U can talk to Andrew! Horrible service and still not fixed

It’s spotty in Scarborough/Pickering border. People are trying to work like my mom rn.

At one point he even started commenting on things that had nothing to do with my issue and then insisted that someone come to my house to fix the issue.

They warned us that the connection would be temporarily gone while our wifi upgraded, but would eventually come back. Guess whose internet never came back?? 🥺

Every time we have an appointment to have someone come out to fix it about an hour before we get a text message that the appointment is canceled. We have made several appointments and all are canceled.
