@RogersHelps I still struggle with incompetence of some of your associates as it relates to my concern. Ordered a phone.. did a credit check. Called to change the phone model (haven’t gotten the new phone yet).. told to cancel my order and complete a new credit check 1/2.

@RogersHelps Your company is the worst. You upsold me a tablet on my plan and then sent me wrong hardware. Charged me more per month and then say I can't return tablet even though you sent me the wrong one... bunch of criminals and hope to swap when term ends. More reasons everyday it seems.

@RogersHelps It is every single Rogers and Fido customer that does not have cell service. I have not been able to receive or call out from my cell since at least 9:00 am MT and it is now 2:00 pm MT! When is this going to be fixed as it is really inconvenient! 😡
