  • adymitruk Adam Dymitruk 🇨🇦 (@adymitruk) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia

@freedomsupport @sfeldman Just implement the damn auth app 2FA. These generic, BS Twitter responses just make you look like idiots.

  • JoshRimer Josh Rimer (Mr. Gay Canada 2019) (@JoshRimer) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia

@alovesadventure @FreedomMobile It’s so nice! Boring down there without service otherwise. 😄

  • iamgroot11 Dallas Groot (@iamgroot11) reported from Grandview-Woodlands, British Columbia

So my experience with roaming with @FreedomMobile, why does throttling when roaming suck so much, the latency was really shitty, and in a city like Ottawa, service was really bad. Montreal was kinda okay, it worked and managed to get 200mb free.

  • iamgroot11 Dallas Groot (@iamgroot11) reported from West End, British Columbia

Hey @freedomsupport @FreedomMobile if you are investing so much money on expanding your network, I’m sure you can afford someone to write a decent app that you know isn’t a web version that asks me for my password each time and takes minutes to load. Yours, a paying customer.

  • southsidertom Southsider Tom (@southsidertom) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia

@RobHodkinson @FreedomMobile I have six lines with @FreedomMobile - Not bad except some spots while camping and out in the boonies - Bill is around $385 a month with 3 tabs running

  • FoodPorky Porky's Food Truck (@FoodPorky) reported from North Vancouver, British Columbia

@freedomsupport Freedom sucks and I demand a refund on this month bill why do I pay $70 when I can't use my phone.

  • ShaunMazzocca Shaun Mazzocca (@ShaunMazzocca) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia

@freedomsupport My service - data and wifi - has been terrible all day. Low bars, files aren’t loading, and calls are fuzzy.

  • arturomendz Arturo Mendez 🇲🇽🇨🇦 (@arturomendz) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia

@FreedomMobile is charging me for no reason almost 2 times more what I usually #pay per month. I called #customerservices and they're the #worst! So, I'm ready to go to @Fidomobile #TODAY, I'm tired of how #freedommobile is dealing with this kind of cases.

  • bradypatterson Brady Patterson (@bradypatterson) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia

@FreedomMobile, your #techsupport is woefully inadequate and absolutely terrible. The only redeeming quality they had was how polite they were. Thankfully you have knowledgable team at your kisoks that can figure things out.

@virginmobilecan 🛰 Fix your broken network! Not even @FreedomMobile has outages this long! #FixVM

  • pame1a_nico1e Pam (@pame1a_nico1e) reported from Burnaby, British Columbia

@freedomsupport I've talked to Freedom "loyalty" department and I'm told I'd have to pay the phone tab which makes no sense cause I can't use the phone with your "service"! I use my phone for work and this is really causing stress and anxiety.

  • drkayotica Anastasia Beaverhaus (@drkayotica) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia

Service seems to be down in #Vancouver , would be nice to know if its a system outage.@FreedomMobile #freedommobile

  • WolfgangBremer ⭕️ Wolfgang Bremer (@WolfgangBremer) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia

@freedomsupport So, the problem was an installed configuration profile from @FreedomMobile, which made any other changes, reset attempts or so useless. You could have told me that, @freedomsupport. CC: @FidoSolutions

  • paul_wb_wtf Paul Barraclough (@paul_wb_wtf) reported from Port Moody, British Columbia

@freedomsupport Sounds great. Check my DMs. They’re still trying to figure out why I can only receive incoming calls some of the time...and that’s on network or WiFi calling.

  • AspiringMedia STREETSOFVANCOUVER (@AspiringMedia) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia

@freedomsupport Don’t need to reach out, just letting you know it’s time to update your app. Slow and buggy. Thank You

  • AspiringMedia STREETSOFVANCOUVER (@AspiringMedia) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia

@FreedomMobile your app takes forever to open. Let’s fix this please thank you

  • musicloverhan MusicLoverHan (@musicloverhan) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia

If anyone using #freedommobile, please disable volte for lower mainland area in order to resolve receiving call issue. It works on 4g wcdma.

  • mennomateo Matthew Klassen (@mennomateo) reported from Richmond, British Columbia

@Normanoid75 @FreedomMobile Well since the website is broken I didn't

  • mennomateo Matthew Klassen (@mennomateo) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia

Great news @FreedomMobile your website is broken and I cannot pre-order the new Google phone without having to talk to a person.

  • iamgroot11 Dallas Groot (@iamgroot11) reported from North Vancouver, British Columbia

@freedomsupport Ever since your 2 step verification went into play, your app doesn’t seem to be playing nice with it. It should automatically detect that this device has been used to sign in and should ‘remember me’.

  • iamgroot11 Dallas Groot (@iamgroot11) reported from North Vancouver, British Columbia

@freedomsupport Well just the fact that it doesn’t remember a log in session. The fact that your using webviews for an app rather than using your own API to tie into the service is a bit of laziness on the developers part.

  • james_rowel ÍtsRœfer☆ (@james_rowel) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia

@freedomsupport Expand? It used to be ok. So are you guys experiencing trouble in your connections on tunnels? So right now I have to deal with no service connections, i take the train from richmond to downtown everyday.

  • james_rowel ÍtsRœfer☆ (@james_rowel) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia

Still no network connections at all from marine drive to waterfront stations. Its really getting annoying now. @freedomsupport

  • locuturus Melvin Wong (@locuturus) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia

@FreedomMobile @freedomsupport I’m constantly stuck on 3G - it occasionally flickers back to LTE for a few seconds and then dies again. In the meantime the network is completely unusable! Is there some kind of outage on the network?

  • musicloverhan MusicLoverHan (@musicloverhan) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia

@freedomsupport odd... whenever freedom had outage, calls also stopped. But this time only data hahaha

  • iamgroot11 Dallas Groot (@iamgroot11) reported from North Vancouver, British Columbia

@freedomsupport I was wondering. I was a few streets away and was able to pick it up. But being so far away it didn’t actually work. Until I came here and found it to be a stronger signal.

@freedomsupport today I finally got rid of your crappy service after 8 years and joined @virginmobilecan family. The move I should have done a long time ago.

  • FNan93140655 FNan (@FNan93140655) reported

@freedomsupport I just signed up $60 plan with friends and family which would give me $15 off per month. Just got the first bill and i dont see that promo applied. Called customer service, they said it will apply from second bill. Cant belive this..noone said anything like this when signed up.

  • iamtejas___ TP (@iamtejas___) reported

@richardhimself_ @FreedomMobile reach work next weekend I’ll fix up ur deal

  • ssj4hassan HASSANYE (@ssj4hassan) reported

  • miss_daniibabii Daniii🐼 (@miss_daniibabii) reported

@freedomsupport I’m having trouble removing my auto pay. I don’t even see on the option on the app or on my computer. Help 😅

  • jjt609 J T (@jjt609) reported

@freedomsupport @ibrahimorich Don’t feel bad. I’ve been with Wind/Freedom 95% of the last ten years and have “never” been offered a fnf invite. Many of us stayed with Wind/Freedom through the good and the bad, and it was very bad in the beginning. Loyalty doesn’t seem to matter much!

  • Hafiz_A1 TripleA (@Hafiz_A1) reported

I just had the worst customer experience with @FreedomMobile over the phone. The guy was extremely rude and unhelpful, when I asked to speak to a manager he said I'd get a callback 'eventually'. Do better

  • zoidbergererer Zach (@zoidbergererer) reported

@40thStFrancis @xl1tey @FreedomMobile Used to be with them but needed more reliability with my business. Worked ok sometimes, but every metal roofed building = no service, pockets of really poor service everywhere in the GTA. Had to prop my phone in a corner in my house and use a Bluetooth headset to get it to call.

  • 222DawsonsDad John (@222DawsonsDad) reported

@FreedomMobile Lol, sounds more like a “ so what if I didn’t pay for my service, you shouldn’t turn it off “🤣🤣
