    Apparently Fido changed their Fido roam service such that you pay $7 a day even if you have data roaming turned off. So I got dinged $21 a couple weeks ago for phone service I never used. Thanks @fido !

    It should be a crime to force me to listen to top 40 for the 29 minutes i have to wait in the queue to talk to someone on the phone at Fido customer service😤

    @Fidomobile I know the cell network is down. Tried to make a call via wi-fi & didn't realize I don't have this feature??? That's crazy. Is there a way you guys can enable this now? I work from home and need to make calls.

    @GlobalNational Main questions are i) What’s the cause of this outage? ii) How long more will it take them to fix it?! It’s like a huge secret as non of those companies are willing to say anything! @Rogers @Fidomobile

    @rouquinne @Fidomobile Yes I followed up with the @680NEWS outage article...they could at least tell ppl in their outgoing message that there are service disruptions
