    @RogersHelps Doesn't make sense, I put down my correct password... it wouldn't let me get past that at all. it doesn't even ask which password it needs, Samsung, Google or Rogers etc. 😕 something's wrong with the phone and I even gave authority for whoever it is to access my phone.

    Hey @rogers I have been waiting 38 min for a technician..that was after I had spoke to person who told me they couldn’t help me …I finally get through and he tells me I have been waiting for the wrong service and quickly puts me on hold again

    @RogersHelps I went down that rabbit hole earlier in the week for 5 hours with zero resolution, so no, I won't be doing that.

    @Flags2J yeeeup and haaaa.... even my cell phone wasn't working and everything on my end was not changed 🙄got three important calls and not a single alert and 4hrs later, I got a handful of txts clearly late, along with two calls from yesterday, geeezee @Rogers fix yer system! smh!

    @RogersHelps I tried customer service at Rogers and Samsung, they both just didn't know what to do. 😕 they just said factory reset it, but I shouldn't have to do that. I need my photos in it. I think there's an actual glitch, just like the @SamsungMobile 7 that caught fire all the time.

    Imagine paying almost 100/mo for internet... and then have it cut out at least 7 times a week at random. That’s the @rogers experience.

    So after a day of frustration with @Rogers nothing has been corrected. If you have device protection through @Rogers or Brightstar, check all your info down to the IMEI number or they will be awful to deal with. Be warned.

    At times it feels like we are still on dialup. Where is the “high speed” @Rogers? Any of you in the Twitterverse have better experiences at #bell? After weeks of spotty and poor internet we are considering a move at this point #FirstWorldProblems #slowinternet @RogersHelps

    @Rogers @buckshow8 So if NHL Centre Ice not carrying game how come Bell customers in Newfoundland ( where I live) can get Leaf game on SNO but being a Rogers customer I can’t get it? Also I have the sports pack which guarantees in and out of market games.

    Hey @RogersHelps @Rogers your level 1 support is utterly useless, I know they have scripts to follow, but going around in circles and having to repeat what I say is getting tiring. Random intermittent connection drops are getting tiring. Disable OFDMA its breaking your network!

    on top of that we have to pay $40 a phone for the preorder on a phone that came out on the 5th of Feb that we still don't have in our hands on the 8th of Feb.... NEVER EVER EVER buy anything from @RogersHelps never ever EVER preorder anything. We hadn't planned
