@enmand @Bell It's totally unlimited. Speed is another subject. At one time Fido had unlimited data plans, it was GPRS...not even 2G. It's still data. This is how Freedom Mobile and most US providers work as well. Simple slow downs, no overages.

@Acta_non_verba I'm not here to judge... But... Perhaps Fido #Sucks

  • oakridge604 Gav (@oakridge604) reported from Burnaby, British Columbia

Apparently Fido changed their Fido roam service such that you pay $7 a day even if you have data roaming turned off. So I got dinged $21 a couple weeks ago for phone service I never used. Thanks @fido !

**** you Fido scammer you ain’t getting me to enter my banking info

  • Sikadime Sikadime (@Sikadime) reported from Coquitlam, British Columbia

@lundartheclown I been with Fido since 99 but the coverage in Vancouver sucks. Telus, Shaw & Bell run ish out here so go with the better coverage

  • Photorrhorne Rick Horne (@Photorrhorne) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia

@reneritchie Seems pretty clear now ... Fido will not support Apple Watch. Time to go to Telus ... since I do not like Bell and Rogers is Fido’s parent.

  • ConradAu Conrad Au (@ConradAu) reported from Coquitlam, British Columbia

@FidoSolutions @CTVMcLaughlin @GlobalBC @CBCVancouver @CityNewsVAN @CTVVancouver @NEWS1130 Thanks for replying. I went to both @AppleSupport @Rogers stores in person, was told by staff at both the only way to get reconnected is to do a reset on the phone every time. @Apple says it’s a Rogers/Fido network issue. Rogers staff said no one wants to take responsibility.

  • joycelam Joyce Lam (@joycelam) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia

If you look at my roaming usage I made 0 calls, used 0 data and sent a single text message. This is not how fido roam should work. You can't add this service to my monthly plan and charge for it like this. $12/text message is unjust.

  • eddie_biggley Eddie biggley (@eddie_biggley) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia

@fido worst service I have ever experienced in my life. I was advised to buy a prepaid cc and now they won’t accept it!!!!!! I confirmed they would be accepting it before purchase and now they will not!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • fouadshalaby Fouad Shalaby (@fouadshalaby) reported from Port Moody, British Columbia

@FidoSolutions You don’t actually think that website does anything? Far easier to call the source (this is Fido) 611 and have your people investigate it- the number is listed as a Fido number; you need to deal with your own problems instead of blame shift.

@FidoSolutions I know you don't charge me to work for you, but I don't work for free. If I have to provide my own customer service for Fido I charge $1,500/hour, and my minimum billing is 3 hours.

  • TheSeeka Gloriosa Generosa (@TheSeeka) reported

@ariennaminx @Ragnodrak LOL that was the first time you had to actually pay attention to movement patterns. I was coming in thinking I’ll play DMC 3 like DMC 2 with mindless hack n slash. Fido wasn’t having that shit lmao

  • ChipDunn1 ChipDunn (@ChipDunn1) reported

@ladypalerider Yeah. Come here Fido. Cross that off my bucket list now. Idiot.

@andymoir I kind of want Xplore to succeed.. their plans are actually cheaper than Koodo/Fido/Virgin NOW! I've had customers who had SIM card errors or not able to access data so they said "eff it, move me over to x company"

  • blowdart Barry Dorrans (@blowdart) reported

While setting up Fido for aad I realised I was still using app passwords for iOS mail long after iOS got support for OIDC on o365. Deleted now.
