Catherine Shappit (@CatherineShapp3) reported@Fidomobile Phone has been down in the Kitchener/Cambridge/Waterloo Region all day. Have not been able to receive or make calls all day long. This is ridiculous and there had better be a rebate on our Bill's for at least one day of service.
