I need my photos in it. I think there's an actual glitch, just like the @SamsungMobile 7 that caught fire all the time.

The new system moves to a standby screen at 5 hours if it thinks no one is watching it. My old mom does not know know how to channel the move the remote to stop this from happening. Being on hold literally for hours is the worst customer service ever. Customers donβt need new packages, deals offers, advertising. Investment in customer support.
