Had to leave the house to go to work. Still down. No 911, no phone. In Terra Cotta. L7C1R6. Was supposed to be up at 6 pm. No updates. Help!!

They sent me a mail & mentioned 2or 3 days delivery time. But after 5 days modem has not shipped yet from warehouse even I haven’t received any confirmation email with tracking number👎.

Ordered a phone.. did a credit check. Called to change the phone model (haven’t gotten the new phone yet).. told to cancel my order and complete a new credit check 1/2.

It also kicked me out of the chat queue twice after waiting more than 1 hr each time. Absolutely incompetent and atrocious customer service.
