I am surprised it took a customer to bring awareness, in this day and age IoT where is the monitoring? These should be self healing systems. Not customer frustration flashpoints.

The new one is very hard to press the buttons on for people with joint or connective tissue issues. The old one was easy. We want the old type back. This sucks
