to switch from Bell to Cogeco at his new house. Same situation, his 3rd appointment is coming up!!! 8-5 ****
