@RogersHelps Why is there no response from Rogers as to the cause and what’s being done to get it fixed. More importantly why is there no back up solution. This is unacceptable especially when we are working from home. Why is it only Rogers and nit Bell ie Telus etc...

@205mph @RogersHelps @_phos3 I was told you have to call Rogers in order to receive the compensation so if that's the case good luck calling in. I just got my service back and running and I been calling non stop and waiting. Lines are stupid busy🤬😭

@RogersHelps your internet connection is so glitchy in my area 😡 with people working from home these days you should really get your s*it together!! My neighbours and I have called to report problems many times with no resolution. I’ll be switching to another service provider.

@MatsSonDean @Rogers Then maybe those incompetent fools should stop saying all services have been fully restored to all customers when so many people are still having massive issues with their Ignite TV. They were dumb as well to make link Ignite to WiFi in the first place. It’s pretty absurd man.

Multiple calls w/ no resolution, timeline or even empathy with the exception of one dedicated @RogersHelps rep named Emily. Rogers advertises having a new device in your hands “next day”. Right now I am being told my escalated ticket will be *looked at* Thursday, 10 days later

@winder_gill @AmitAryaMD @Rogers I am suspicious of large corporations because they often do not seem to put the customer first…however, Rogers didn’t do this on purpose. It would certainly not be anything they would want to have happen…and all hands are on deck to fix it.

So we are still without TV and can't sign into anything. This goes for many others in my area as well. @rogers is wrong. "Most" people do not have full service back. And they continue to tell half truths. Rediculous after 3 days.
