@205mph @RogersHelps @_phos3 I was told you have to call Rogers in order to receive the compensation so if that's the case good luck calling in. I just got my service back and running and I been calling non stop and waiting. Lines are stupid busy🤬😭

@RogersBiz you should be ashamed of yourselves, a $2.50 credit for a full day of service lost. Your customers lost money, we use your service for our business... so no business that day but only a $2.50 credit SMH do better

Day 3 begging @Rogers to bring service to my area so I can get rid of @Xplornet. There’s Rogers service 2km each way of a cluster of 15 homes...our internet is garbage and everyone has said they’d switch to Rogers. 15 new customers in a single day...that’s just internet not cable

@Rogers @fizz_ca Neither of you are taking ownership of my port in request nightmare. Rogers attempting to port from Fizz. Constantly receiving "line not active" even though it is. Fizz has no support and refuses to escalate. Come on, this shouldn't be an issue in 2021.
