    @Fidomobile @FidoSolutions Can you tell me why my phone down payments is not showing on my record and I am be billed like I didn’t make any payments. I have complained severally but no one is helping to resolve this issue even after showing a payment receipt. I am at this point so fed up

    @Fidomobile I already cancelled and have the notification since 2026-05-28 the notification id is 2776928255 as of today Fido is still sending me bills. Can you please stop harassing, stealing, and billing me for a service I cancelled more than 3 months ago!

    @Fidomobile I am trying to PORT my number from FIDO to other carrier and your customer service(Aman) they are just disconnecting my call. Meanwhile you guys are just overcharging for nothing. If this is the thing i will escalate this issue and will not pay my bill.
