@Fidomobile Poor Customer Service. Encouraging Fraudulent shops who sell Fido. I bought two new lines and I was promised my setup service fee will be waived off but that's not the case and when I talk to cust. care to help me out they said they can't and store has all excuses.

Two separate calls, 45 minutes later and @Fidomobile customer retention keeps hanging up every time a costumer service rep transfers me. A complete waste of my morning.

@Fidomobile I understand the outage is not the company's fault. However 6 days of not internet service, with no informative updates or effective temporary solutions is. Customers are in the dark about why its taking so long and the same cookie cutter response is not sufficient.

All the big communication companies @Fidomobile @rogers really do not help their staff support their customers. 4 days without internet and all the staff can give is 5GB bonus. After 4 days you would expect the companies to have a better solution. #ottawaoutage #fido #Rogers

Had three horrific conversations with 2 utility service providers @Fidomobile and an academic institution today @ucanwest. Glad I have options to change my service plan & select another school to continue my Exec. Edu. Nobody pays attention to customer service anymore?
