    @RogersHelps This was not intermittent service interruption. We had total disruption of service the entire day. Get your messaging correct abd say it as it is.

    @RogersHelps I hope Rogers will waive data overage for people like us forced to use our phone’s personal hotspot to get work and school done. The worst thing is, even that is intermittent. C’mon!

    @205mph @RogersHelps @_phos3 I was told you have to call Rogers in order to receive the compensation so if that's the case good luck calling in. I just got my service back and running and I been calling non stop and waiting. Lines are stupid busy🤬😭

    On the phone with @Rogers @RogersMediaPR @RogersBiz again - this is becoming a weekly, if not daily event. When is our government going to hold these companies accountable to customers? When will I have stable #Internet service?

    @RogersHelps Why is there no response from Rogers as to the cause and what’s being done to get it fixed. More importantly why is there no back up solution. This is unacceptable especially when we are working from home. Why is it only Rogers and nit Bell ie Telus etc...

    @Rogers Rogers broadband is the worst broadband connection I have ever used. My broadband constantly goes offline and I have to use mobile data. I have contacted Rogers customer care numerous times but the problem still persists.

    After canceling one service and waiting to cancel others, they have had me calling repeatedly, kept me waiting as if in punishment. The amount of time wasted because of @RogersBiz is not even funny.

    @RogersHelps our internet has been out since Friday, march 13. We’ve called Roger’s 5 times and each representative tells us the issue will be resolved in 24 hours. One even sent us a new modem which won’t activate. It’s Wednesday, March 18 now and still no fix…

    @That80sG @Rogers Our power flickered this morning and our Bell modem completely **** the bed. Luckily replaced quickly and Bell support got the new one up and running within 30 mins.

    @RogersHelps I have a moto g 5g - 2024 with your data 5g/5g+ plan but it only connected as LTE+. My wife's phone connected as 5g+ without issue. Why? Also the connection is slow even on audio only streaming.

    @brad_ulel @Rogers We still get mail to the house for my girlfriends mom. We’ve called and they say the will correct it. But they never do. Big companies don’t care about you. It’s really hard for them to get mail for a person whose been gone for so many years
