    @RogersHelps Doesn't make sense, I put down my correct password... it wouldn't let me get past that at all. it doesn't even ask which password it needs, Samsung, Google or Rogers etc. 😕 something's wrong with the phone and I even gave authority for whoever it is to access my phone.

    @Flags2J yeeeup and haaaa.... even my cell phone wasn't working and everything on my end was not changed 🙄got three important calls and not a single alert and 4hrs later, I got a handful of txts clearly late, along with two calls from yesterday, geeezee @Rogers fix yer system! smh!

    Hey @rogers I have been waiting 38 min for a technician..that was after I had spoke to person who told me they couldn’t help me …I finally get through and he tells me I have been waiting for the wrong service and quickly puts me on hold again

    @RogersHelps I tried customer service at Rogers and Samsung, they both just didn't know what to do. 😕 they just said factory reset it, but I shouldn't have to do that. I need my photos in it. I think there's an actual glitch, just like the @SamsungMobile 7 that caught fire all the time.

    @Rogers @Rogers this is a problem with your customer service department. It took me so long to get to the “right” department it closed & now I have wasted an entire evening listening to the same like 5 songs on repeat and the empty promise that a live agent will help me.

    @RogersHelps Dear Rogers, Why on the nhllive package do we have to watch a stupid ice resurfacing loop during commercials?Why can't you alternate between a scoreboard of games in progress and standings? Maybe even the next day or 2 schedule?

    @Rogers @nhl why in 2021 do we still have silly blackout restrictions. I'm not paying for center ice when games are on paid cable channels I already pay for but you choose to blackout for archaic reasons.

    @Rogers so what’s the point of having 10gb of data when it’s soooo slow? I’ve got two iPhone 7’s and both behaving the same way. No wifi so relying on data (LTE) that’s terribly slow. And it’s not just today it’s anytime e we try to rely on data.
