@RogersHelps not sure what is going on with customer service at Roger's BUT my other half was put on hold for half an hour then disconnected. Second time 46 mins on hold disconnected. Both times they said BRB. Time to look into it Rogers.

@jasonwagar @Rogers @Google Wild. I'm in Cambridge and I upgraded to Ignite (500 MBPS) to try and see if that would avoid my problems (frequent, brief service disconnects). It didn't work. Bell has no Fibe service here, so I have no other truly high-speed options.

@jasonwagar I've been in @Rogers hell for months. It took me 3-4 technicians flagging a maintenance issue for them to recognize that it was their infrastructure. But, no news for two months, and the City said that Rogers was banned from getting permits for September bc of bad contractors.
