Only thing that works on the network is my Firestick. I’ve reset the modem as well, nothing worked! Thanks in advance

They can take ownership of the situation but refuse to do so. It feels punitive for having chosen a reseller, who incidentally provides fantastic customer care.

I asked about that statement on their website. I was told that they know nothing about it. And pay up
