Had to leave the house to go to work. Still down. No 911, no phone. In Terra Cotta. L7C1R6. Was supposed to be up at 6 pm. No updates. Help!!

Your staff sit in a room full of other support staff with no mic dampening so that you can barely hear them over the chorus of other terrible employees. So many children live in poverty because of it. I earned minimum wage from @Rogers . Yes, that is what they pay thier customer service workers, and the best you can get is a 10-cent raise.
