    So @RogersHelps sent us a new modem and our wifi worked for 0.5 seconds. In that 0.5 seconds, we upgraded the speed. They warned us that the connection would be temporarily gone while our wifi upgraded, but would eventually come back. Guess whose internet never came back?? 🥺

    I am very disappointed with @Rogers service, because I ordered a home wifi modem 5 days ago. They sent me a mail & mentioned 2or 3 days delivery time. But after 5 days modem has not shipped yet from warehouse even I haven’t received any confirmation email with tracking number👎.

    @RogersHelps Help me understand how, after I have paid for 5Gb of data and don't use it, I am asked to pay for it again the next month? And the month after that? If I have paid for something it belongs to me, why do you keep charging me for something I already own?
