Scott Mills 🇨🇦 (@GraffitiBMXCop) reported from Burlington, Ontario@Execulink @cogecohelps @cogeco My biggest question is why Execulink relies on Cogeco owned lines? 2nd question is why Cogeco doesn't inform Execulink when there is a service outage? We were troubleshooting a long list of reasons for outage that would have been known if Cogeco let Execulink know about outage!

At 10pm called in to @Execulink and they say they have no reported issues on their end and suspect a @cogeco line issue that hasn't been reported to them by Cogeco. But the crazy thing is that this new modem is known to have problems and yet they still sell and install them!

They can take ownership of the situation but refuse to do so. It feels punitive for having chosen a reseller, who incidentally provides fantastic customer care.

Suggest a certain amount of contempt for their customers imho 😐

I refuse to pay for cable, I have antenna tv, use locally owned internet provider with awesome service & a streaming service. These companies don't care about you.
