But the bigger problem is that I work from home and am currently having to hotspot off my mobile device. Ive already reported this issue this week.

I got my breakfast in bed for mother's day and we were supposed to hang out in bed as a family and watch movies together as we usually do, but now we can't.

Called Friday for someone to come out on Saturday. Turns out appointment is for Sunday. Terrible service/product. The guy who installed it spent the entire time asking for help.

We’re getting no help from @Bell (our provider) or @Rogers who the hole is under contract. 6 months with a 6’ x 6’ hole that is well over 6ft deep is NOT ACCEPTABLE for a street filled with kids. Help!
