@freedomsupport I especially hate the newest Freedom Mobile TV ad where the guy wakes up from a nightmare and is told he's losing customers because of data overage fees. When your speed is slowed after you hit your data limit, your customers will stampede to your competitors. Solution: pay more.

@freedomsupport I did view your plans! That's when I realized you had a gimmick like the other mobile service providers. Instead of charging for overages, you slow down/upload speeds after a limit is reached, to encourage customers to move to a more expensive plan. Gov't regulations are needed.

@FreedomMobile So not sure what exactly the problem but my phone of just 13 months is so bad. Like turning off on it's own sometimes upwards of 3 times a day. I love Freedom but I haaate this phone.

@FreedomMobile Hi. Your CSR said she would call me back yesterday but of course she didn’t and that’s how your customer service has been for quite a few months now. Do I have to talk to the CRTC for customer support?

@freedomsupport I fell down a completely different rabbit hole. I found a Pinephone (runs certain Linux ARM distros) that works with Freedom. It'll be interesting to see what happens after I set the thing up.

@FreedomMobile we thought we would try giving our business to Freedom for the first time. Absolute fraudulent behaviour, not honouring their own deal we signed up for. Horrible customer service. Disgusting. #betterbusinessbureaucanada #freedommobile #scammers
