    After canceling one service and waiting to cancel others, they have had me calling repeatedly, kept me waiting as if in punishment. The amount of time wasted because of @RogersBiz is not even funny.

    So @RogersHelps sent us a new modem and our wifi worked for 0.5 seconds. In that 0.5 seconds, we upgraded the speed. They warned us that the connection would be temporarily gone while our wifi upgraded, but would eventually come back. Guess whose internet never came back?? 🥺

    @Rogers Thanks a lot rogers due to your **** internet as I try to log into work for the next half hour my internet has gone out twice and I've gone from 4 to 140 mbps down to 2. **** you. Changing to starlink at least @elonmusk doesn't throttle speeds.

    Extremely disappointed with @Rogers. Really thinking about canceling my contract. Nothing special about the plan even for a 10+ years client! With all the competitions,they should really step their game up! Horrible service, supervisor speaks to the clients like idiot! SMH.

    @Rogers We've had no cable for days and fastest appointment is tomorrow. Cable was fine until they came to repair neighbours and asked if they could splice into ours. Frustrating contant cable or internet issues and spend a lot on services.
