There is a paragraph in there about their liability for outages being limited to pro-rated refunds, if it's even that generous. Yes it sucks but that is the contract you signed

My neighbours and I have called to report problems many times with no resolution. I’ll be switching to another service provider.

Pls advise - how do we report this. Technical support is 45-60 min wait on the phone.

I have no problems with RXSA on my old S8 cell phone running Android 9. The issue was fixed now it's a problem?
