    @RogersHelps One simple Set top TV device is viewable on my network yet I have to call to activate it. Left messages all weekend long and now going on to hour #2 on hold for ‘specialist’. 😡😡😡😡😡fknrogers

    @RogersHelps Is service down in Orleans Ont? I have a yellow flashing light on my modem. I tried rebooting and it didn’t work. I have an important meeting at 10. 😞

    @RogersHelps what the hell is wrong with your service in Ottawa south. Every few seconds there is sound and video drop out. I have rebooted the box 2 times already. It is worse on the lower channels. VERY annoying.

    Hey @rogers I have been waiting 38 min for a technician..that was after I had spoke to person who told me they couldn’t help me …I finally get through and he tells me I have been waiting for the wrong service and quickly puts me on hold again

    @RogersHelps is there anyway you can pass along feedback for the tech driving 190296 here in Ottawa? he’s the real mvp in getting our internet and our neighbour’s internet fixed - sort of a bandaid today until a team follows up this week, but the work he did today should fix it!

    Good ol @Rogers, send a 'free' Pro On the Go. Some weird dude shows up, trying to upsell us on everything but he tell us it's 20 less per line if we follow his advice. We fall for it. Get our bill today, 150$ higher and after hour with support. Nothing.

    @RogersHelps any reason that your browser streaming platform for ignite TV still doesn’t support loading in Linux? Was hopeful after your service dropped the awfulness which was Adobe Flash that your browser and OS support would enable Linux users, but no go. Why?

    @RogersHelps No. That was not my question: Why, because I pay for your internet AND I’m under 65 years of age is the option to receive paper billing removed? So if I switched my ‘net to @Bell does that mean I could receive paper billing if I cancel a service that is one of your criteria?

    @RogersHelps You have all the details. Open Xfinity app. Log in. Enter the 2FA. "Oops, screw you, back to login". Now try to get Anna to route you to cable tech support - impossible. Mobile CSR is apologetic and offers to send you to cable tech support, where you wait for over an hour and then wait some more. Absolutely terrible, terrible customer experience. You force your customers to use your app, but do not make DAMN sure the app login process is robust. You could just let us use the modem with our laptop browser because we don't need the internet to to configure the modem on the table in front of us, but apparently that's too easy.

    Wow, no more Rangers. No more Jays on a clear radio channel as 590 transmission sucks half the time and WORST no news to listen to at 5:30am on the way to work. The KW region of more than 700,000 people just got screwed. Guess I'll switch to Bell now. @Sportsnet @Rogers
