Cha Plow (@VishPTG) reportedHey @Rogers @Fidomobile @FidoSolutions You can't just change the monthly phone plan prices whenever you want. We agreed on a set price that doesn't change for as long as we have It. We don't care about your investment in 5G network that you've trained your reps to tell us.

Jrü Gordon (@JruGordon37) reported@RogersHelps @FidoSolutions @Fidomobile is there a known issue with landline CTNs calling Rogers and Fido wireless CTNs? I'm on Fido and can't call from ANY landline to my wireless CTN. Have no issues calling from a wireless CTN to my CTN.

Fallacy of Occam's Razor (@Alanzoroy) reported@Fidomobile Your 611 is most annoying and does not solve the problem but rather exacerbate by the use of AI. Just to simple report a payment.
-
Josh Robins (@joshie2424) reported@Fidomobile It got fixed. Fido refused to acknowledge it was your cellular system. Once articles came out your company did something. Terrible service.
-
anon (@anon26747971223) reported@Fidomobile @Rogers your towers are sending wrong GPS locations to phones. People in canada are pinging off towers in Peru. It's been a real pain. It has been multiple people with Fido and Rogers. Could you please fix this?

Leanne Schira (@lschira) reported@FidoSolutions The callback option was 2-3 days away!!!!! That's unacceptable. The phone number is used for WORK. Please fix this ASAP. @Fidomobile @fidosolu
-
👑 (@nellatiffy) reported@Fidomobile customer service is literally HELL. To speak to a live agent you need to schedule a callback.. you’re stuck talking to some stupid AI bot that doesn’t understand.. the agents you then talk with are from India, so you spend the next 37 mins repeating yourself.. Intrepid Critic (@Who_knewit) reported@Fidomobile I understand you can’t give me specific shipping details over Twitter, and I’m not asking you to. What I am asking is whether the 1–2 day shipping timeframe that was advertised when I placed my order is still being honoured, or whether my order has actually been moved to back order. I placed the order specifically because the advertised shipping time changed from 4+ weeks to 1–2 days. Now my order says “BACK ORDERED” and “Shipping estimate: Unavailable.” If the 1–2 day timeframe I was promised at the time of purchase is being honoured, then there’s no issue. But if I’ve actually been put on back order with no shipping timeframe, I need to cancel the order. I’m simply not going to start paying for a phone I don’t have. That doesn’t make sense in any universe, and it’s not happening. My current phone works perfectly well and has plenty of storage. If this order means waiting weeks for an upgrade I only decided to buy because the advertised shipping time dropped to 1–2 days, I’ll just skip the upgrade this cycle altogether. So please just confirm whether the shipping timeframe advertised when I placed the order is still being honoured. If it is, great. If not, I’ll cancel. As I stated, I'm not going to pay off the current phone I am still using to then start paying down a phone I don't have and don't know when I'll have in my possession. I really do not appreciate the bait and switch. I watched that phone for weeks and jumped on it when the shipping time dropped to 1-2 days. In the email I received from you, it said I should expect my phone in 2-5 days, which fits with the 1-2 day shipping time. If you're unavailable to meet that for your customers, WHY was it posted online?

Allan Tham (@Allant92) reportedHorrible customer service from @Fidomobile . After being with them for over 15 years plus they increased my price and when I called to ask they tried a bandaid fix. Guess this is their way of saying they don't value me as a customer. 🤬 Time to shop around to other providers!
