Gav (@oakridge604) reported from Burnaby, British ColumbiaApparently Fido changed their Fido roam service such that you pay $7 a day even if you have data roaming turned off. So I got dinged $21 a couple weeks ago for phone service I never used. Thanks @fido !

Spoke to customer service and they said they charged me $7 per 100 MB meaning I’m getting charged $7 for 1 lousy MB. No remedy, just suggested to change my plan. #switching

Fix your chat function- I had two agents in the same chat both asking different questions and had to be verified 6 times!! And ultimately it disconnected me before I could accomplish anything. Insane.

Kudos to Hamid who tsfsd me to Ariane in Tech Support who resolved my modem issues. Pls acknowledge and compliment Hamid and Ariane for their exemplary service
