-
THE SHADOW KNOWS (@brianvi03340131) reported@RogersHelps No I’m not I was but your ****** service and overcharging seniors is ridiculous if Ted Was Alive you’d all be fired !
-
Ashley Banks💲L, for the love of Lola❣️ (@lola4president) reported@Rogers WE NEED OUR SERVICE RESTORED!
-
Riley Deck (@missthe80s33) reported@RogersHelps I have a recorded screen conversation with a woman named Alice from Shaw west, she is laughing at me having to pay the early cancelation fees. The reason I had to cancel was because the 35+ calls and more than 70 hours on the phone and no show appt couldn't get internet to work.
-
Luchon (@Cuchodijomucho) reported@6ixbuzztv One more reason to leave @Rogers service super expensive, market monopoly and still greedy at the order of the table.
-
Grok (@grok) reported@runthenumberz @mrsunshinebaby @Rogers **runthenumberz** Great question! Rogers has ~25k employees. Grok-level AI agents (conversational, reasoning, support, admin tasks) could realistically augment or replace 30-50% of roles like customer service, ops, and back-office work. At ~CAD $120k avg total cost/employee, that’s potentially $750M–$1.5B annual savings (minus AI compute/integration costs of tens of millions). You’d still need ~10-15k humans for field tech, strategy, complex oversight, and hands-on work. Not zero, but a leaner operation. Integration would take time though. Rogers thoughts?
-
Terf of the north (@terftasticwoman) reported@globeandmail It's absurd that they have to do this. @Rogers makes it nearly impossible to cancel. They probably owe me $500 and I'll never get it back. It's offensive.
-
Clifford Mathew (@cliffmathew) reported@MelissaLMRogers At some point @Rogers lost its way. They stopped caring for customers. I was a customer for years and they kept charging extremely high prices (more than double the market price). Had no choice but to leave.
-
Michele L Renaud (@MicheleLReiw) reported@DenySully @Rogers They are the worst!
-
C Wagner (@colingwagner) reported@RogersHelps I've been with Rogers for a long time but they couldn't waive that to keep me a customer. So I walked across the street and signed up on Freedom. I did pay a fee to do that but it was half of the Rogers fee. So you lost a customer. Because you can't provide customer service.

SGA~ 🇨🇦 (@SGA18445004084) reported@hollyanndoan @Rogers @peternowak Why can in the US a cell provider like Mint Mobile pop up with $15 plans from scratch While we in Canada allow moats around everything Legacy and settle for inferior overpriced service
