Hey @FidoSolutions don’t know what’s happening with your staffing. Called to inq about a plan that was offered; rep Joe said nothing doc by prev female rep. Another bad csr experience! Been w Rogers and Fido for 20yrs and this is was loyalty get; frustration!

@enmand @Bell It's totally unlimited. Speed is another subject. At one time Fido had unlimited data plans, it was GPRS...not even 2G. It's still data. This is how Freedom Mobile and most US providers work as well. Simple slow downs, no overages.

@Fidomobile I have multiple phones on my account. One of them was offered 20GB for $50. Another was offered 15GB for $90. Live chat wasn't able to help me get the good offer applied to all my lines. Can you help? If not I'll be exploring @ShawInfo Mobile.

@Fidomobile @FidoSolutions (1 of 3) Spent 1:04 mins a few days ago sorting new phone and plan. Spent 2 hours 43 minutes yesterday tying to solve issues with new plan and phone after it was determined that the initial CSR had fibbed about the price.
