I’ve unplugged my ignite hub, let it sit for 1 min then reconnected for 30 mins max and it cuts out again. Light on hub is either yellow or red.

Some weird dude shows up, trying to upsell us on everything but he tell us it's 20 less per line if we follow his advice. We fall for it. Get our bill today, 150$ higher and after hour with support. At least let us know what's the problem cause no internet. All call center rep said they had no idea why the area outage still not been fixed.
