@Rogers is there a service outage in the Lanark County/Ottawa area? #rogers

  • whereiwalkphoto Where I Walk... 🇨🇦 (@whereiwalkphoto) reported from Carleton Place, Ontario

@RogersHelps I tried customer service at Rogers and Samsung, they both just didn't know what to do. 😕 they just said factory reset it, but I shouldn't have to do that. I need my photos in it. I think there's an actual glitch, just like the @SamsungMobile 7 that caught fire all the time.

  • whereiwalkphoto Where I Walk... 🇨🇦 (@whereiwalkphoto) reported from Carleton Place, Ontario

@RogersHelps Doesn't make sense, I put down my correct password... it wouldn't let me get past that at all. it doesn't even ask which password it needs, Samsung, Google or Rogers etc. 😕 something's wrong with the phone and I even gave authority for whoever it is to access my phone.

  • CathyACummings CathyACummings (she/her) (@CathyACummings) reported from Mississippi Mills, Ontario

@RogersHelps I went down that rabbit hole earlier in the week for 5 hours with zero resolution, so no, I won't be doing that.

@Rogers where is my internet ? Why my text messages so slow to receive ? WtF is going on 😡😡😡😡😡😡

  • C_Lee8891 C Lee (@C_Lee8891) reported

Hey @Rogers , I’ve been trying to get ahold of credit operations since 10am, the time it says you open on your website, and you’re still closed. Wtf??!

  • saramachen Sara Machen (@saramachen) reported

@AboutRogers @Rogers When Rogers prepares our “credit” for lost service, I hope they take into account the fact that some of us lost a day of wages.

  • ScallonDorothy Dorothy Scallon (@ScallonDorothy) reported

@Micanushi @RogersHelps @StachSean Not at out house either (Fairview Mall area). Intermittent TV screen freeze and/or blackout. Intermittent Internet on laptop. Data usage on Mobile phone extremely high usage. Lies from Rogers CEO don't placate me!

  • erins_26 Erin (@erins_26) reported

@RogersHelps So uh… what happened? An outage this big should have a cause, no? So what was it? What made your service go down and hold the country’s money hostage for over 12 hours? We deserve answers.

  • 635bur 635Bur (@635bur) reported

@tbnewswatch It’s not working very well, cutting in and out @RogersHelps

  • markblei Mark Blei (@markblei) reported

@andyboyce2404 @RogersHelps Respectfully if it's that significant you should set up a fail over connection with a second non Roger's ISP. When is been left up to me decision wise I've always done that though companies don't like to budget for it & often just accept that they'll lose a day every year or so

  • dgorman66 Derek Gorman 🇨🇦 🇺🇦 (@dgorman66) reported

@danielacts1 @stitchlady @RogersHelps Yes thx. Watching F1 now. Interestingly, is not recording and recording feature is not working at this time.

  • AbhilashRishii Abhilash Rishi (@AbhilashRishii) reported

    @Rogers your are a **** company.. i lost my day . I would've made 240 dollars .. and u r compensating it with 2 dollar ... I dnt need 2 dollar. U can shove it up

  • ampharan Ron (@ampharan) reported

@RogersHelps @Debba1c Rogers needs to drop the script reading and give out the CEOs email and have him respond to customers and tell how he make it right ( giving free month to everyone in Canada who lost service on each device at a minimum)
