They have all this network outages and connection issues and still if you keep it they don’t appreciate the business. Customer service/sales are rude. Better cancel instead of calling them. I asked what all the background noise was and he said he was driving, using a car phone. 😭

If we want Canadian call center agents we need to pay call center wages not inflated minimums that destroy the economy
