𝕯𝖔𝖑𝖑𝖎𝖓.𓄂 (@itsssseva) reported from Richmond, British ColumbiaTwo things I hate in Vancouver. 1- @FreedomMobile and their awful customer service. (worst carrier experience of my life.) 2- of course number two's gonna be ICBC!🤡
-
Tom Beith (@Tbeithnow) reported from Richmond, British Columbia@FreedomMobile I’ve enjoyed my service for a few years now but need more data. You were offering a larger data package . If I can get the 20gb that would be great otherwise I’ll have to look elsewhere
-
Bipolarhitchhiker (@danddrost) reported from Burnaby, British Columbia@freedomsupport Your company has never resolved one issue for me over 5 years, always excuses, yet I pay my bill fully and on time every month. I have 2 lines and all I get is lousy service and bs offers
-
Jeremy Reah (@mjreah) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia@freedomsupport Your customer service is shockingly bad. First time my wife called to address a billing question and customer service didn’t listen and try to solve issue and was belligerent😤topped off by disconnecting. Sadly, Can’t recommend Freedom anymore.
-
Brady Patterson (@bradypatterson) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia@FreedomMobile, your #techsupport is woefully inadequate and absolutely terrible. The only redeeming quality they had was how polite they were. Thankfully you have knowledgable team at your kisoks that can figure things out.
-
Bipolarhitchhiker (@danddrost) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia@freedomsupport Plus third party product sales tell me that if I go to your stores I will not get a deal I need to go by them to get offers, but they never have the phone I want
-
Dallas Groot (@iamgroot11) reported from Grandview-Woodlands, British ColumbiaSo my experience with roaming with @FreedomMobile, why does throttling when roaming suck so much, the latency was really shitty, and in a city like Ottawa, service was really bad. Montreal was kinda okay, it worked and managed to get 200mb free.
-
Mixers & Elixirs (@ShrubLoveYVR) reported from Vancouver, British ColumbiaWorst EVER experience with @Bel! I am so upset!! Spent 2 calls with 2 reps I begged for a better offer as they don't offer shared data if you update your current plan. Now I have 20GIG that I can't share!!! Took my husband off the plan and moved his # to @FreedomMobile ...
-
Arturo Mendez 🇲🇽🇨🇦 (@arturomendz) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia@FreedomMobile is charging me for no reason almost 2 times more what I usually #pay per month. I called #customerservices and they're the #worst! So, I'm ready to go to @Fidomobile #TODAY, I'm tired of how #freedommobile is dealing with this kind of cases.
-
Bipolarhitchhiker (@danddrost) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia@FreedomMobile This company has terrible service and does not honour their " deals". Lousy customer service too

-
Adam Dymitruk 🇨🇦 (@adymitruk) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia@freedomsupport @sfeldman Just implement the damn auth app 2FA. These generic, BS Twitter responses just make you look like idiots.
-
Moke (@mykeymause) reported from North Vancouver, British ColumbiaHonestly, Telus sending me an email saying “you’re on the best network in town - way better than @ShawInfo/@FreedomMobile’s” makes me want to switch from Telus... attack ads, wtf?
-
Bipolarhitchhiker (@danddrost) reported from Burnaby, British Columbia@FreedomMobile Lousy company, lousy coverage. Make offers and deals they have no intention of honoring. Customer service is low level and uninformed
-
N☆SING☆ (@choddeii) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia@freedomsupport @306amazingalex Network is not good. Lots of dead zones in the city of Vancouver. I go to Chilliwack BC once a week. No service at all past Abbotsford for me. No cell service no data. Absolutely bs.
-
Tracy ترايسي (@tracyglennYVR) reported from Burnaby, British ColumbiaI will never make the mistake of going with a lower cost cell provider again. 3 days and still my phone cannot receive calls. I've lost all faith in @FreedomMobile
-
Bipolarhitchhiker (@danddrost) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia@freedomsupport I have not had difficulty. Your company decides to make little rules so I cannot. Even though I get sent offers right to me by mail and email. You send me offers on products you know I just bought, then deny me the offer. Really rude. I pay $200/mnth to you guys and get nothing
-
Southsider Tom (@southsidertom) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia@RobHodkinson @FreedomMobile I have six lines with @FreedomMobile - Not bad except some spots while camping and out in the boonies - Bill is around $385 a month with 3 tabs running

Farhan Z (@Far4Truth) reported@CRTCeng Finally. It has been long due. Telcos have been charging it to exploit customers further, although the plans pricing is still high compared to rest of the world but thanks for @FreedomMobile, at least now overall service providers charge less than what they used to few years ago
-
Scott C (@scottacalvert) reported@FreedomMobile find out it was an issue on your end. 5 lines not working all day, can't get a hold of anyone until 6pm. Asked what is going to be done about 5 ppl not being able to work all day. Responses was nothing.
-
Jack (@jbn_jack) reported@FreedomMobile Wow , my wife cannot even receive phone calls and all Freedom will do is a $10 month discount . Works perfect in Edmonton , but #Camrose it sucks . More Customers , lack of infrastructure = terrible service #FreedomMobile
-
MaxNPV (@TheMaxNPV) reported@GTM618 @FreedomMobile That’s the tricky part of visiting Niagara Falls - easy for phones to switch to the US carriers. I was there 2 weeks ago and all our Bell phones did the same thing. With Freedom I always found messaging from iPhone to be pretty responsive for support.
-
✪ Scribe the Prime Minister ✪ (@Scribe_Music) reported@FreedomMobile your service is down in Langley BC
-
Saint Chirp (@SaintChirp) reported@FreedomMobile used to be good. I've been with them for 10+ years. Now, terrible customer service and lack of empathy.
-
norvan man (@luptyd) reported@FreedomMobile It's now been a week of constant daily outages and your customer service has done nothing to resolve the issues I am experiencing. -
David bristow (@Davidbr14133727) reported@FreedomMobile you really need to fix the issues with this connectivity bs, I'm gonna switch to bell soon, I've had it I lost money last month due to my cellphone not putting my card number in properly. I have had this problem every month

mystofrealm (@mystofrealm) reported@FreedomMobile Can you please make sure a customer with full information about after services charges. Why did you introduce some new **** like giving connection fee refund with $5 over 9 months than full reimbursed.
