@HalosOfAmber @haydenjack @RogersHelps My web cams went down at 2-2:30 when I woke up at 5:30 the internet was down. At 7 for up to feed my Goldens it was still down. Went to the basement restarted modem and routers. It came back on. I’ve had this happen after it’s been down before. I’m in Guelph.

But that BREAKS an awful lot of EXISTING device configurations @Rogers. You want to offer a new feature, great. Good for you! But to break things, at scale, by default is a very poor decision.

Hey @Rogers your process to help customers when their phone number is stolen is seriously broken. You leave customers at signifcant risk for further fraud for no reason. Super disappointing and dangerous.

@RogersHelps Thanks for making it an easy decision to cancel my wireless service and switch to another provider. Making it impossible to upgrade my device online was the clincher. Can't stand the infinite loop of error messages. I'm out.

@RogersHelps Straightened out a new plan but still have an issue with my bill. You want $310 for the month when my plan was only $233. We had a 25% discount. They said that once the contract was done they took away the 25%. So now I have old phones and a ridiculously expensive bill.

@rayray14 @gregjoz @Rogers Damn man. It felt like torture waiting a month for my Dad to get his 12 Pro. Can’t imagine still waiting haha. Maybe ask for a refund and buy it straight from Apple?

@RogersHelps I'm not angry at your customer service agents either, or your techs. Its the fact you can charge so much but cant provide any solutions to paying customers losing 70-80% download speeds of 900Mb down on a regular basis. This is thievery and horrible service providing

@RogersHelps can't troubleshoot their own network, so they blame the end users equipment, which is frustrating enough without their techs failing to show up for appointments.
