But the crazy thing is that this new modem is known to have problems and yet they still sell and install them!

Dufferin is doing the construction and its corner of Agincourt Cres and Canterbury Drive!!!!! Out Internet has been down for more than one day and I have a university student here

They can take ownership of the situation but refuse to do so. It feels punitive for having chosen a reseller, who incidentally provides fantastic customer care.

And if you live in lower Hamilton you can’t get Bell or Rogers

I called technical support to ask if there is any way around keeping the Arris modem in operation. Call was at 15:54 for 6 minutes if you want to listen to it. I had to repeat myself. I have no calls, text or data. Your Chat line told me to call Mobility support. Apparently they dont understand what not activated on the network means. I need a Cogeco SIM card or to b reconnected to the network. What can u do to help? @cogecohelps

I think your model is onto something, but at the same time I can't bring myself to buy more $T.TO (I sold $BCE.TO a couple years ago). That probably means it's a good time to buy. BCE is a no-go for me because I don't trust management. They're kings of saying one thing and doing another. Rogers I don't love the focus on sports franchises. Quebecor is still my favourite in the sector. Only a tiny bit more expensive than Telus on a P/FCF basis, but better balance sheet, a dividend that should grow, and a more focused company. Honourable mention to Cogeco too. Think they sell the U.S. part of the company and use the proceeds to pay down debt/do a buyback. They may even potentially take the company private.
