Point at your data stream and say I pay for and use both up and down stream - they can look at your bandwidth usage history. Packet loss is a problem. It’s impacting your business so it should impact theirs too.

No one pays attention to upload (including tech support) because people primarily only use download. I finally gave up and went team blue because it took team red 8 months to find a competent tech support person to figure it out.
