    @RogersHelps Experiencing an internet outage at L6X3M9. Working from home today and need my internet connection. Everything was working fine until 30mins who. Reset my modem twice but that did not solve the issue. The @ symbol is no long lighting up either

    @Rogers Interesting because I left Rogers a year ago cause my cell phone bill was always expensive and not because I went over. This is what I’m paying with @FreedomMobile and I’m not happy with their service

    @680NEWS @Bell @Rogers @TELUS It’s about time. Canada has the worst wireless rates of any G20 nation. But 25% reduction in two years isn’t enough. By then the big three should easily be able to deliver far better. Let competition in from the US carriers and we will see far better rates

    @RogersHelps The phone seems to work for now but when attempting to sign in on my laptop and following the steps. After logging in ,It transfers me to a page asking me to purchase my subscription again

    Calling @RogersHelps is a gd nightmare. I had a wonderful conversation with Yvette in Halifax, but when I was transferred to Maria (?) In Moncton(?) She hung up on me. After an HOUR of being on the phone. I am so sick of these companies that treat us customers like actual trash.
