@RogersHelps Our Rogers line got knocked down by a tree yesterday, that runs to our house. I cannot get thru via phone nor with Anna. I just want someone to add us to their list to get it fixed. It’s also a hazard lying low across the road. Pls advise.

@RogersHelps I still struggle with incompetence of some of your associates as it relates to my concern. Ordered a phone.. did a credit check. Called to change the phone model (haven’t gotten the new phone yet).. told to cancel my order and complete a new credit check 1/2.

@BauxiteBeard @mokirokio @RogersHelps You should probably read your contract with Rogers. There is a paragraph in there about their liability for outages being limited to pro-rated refunds, if it's even that generous. Yes it sucks but that is the contract you signed

OMG Telus @Telus @TELUSsupport What the hell is going on w/UR service? U R now on the level of what Roger's @Rogers is 4 Service! There's no Wi-Fi on any electronics (Phones, Laptops, Gaming Equip, etc!) Nothing! I'm way over my Data Usage & I better not get charged 4 it either!
