Maribeth (@stronggalbeth) reported from Twin Elm, Ontario@rogers I am still offline Your service is poor and laughable your people are not taught to think they are taught to follow an algorithm just like the bot on your Twitter account
-
@halo_nothing@mstdn.social (@halo_nothing) reported from Twin Elm, Ontario@RogersHelps why the hell can't I speak with anyone to get downed Rogers lines fixed? Transferred multiple times and no one can help me because I'm not a customer. I'm just trying to report downed lines in my backyard ffs.
-
Maribeth (@stronggalbeth) reported from Twin Elm, OntarioHey @rogers I have been waiting 38 min for a technician..that was after I had spoke to person who told me they couldn’t help me …I finally get through and he tells me I have been waiting for the wrong service and quickly puts me on hold again

Where I Walk... 🇨🇦 (@whereiwalkphoto) reported from Carleton Place, Ontario@RogersHelps ok, thank you, I'll call them. if they can't help... then what?? 😕
-
Where I Walk... 🇨🇦 (@whereiwalkphoto) reported from Carleton Place, Ontario@RogersHelps I tried customer service at Rogers and Samsung, they both just didn't know what to do. 😕 they just said factory reset it, but I shouldn't have to do that. I need my photos in it. I think there's an actual glitch, just like the @SamsungMobile 7 that caught fire all the time.
-
CathyACummings (she/her) (@CathyACummings) reported from Mississippi Mills, Ontario@RogersHelps I went down that rabbit hole earlier in the week for 5 hours with zero resolution, so no, I won't be doing that.
-
Where I Walk... 🇨🇦 (@whereiwalkphoto) reported from Carleton Place, Ontario@RogersHelps Doesn't make sense, I put down my correct password... it wouldn't let me get past that at all. it doesn't even ask which password it needs, Samsung, Google or Rogers etc. 😕 something's wrong with the phone and I even gave authority for whoever it is to access my phone.

Mr. J.R. (@MrJR0986) reported from Carleton Place, Ontario@Rogers is there a service outage in the Lanark County/Ottawa area? #rogers

shawna (@shawnasativa) reported@RogersHelps can you explain to me why in the world you would take away that very convenient option? why should i have to wait on hold for hours to simply cancel a channel? ffs, it’s such a simple task i should be able to do it right here through you.

-
shawna (@shawnasativa) reported@RogersHelps i also don’t understand why it takes me literal hours on hold (on the phone or online, doesn’t matter) to get a human representative, yet i get a reply on twitter within minutes? just cancel it for me here!
