@marty_d_ @Rogers I figured as much. Just wanted to make sure it wasn't a system issue. Looks like a capacity issue

Hey @Rogers your process to help customers when their phone number is stolen is seriously broken. You leave customers at signifcant risk for further fraud for no reason. Super disappointing and dangerous.

@RogersHelps This was pathetic. I'm pretty bad about this. With all the technology that you guys advertise, the fact that you don't have a Call Back option is mind boggling.

@RogersHelps Hi Rogers, fix your DNS servers they have been constantly going offline over the last couple of weeks. Frustrating when you use Ignite and cannot change your DNS settings to point at something more reliable 😉

@RogersHelps This is on the ignite TV app, not the Box. I can send screenshots as well. No....that always causes problems. My set top box is working fine, but can't watch on app. Not going to jinx it and risk losing my internet entirely. Thanks anyways.

I try my best to be super nice to customer service reps because I’ve been there and the job can be awful.... but @RogersHelps CSR’s from the call centres turn me into that ******* everyone hates.

@RogersHelps Thanks for trying help @Rogershelps. I've sent a DM only to be told the same thing. If I don't live in an area with Pro-On-The-Go, not only can I not use the service, I also can not enjoy the same savings offered like $100's of dollars in savings. Great idea, bad execution.

@RogersHelps Why my service sucks and why am I paying full price. Apparently as per my last chat I can't get credits until the issue is "resolved" how is that fair to me? Paying for this garbage

@rapidlytapardew @Rogers Oh really? With all the money Bell & Rogers get, how can they not make something better? Whenever I think of Crave, I think of an awful lecture during my Masters where the institution/professor was bribed into letting a Bell exec shill to us about Crave TV for over an hour...
