    Hey @FidoSolutions don’t know what’s happening with your staffing. Called to inq about a plan that was offered; rep Joe said nothing doc by prev female rep. Another bad csr experience! Been w Rogers and Fido for 20yrs and this is was loyalty get; frustration!

    Apparently Fido changed their Fido roam service such that you pay $7 a day even if you have data roaming turned off. So I got dinged $21 a couple weeks ago for phone service I never used. Thanks @fido !

    @mlmartens @Fidomobile I got these calls too. 604 # and different carrier. The best one is the Service Canada or CRA intimidation call. How have these spammers not been stopped by now? Seems like it’s been going for years.

    @Fidomobile @FidoSolutions Sad to be leaving Fido after so many years but now going to Public. I'm happy with Fido but Public has cost-effective packages and paying an extra $5/month makes a difference to customers especially now. Passing this along to help Fido improve - thanks
