    @Rogers for past 3 days my internet is behaving like an on again off again relationship. Every year I now expect your services to fail atleast at 3-4 separate occasions but with internet it has to be 3-4 times a month. It's about time to let go if you can't keep up.

    @Rogers When one grandparent died I had to get your legal department involved b/c your staff said a death certificate wasn't proof of death. Now the other grandparent is in a nursing home & I (an authorized person on the account) can't cancel service w/o an attorney? Unacceptable
