    @RogersHelps Pls check your dm. Itโ€™s still not fixed. And I might ask you to please put it back to 150MBPS since your service will not be able to provide me 1GB internet speed.

    Feel like in a developing country youโ€™d get better service than if you lived in Toronto and had @rogers Ignite. #day8 lots of visits but nobody capable of fixing! Letโ€™s open lots of tickets though $$$!!

    If you ever consider @Rogers ignite, do your research. Cause when itโ€™s down you have nothing - no tv, no internet, no phone. And after more than a week & multiple service techs showing up - still not working. Worst service EVER.

    Unbelievable that @rogers would rather cancel my new plan than wave the activation fee. Told me to go in and cancel it wow lol. What is the activation fee for anyway? If I bought out the phone and switched the SIM card there would be no activation fee. Absolutely crazy.

    @RogersHelps hello! Iโ€™m moving in early Dec. Iโ€™ll need to transfer my Internet and set up cable (currently obtained via condo). How much notice do you guys require? And thereโ€™s still a โ€œmovingโ€ service right?

    @RogersHelps How soon until the problem gets fixed? Outgoing calls get a busy signal & incoming calls go straight to voicemail.

    Hey @RogersHelps found a #tablet on the ground outside my kids school and would like to return it to the owner. It's a Rogers SIM card. Talked to live chat and said it can't help. Now I'm on hold! Any #suggestions?

    @Rogers switching to rogers was worst decision I've made. You over charge on bills, offer free devices yet charge for them on bills .your customer service reps are useless, not helpful

    Still no service after 24 hours from @Bell_Support. They say wait another 48 hours. In TWO DECADES, @RogersHelps was NEVER this bad. No resolution. No support. No alternative solutions.

    @rogers - can you please explain to my why the internet in my area is down again. This is a recurring theme it seems every other day. Maybe itโ€™s time for me to cancel all my services and move somewhere else if you cannot provide a reliable service

    November 19, 2020 #Brampton #Rogers internet / cable keeps going down! L6R area, please investigate and provide an ETA to when the system will be stable @RogersHelps . The connection keeps dropping for a second or two which makes working from home almost impossible.

    @Dhuggzz00 @Rogers Agreed same. Has been spotty at best, no service at all most of the time. Had a tech come out yesterday. They looked things over, everything looked good then and then it crapped out 15 minutes after they left.
