-
Mixers & Elixirs (@ShrubLoveYVR) reported from Vancouver, British ColumbiaWorst EVER experience with @Bel! I am so upset!! Took my husband off the plan and moved his # to @FreedomMobile ...
-
Adam Dymitruk 🇨🇦 (@adymitruk) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia@freedomsupport @sfeldman Just implement the damn auth app 2FA. These generic, BS Twitter responses just make you look like idiots.
-
Moke (@mykeymause) reported from North Vancouver, British ColumbiaHonestly, Telus sending me an email saying “you’re on the best network in town - way better than @ShawInfo/@FreedomMobile’s” makes me want to switch from Telus... attack ads, wtf?

Southsider Tom (@southsidertom) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia@RobHodkinson @FreedomMobile I have six lines with @FreedomMobile - Not bad except some spots while camping and out in the boonies - Bill is around $385 a month with 3 tabs running
-
Brady Patterson (@bradypatterson) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia@FreedomMobile, your #techsupport is woefully inadequate and absolutely terrible. The only redeeming quality they had was how polite they were. Thankfully you have knowledgable team at your kisoks that can figure things out.
-
Dallas Groot (@iamgroot11) reported from Grandview-Woodlands, British ColumbiaSo my experience with roaming with @FreedomMobile, why does throttling when roaming suck so much, the latency was really shitty, and in a city like Ottawa, service was really bad. Montreal was kinda okay, it worked and managed to get 200mb free.
-
Jeremy Reah (@mjreah) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia@freedomsupport Your customer service is shockingly bad. First time my wife called to address a billing question and customer service didn’t listen and try to solve issue and was belligerent😤topped off by disconnecting. Sadly, Can’t recommend Freedom anymore.

Michael Malone (@princeof416) reported from Grandview-Woodlands, British Columbia@virginmobilecan 🛰 Fix your broken network! Not even @FreedomMobile has outages this long! #FixVM
-
Shaun Mazzocca (@ShaunMazzocca) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia@freedomsupport My service - data and wifi - has been terrible all day. Low bars, files aren’t loading, and calls are fuzzy.
-
Dallas Groot (@iamgroot11) reported from West End, British ColumbiaHey @freedomsupport @FreedomMobile if you are investing so much money on expanding your network, I’m sure you can afford someone to write a decent app that you know isn’t a web version that asks me for my password each time and takes minutes to load. Yours, a paying customer.
-
Tom Beith (@Tbeithnow) reported from Richmond, British Columbia@FreedomMobile I’ve enjoyed my service for a few years now but need more data. You were offering a larger data package . If I can get the 20gb that would be great otherwise I’ll have to look elsewhere
-
Arturo Mendez 🇲🇽🇨🇦 (@arturomendz) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia@FreedomMobile is charging me for no reason almost 2 times more what I usually #pay per month. I called #customerservices and they're the #worst! So, I'm ready to go to @Fidomobile #TODAY, I'm tired of how #freedommobile is dealing with this kind of cases.
Freedom Mobile Issues Reports
Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
Jimbob Jones (@ArcticEidolon) reported@freedomsupport It was mentioned in-store. However, you had 2 months and 6 hours of customer service calls recorded telling me nothing about it. Further, I asked multiple times what the final cost would be, with suggestion I may have to do it in store - and nobody took the opportunity to tell me
-
sub_commandante (@SCommandante) reported@freedomsupport @LiZi59145674 Whats the point , youve seen my last dollar....i dont even recieve service i've paid for. it's over. Worst phone company period. You won't refund for lost service. **** policy.
-
Jimbob Jones (@ArcticEidolon) reported@freedomsupport I've gotten this resolved to satisfaction. With that said, please make sure your people are more deliberate about mentioning these fees - I did ask over 6 hours of CS calls and 2 months trying to track this down what the complete price of the phone would be, and no mention of it
-
Jimbob Jones (@ArcticEidolon) reported@freedomsupport - your marketing makes absolutely no effort to mention this fee, in spite of falsely touting "absolute zero" upfront and over 2y - if it's a mandatory fee it's part of the damn price - when in the hell did it become acceptable to *charge* someone to offer you their business? 3/4
-
Mike Wiebe (@MWiebe9) reported@FreedomMobile fix your your website!!! Low rent garbage!!!. No i wont dm u. Just fix it!
-
Jimbob Jones (@ArcticEidolon) reported@freedomsupport when you'd get more - I've already been strung along by another location - the one I had to go to is quite out of the way, which basically means I got ambushed with this fee - y'all didn't do jack **** of value. not so much as installing my sim! 2/?
-
Song A Day / Philosophy Away 🙏 🎶 (@song_philosophy) reported@FreedomMobile, your customer service sucks. Please fix your 1 (877) 946-3184 and serve your customers with some respect. Shame on you I had to answer 3 surveys, and after not accepting any of your offers, you ended my phone call Called you 4 times #wednesdayrant #freedommobile
-
Saulo (@Embuscadomelde1) reported@freedomsupport if i could pay online, do you really think i would drive 5km? your answer is as disrespectful as the shopkeeper was with me. This justifies my desire to cancel this plan. 4 years paying to be treated this way. Ridiculous
-
Siddhant Bhatia (@Siddhantbbhatia) reported@FreedomMobile #badservice Bad sales service by Telecommunications company freedom, didn’t received my product till now or update for customer to track their product. It’s been 9th day whereas the agent told the product will be delivered to me in 5-7 days (within canada).
-
Croc Daddy (@graavysluut) reported@freedomsupport I'm literally trying to buy a phone. No change to my account. No change to my contract. I asked if anybody at the company would sell me a phone and I was literally told by customer service that I had to buy it in person or buy it elsewhere. Absurd.
