@RogersHelps Why is there no response from Rogers as to the cause and what’s being done to get it fixed. More importantly why is there no back up solution. This is unacceptable especially when we are working from home. Why is it only Rogers and nit Bell ie Telus etc...

@RogersHelps your internet connection is so glitchy in my area 😡 with people working from home these days you should really get your s*it together!! My neighbours and I have called to report problems many times with no resolution. I’ll be switching to another service provider.

@205mph @RogersHelps @_phos3 I was told you have to call Rogers in order to receive the compensation so if that's the case good luck calling in. I just got my service back and running and I been calling non stop and waiting. Lines are stupid busy🤬😭

@Rogers Yeah no. Please stop making things worse for consumers. This is anticompetitive. Ideally regulators would strike this **** down, but I’ll settle for keeping all the brands alive, treating Shaw as a subsidiary instead of folding it in.
