My set top box is working fine, but can't watch on app. Not going to jinx it and risk losing my internet entirely. Thanks anyways.

Making it impossible to upgrade my device online was the clincher. Can't stand the infinite loop of error messages. I'm out.

Rebooted my box and now ROD refuses to load any content and it's been over 20 minutes. Time to call Bell and listen to their offers. Their stuff may not be any better but it can't be worse.

To the point they "canceled" my service in March, but they still billed me in April. and then billed me this month for "non-returned equipment".
