Maybe less so with the current financing model, but that is one of the problems with having meaningful competition only at the top end of the market.

    @Rogers frequent internet disconnection for the last few days at L5M. After calling customer service today, yes we know and we are working on it. One hour after i called, i received a call from rogers, informing that the issue is resolved. However, the internet is down till now

    HELP @Rogers, your 5G network contractors were on my street just after Easter & left dozens of homes with 4ft deep holes on our front gardens w a piece of plywood & a construction cone on top. Said they would fill holes in 2 days...it’s July 1. Holes not filled. Help!

    @RogersHelps 3 calls. 4 hours wasted. Your DM service sucks too. 15 year senior who always pays her bills on time. Completely ignored. We are calling tomorrow to cancel. Paying last bill and we are done. Disgusting. Filing a complaint with @CRTCeng too. Shameful behaviour.

    @RogersHelps @MathesonStep My office saw a huge hit on Rogers traffic my team is all over the GTA and everyone on Rogers dropped @14:37hrs for 5 minutes or less. I had another outage at 11:18hrs too. @RogersHelps
