At one time Fido had unlimited data plans, it was GPRS...not even 2G. It's still data. This is how Freedom Mobile and most US providers work as well. Simple slow downs, no overages.

I have already tried talking on the phone with the agent to clarify things and it seems @Fidomobile will not correct your mistake at all for billing us for those “not made” calls and messages. Live chat wasn't able to help me get the good offer applied to all my lines. Can you help? If not I'll be exploring @ShawInfo Mobile.

SpamAuditor (@SpamAuditor) reportedWhile most of our work is in network related threats, a reminder.. phone scams keep rising.. and unfortunately, lots of them are south asian based.. if you get a call from say @rogers or @Fidomobile with a heavy accent.. it's now probably a scam. Call them out.. 'Oh, hey a call from one of those India based scam outfits..' then hang up, and block the number.. (They like swearing)

I transferred my number from Fido to Rogers replied YES and still got a cancelled after 90 mins message. Now support is closed and I cannot call anyone. What a joke. Shame!
