@freedomsupport I have not had difficulty. Your company decides to make little rules so I cannot. Even though I get sent offers right to me by mail and email. You send me offers on products you know I just bought, then deny me the offer. Really rude. I pay $200/mnth to you guys and get nothing

I think wired earbuds are going out but I still have some professional, high quality open and closed back wired headphones that I have no interest in replacing. USB C to headphone jack adapters are so terrible 😓. But I guess it's time to embrace them
