@FreedomMobile This company has terrible service and does not honour their " deals". Lousy customer service too

  • danddrost Bipolarhitchhiker (@danddrost) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia

@freedomsupport I have not had difficulty. Your company decides to make little rules so I cannot. Even though I get sent offers right to me by mail and email. You send me offers on products you know I just bought, then deny me the offer. Really rude. I pay $200/mnth to you guys and get nothing

  • iamgroot11 Dallas Groot (@iamgroot11) reported from Grandview-Woodlands, British Columbia

So my experience with roaming with @FreedomMobile, why does throttling when roaming suck so much, the latency was really shitty, and in a city like Ottawa, service was really bad. Montreal was kinda okay, it worked and managed to get 200mb free.

  • JoshRimer Josh Rimer (Mr. Gay Canada 2019) (@JoshRimer) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia

@alovesadventure @FreedomMobile It’s so nice! Boring down there without service otherwise. 😄

  • tracyglennYVR Tracy ترايسي (@tracyglennYVR) reported from Burnaby, British Columbia

I will never make the mistake of going with a lower cost cell provider again. 3 days and still my phone cannot receive calls. I've lost all faith in @FreedomMobile

  • mykeymause Moke (@mykeymause) reported from North Vancouver, British Columbia

Honestly, Telus sending me an email saying “you’re on the best network in town - way better than @ShawInfo/@FreedomMobile’s” makes me want to switch from Telus... attack ads, wtf?

  • Tbeithnow Tom Beith (@Tbeithnow) reported from Richmond, British Columbia

@FreedomMobile I’ve enjoyed my service for a few years now but need more data. You were offering a larger data package . If I can get the 20gb that would be great otherwise I’ll have to look elsewhere

  • mjreah Jeremy Reah (@mjreah) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia

@freedomsupport Your customer service is shockingly bad. First time my wife called to address a billing question and customer service didn’t listen and try to solve issue and was belligerent😤topped off by disconnecting. Sadly, Can’t recommend Freedom anymore.

  • djddjk 동진 DAVID 김 (@djddjk) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia

It's been over a year and another one maybe about six months the latest one is about a month I can't tell every detail here in Twitter but I want to do it I'll wait for that moment

  • danddrost Bipolarhitchhiker (@danddrost) reported from Burnaby, British Columbia

@FreedomMobile Lousy company, lousy coverage. Make offers and deals they have no intention of honoring. Customer service is low level and uninformed

  • choddeii N☆SING☆ (@choddeii) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia

@freedomsupport @306amazingalex Network is not good. Lots of dead zones in the city of Vancouver. I go to Chilliwack BC once a week. No service at all past Abbotsford for me. No cell service no data. Absolutely bs.

  • danddrost Bipolarhitchhiker (@danddrost) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia

@freedomsupport Plus third party product sales tell me that if I go to your stores I will not get a deal I need to go by them to get offers, but they never have the phone I want

  • edward_cho_66 edward cho (@edward_cho_66) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia

  • adymitruk Adam Dymitruk 🇨🇦 (@adymitruk) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia

@freedomsupport @sfeldman Just implement the damn auth app 2FA. These generic, BS Twitter responses just make you look like idiots.

  • iamgroot11 Dallas Groot (@iamgroot11) reported from West End, British Columbia

Hey @freedomsupport @FreedomMobile if you are investing so much money on expanding your network, I’m sure you can afford someone to write a decent app that you know isn’t a web version that asks me for my password each time and takes minutes to load. Yours, a paying customer.

  • ShrubLoveYVR Mixers & Elixirs (@ShrubLoveYVR) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia

Worst EVER experience with @Bel! I am so upset!! Spent 2 calls with 2 reps I begged for a better offer as they don't offer shared data if you update your current plan. Now I have 20GIG that I can't share!!! Took my husband off the plan and moved his # to @FreedomMobile ...

Freedom Mobile Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • Rootbrian_ GNU/Linux-using Rootbrian's updates and thoughts (@Rootbrian_) reported

@HODLSFMV2 @FreedomMobile They aren't if you have a compatible device. Wi-Fi calling solves the need for a signal booster (as long as you have internet service at home, where signal cannot get inside), voLTE solves the need for your device to fall back to 3G for voice calls. Both don't cost a thing.

  • Dan_26__ Dan (@Dan_26__) reported

@FreedomMobile When will freedom network expand to banff?! Come on guys!!

  • Rootbrian_ GNU/Linux-using Rootbrian's updates and thoughts (@Rootbrian_) reported

@MellowCanuck_46 @freedomsupport They cannot guarantee signal inside your home or workplace/office. For that, there is Wi-Fi calling. Also, the number of bars is signal to noise ratio, not the level of service your device shows.

  • shantellefoster lightskin baddie 😌 (@shantellefoster) reported

@FreedomMobile has to possibly be the worst phone company in canada. I switched to rogers a month ago and you guys are still charging me. Customer service hung up on me after i asked her to transfer me to someone else ….

  • raminbourne Ramin Bourne (@raminbourne) reported

@peternowak I needed a second line - was told WiFi calling wasn’t supported for prepaid plans! Asked me to switch to Telus. I switched to @FreedomMobile ! On another note, noticed FM service quality has changed a lot - I may even switch my primary line from Telus to FM!

  • McPumpface Pumpy McPumpface (@McPumpface) reported

@FreedomMobile Connection fee? Seriously? Aren’t you supposed to buy me a drink before you try and *******?

  • kerehama91 Kerehama (@kerehama91) reported

I love how as I'm on the phone with @FreedomMobile trying to cancel my account, the phone call drops - shortly after the agent tried to get me to stay. For the last 3 years your network hasn't worked (or improved) where I need it most: work & home.

  • ashleighaddison Ashleigh Addison (@ashleighaddison) reported

@Fidomobile @CRTCeng we need better options. Our hands are tied. And I find the quality of customer service has gone down as well. Part of why I loved Fido was the customer service. @FreedomMobile I'm looking for options!

  • NeilPatelcanada Neil Patel (@NeilPatelcanada) reported

@FreedomMobile I am not happy with Freedom billing, after one year when I chat with agent asking about buyout, agent charged me $ 20 more monthly still facing network problems in Kitchener

  • _cassndra cassndra (@_cassndra) reported

@FreedomMobile has the absolute worst customer service!
