    @RogersHelps Why is there no response from Rogers as to the cause and whatโ€™s being done to get it fixed. More importantly why is there no back up solution. This is unacceptable especially when we are working from home. Why is it only Rogers and nit Bell ie Telus etc...

    @ZaneKaneOnAir @Rogers Our Rogers internet and cell phone service has been down since 9:50 am due to a broken line on King Rd. Still out. Had to leave the house to go to work. Still down. No 911, no phone. In Terra Cotta. L7C1R6. Was supposed to be up at 6 pm. No updates. Help!!

    @RogersHelps I still struggle with incompetence of some of your associates as it relates to my concern. Ordered a phone.. did a credit check. Called to change the phone model (havenโ€™t gotten the new phone yet).. told to cancel my order and complete a new credit check 1/2.

    @RogersBiz you should be ashamed of yourselves, a $2.50 credit for a full day of service lost. Your customers lost money, we use your service for our business... so no business that day but only a $2.50 credit SMH do better

    @Rogers I port my sim to rogers. The sales guy did something and I dont have any sim with me from last 2 days. Stores are close no support. And you guys pitch urself as tier 1, really shittiest service so call tier one rogers

    We deal with an indie 4 internet but they rely on @Rogers cable. When we need help to resolve an (ongoing) issue they contact @Rogers. I call Monday & have to wait 4 Wednesday am but .@Rogers reschedule 4 Weds pm & then reschedule on Wed noon 4 Friday but no-one tells customers.

    @RogersHelps Iโ€™ve been a victim of what appears to be a fraudulent transaction on my Rogers Bank Mastercard. I was forced to withdraw cash from an in-store ATM due to a โ€œdigital payment not workingโ€ situation, and ended up being charged excessive and undisclosed fees. @Rogers

    @Rogers your technical support line is so bad. i have been trying to call you and been on hold for more than an hour every single time. Facing network issues and store was not able to help. How do i reach an agent? Its insane the wait times.
