Even though I get sent offers right to me by mail and email. You send me offers on products you know I just bought, then deny me the offer. Really rude. I pay $200/mnth to you guys and get nothing

I was promised my deposit back after 6 months of good standing payment and it has now elapsed. I spoke to someone 2 weeks ago who said it would be applied to my account via credit and guess what?! It didn’t happen! And when I follow up?

Montreal was kinda okay, it worked and managed to get 200mb free.
