At one point he even started commenting on things that had nothing to do with my issue and then insisted that someone come to my house to fix the issue.

No signal of that person and I still with the issue. I called support and they said they can’t do anything I should just wait.

I live in a building with cameras. People are only allowed to get up if the concierge call me first. That never happen also the technician never talked to me beforehand or SMS, no contact
