    @tweetsforteetz @dmac_79 @RogersHelps And almost every rep has discretion. Almost. Meaning if a consumer is a jerk—game over. Be respectful: chances of great service improve. My experience.

    @Rogers, sent a collection ltr via Canada Post for my parents overdue home phone. I NEVER rec'd an invoice! Apparently invoices were changed to online from paper & sent to an unmonitored Rogers email without the POAs concurrence!!!

    @tweetsforteetz @dmac_79 @RogersHelps Sorry, but the account is in my wife’s different sir name. And I don’t typically pull up my job in my customer service intersections. I’ve done enough bad Rogers stories in my career. I also believe in crediting good/great service where I find it.

    @Ani1u7 @Rogers @Bell @TELUS I have a sharing plan that's grandfathered so extra lines are cheap. We never go over 10GB combined but I like the cushion. I always bought phones outright but not last time and now flagships are crazy$. Approx $100/mo w/add ons (voice to text vcmail, etc).

    @RogersHelps I hope so. I was a very happy loyal customer until I tried to upgrade my TV/Internet/Home Phone and smartphone in the last month. Perhaps tell chat reps & first line responders to stop pretending they're retentions and offer the best deals.

    Ive been having some crazy latency issues the past week @Rogers assures me everything is good. But every game I have is unplayable due to unreasonably high ping. Most videos I watch buffer for minutes at a time, why am I paying for your best internet package. SMFH

    Because there’s lots of good service @RogersHelps too: I got through to Rogers tech help on phone in 2 minutes. Agents were great. I needed (to pay for) a new PVR. The two reps at the King Street East store were smart, thorough, fast and friendly. One’s also a viewer. Thanks!

    @Rogers Bull. Rogers has the worst network there is. South Ottawa.Barrhaven,Manotick,Greely, Carp,Stittsville and many more areas there is no reception. Constantly not connecting and dropped calls all the time. Telus is the best

    @Rogers My router is 12 feet away from me and one floor down and I get one bar of Wifi in my room, my new expensive pc can barely run games because my wifi connection is so bad even with a booster that I plugged in for ethernet👍🏻🤡

    @hockeymomoffour @Rogers Me too tired of calling waits are 30 to 5 min or more then your cut off dropped call start over no one cares but if you call to pay they’ll rip your hand terrible I’m so done after 22 years
