@Fidomobile I was offered a plan and they agreed on it and now they took a flip on their words. Horrible customer service and they never fulfill their promises for the existing customers . Regret to be with Fido.

Hey @FidoSolutions don’t know what’s happening with your staffing. Called to inq about a plan that was offered; rep Joe said nothing doc by prev female rep. Another bad csr experience! Been w Rogers and Fido for 20yrs and this is was loyalty get; frustration!

Wow, very disappointed in @Fidomobile. I’m a long-term customer trying to update a plan and the chat person basically said no. I wanted to keep to my price point but I guess no options. Not happy at all. 😔

@Fidomobile @FidoSolutions @Rogers I have a unknown charge in the bill and when i called customer service they don't have info on that charge and won't reverse the charge as well. I have never such a worst customer service.

@Fidomobile I had the worst customer service call experience talking to Colin and Jill the supervisor. You guys charged me $50 overage usage 2 days after my billing cycle restarted and you people didn’t do nothing to resolve the issue.

@Fidomobile Highly recommend @Dotto-One if they’re available in your area.They set up my service the same day, respond promptly & even advised me to go w/ a cheaper plan. I’ll never go back to the incompetence of Rogers (Fido) & Bell.(Have no affiliation w/ Dotto One...just a happy customer)

Anyone knows how to deal with @FidoSolutions @Fidomobile ? My current bill shows a required payment $1327 by December. They decided to cancel the promotion program and make me pay the full price of the phone I got financed from them. Called many times and nothing was fixed.
