Apparently @Fidomobile doesn’t want to have customers anymore. Just spoke with their rep, who informed me that they will compensate me for 1 day of outage, i.e. $6.50. I’m switching all my lines to @Bell #rogersoutage #rogersdown

A genuine customer to be labelled fraud without any information,due diligence & locking out of online account services. Need a call back asap & instant resolution. The state is Canada's telecom is abysmal. Last week my cellphone carrier @Fidomobile / @Rogers went out of service for a record breaking 24+ hours. Now my internet provider @ShawInfo is suffering an outage. So happy that Roger/Shaw merger didn't go through.
