Hey @freedomsupport @FreedomMobile if you are investing so much money on expanding your network, I’m sure you can afford someone to write a decent app that you know isn’t a web version that asks me for my password each time and takes minutes to load. Yours, a paying customer.

@freedomsupport Freedom sucks and I demand a refund on this month bill why do I pay $70 when I can't use my phone.
-
Moke (@mykeymause) reported from North Vancouver, British Columbia
Honestly, Telus sending me an email saying “you’re on the best network in town - way better than @ShawInfo/@FreedomMobile’s” makes me want to switch from Telus... attack ads, wtf?

Worst EVER experience with @Bel! I am so upset!! Spent 2 calls with 2 reps I begged for a better offer as they don't offer shared data if you update your current plan. Now I have 20GIG that I can't share!!! Took my husband off the plan and moved his # to @FreedomMobile ...
-
N☆SING☆ (@choddeii) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia
@freedomsupport @306amazingalex Network is not good. Lots of dead zones in the city of Vancouver. I go to Chilliwack BC once a week. No service at all past Abbotsford for me. No cell service no data. Absolutely bs.
-
Tom Beith (@Tbeithnow) reported from Richmond, British Columbia
@FreedomMobile I’ve enjoyed my service for a few years now but need more data. You were offering a larger data package . If I can get the 20gb that would be great otherwise I’ll have to look elsewhere
-
Dallas Groot (@iamgroot11) reported from Grandview-Woodlands, British Columbia
So my experience with roaming with @FreedomMobile, why does throttling when roaming suck so much, the latency was really shitty, and in a city like Ottawa, service was really bad. Montreal was kinda okay, it worked and managed to get 200mb free.
-
Jeremy Reah (@mjreah) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia
@freedomsupport Your customer service is shockingly bad. First time my wife called to address a billing question and customer service didn’t listen and try to solve issue and was belligerent😤topped off by disconnecting. Sadly, Can’t recommend Freedom anymore.

amu (@Amu3188) reported from Surrey, British Columbia
@freedomsupport Hey there, I want to cancel my services. How can we go about this?

Sunshinesdad (@SunshinesDad) reported from Lethbridge, Alberta
@freedomsupport No, not a customer. I was waiting to re-up with my provider till Freedom arrived but decide that until your "In-Network" covers more territory it wouldn't work for me. You now have 2 years to improve it and then there is a good chance I will switch.
-
Danyelle Cordz (@Corndiva111) reported from Brampton, Ontario
@freedomsupport You need service in more places because every time I go to a city up north or out of town it says “nationwide” or “no service” and that is a huge inconvenience when I left your competitor @Rogers because you offered a cheaper/affordable plan
-
courtney (@almostbrewed) reported from Strathcona County, Alberta
@jessebeyerWX @TELUS @freedomsupport I was a customer of theirs for 13 years and the customer service is hands down the worst. I’m shocked I lasted that long with them.
-
Terri Dorrington (@Beautylicious82) reported from Toronto, Ontario
@VicD31 @freedomsupport @FreedomMobile So not impressed with their service for the first time since i’ve joined over a decade ago
-
Yak (@Turkish_Tank) reported from Barrhaven, Ontario
@freedomsupport It's not just a 1 day issue. Everytime(morning afternoon or night) I have gone there is only 1 staff on hand with usually 3 to 4 customers waiting. It's the location near Greenbank and Fallowfield.
-
Southsider Tom (@southsidertom) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia
@RobHodkinson @FreedomMobile I have six lines with @FreedomMobile - Not bad except some spots while camping and out in the boonies - Bill is around $385 a month with 3 tabs running

James Greenfield (@james_zgreenf) reported from Barrie, Ontario
@CanuckDenny @PublicMobile @FreedomMobile Ah, thankfully I have LTE service with Public, but there are other options out there! @koodo is a decent one too!
-
jdriscoll03 (@jdriscoll03) reported from Toronto, Ontario
@FreedomMobile you know what’s dumb being 1 day late paying my invoice last month and you guys won’t let me upgrade my phone over the internet or phone. My account has always been in good standing with zero balance. Please fix this #FreedomMobile
-
James Greenfield (@james_zgreenf) reported from Barrie, Ontario
@CanuckDenny @VMCcare I use @PublicMobile! Really good for me and they actually have service in the middle of nowhere! I was considering @FreedomMobile but sadly they don't reach my location. So definitely look at Public as they are pay-as-you-go monthly payments. No contracts!
-
Oooh, Canada ! (@CanadaOooh) reported from Pickering Village, Ontario
@freedomsupport I did view your plans! That's when I realized you had a gimmick like the other mobile service providers. Instead of charging for overages, you slow down/upload speeds after a limit is reached, to encourage customers to move to a more expensive plan. Gov't regulations are needed.
