    @RogersHelps your internet connection is so glitchy in my area ๐Ÿ˜ก with people working from home these days you should really get your s*it together!! My neighbours and I have called to report problems many times with no resolution. Iโ€™ll be switching to another service provider.

    On the phone for an hour with @RogersHelps just to be told to go to the store. Guy at the store looked pissed off to have to open the door for me (locked for security reasons) then was so rude I ended up walking out. It shouldnโ€™t be this hard to try and purchase an Apple Watch!

    @freedomsupport You need service in more places because every time I go to a city up north or out of town it says โ€œnationwideโ€ or โ€œno serviceโ€ and that is a huge inconvenience when I left your competitor @Rogers because you offered a cheaper/affordable plan

    @RogersHelps The phone seems to work for now but when attempting to sign in on my laptop and following the steps. After logging in ,It transfers me to a page asking me to purchase my subscription again

    @startca when I call because the neighbourhood Internet keeps going up and down all afternoon, so a @Rogers issue AGAIN, do NOT tell me to reset my modem just put the damn ticket in. Whole area keeps going down. Just DO IT!!!

    @RogersHelps I jus know if tried again, this time I pushed the number to cancel my service!!! Low and behold, my call was answered immediately!!! I was able to talk to a very nice CSR, who was able to take care of my moving services request. It seems the moving option is not a high priority

    @RogersHelps No. I told the CCTS exactly what I'm going through in a detailed email, and not just as a disabled person. And this stupid platform "X" does not allow more than a few characters of text in which to describe this hell Rogers puts me though, of course.

    @RogersHelps The problem is, this is not a isolated incident, this happens constantly, and my Internet is giving me 20% of what itโ€™s supposed to be in the way of speed. I had a technician at my home this morning who could not fix anything. But am I getting a discount on my service?
