@FidoSolutions @Fidomobile Personally, I think this outage is in retaliation for the latest #crtc ruling. It shouldn't take almost 16 hours to fix these outages. I see a lot of compensation to customers for this outage today. Totally unacceptable!

@Fidomobile Poor Customer Service. Encouraging Fraudulent shops who sell Fido. I bought two new lines and I was promised my setup service fee will be waived off but that's not the case and when I talk to cust. care to help me out they said they can't and store has all excuses.
