    @freedomsupport You need service in more places because every time I go to a city up north or out of town it says “nationwide” or “no service” and that is a huge inconvenience when I left your competitor @Rogers because you offered a cheaper/affordable plan

    @Rogers Home internet services plan is at 500mbps downloading speed, but I’m never getting more than 100mbps. In today’s visit, the diagnostic results came to 10-20mbps speed, and the technician said there’s a problem with the box outside your home & this can take 4-6 weeks.

    Working in tech, I’m used to services having status pages that customers can check for reported outages. Imagine my surprise when it took me 2 hours calling @Rogers @RogersHelps to even get an answer if there is an outage... during a crisis when internet is critical.
