@RogersHelps The phone seems to work for now but when attempting to sign in on my laptop and following the steps. After logging in ,It transfers me to a page asking me to purchase my subscription again

@680NEWS @Bell @Rogers @TELUS It’s about time. Canada has the worst wireless rates of any G20 nation. But 25% reduction in two years isn’t enough. By then the big three should easily be able to deliver far better. Let competition in from the US carriers and we will see far better rates

@RogersHelps I’ve been without service since 10:30 this morning. I’ve received emails stating that things are up and running but it’s still not working. This is unacceptable during these hard times when people need internet services for their work from home jobs.

@RogersHelps Experiencing an internet outage at L6X3M9. Working from home today and need my internet connection. Everything was working fine until 30mins who. Reset my modem twice but that did not solve the issue. The @ symbol is no long lighting up either

@RogersHelps I used to always believe Rogers internet is the most reliable, unfortunately not anymore. One interruption after the other, and all during a short period of time. On top of all that contacting support is pointless, could be days weeks or hours, we will never know.

@RogersHelps Yes, I’ve tried a re-install, network reset, cellular on/ff, roaming on/off, airplane on/off and anything else listed anywhere online including Apple’s guide. Nothing helped. Last remaining step is visiting an Apple store.

@Rogers tech messes up and knocks out our internet while working on another line in the bldg. Then cancels our service request. Schedules another for nearly a week later. Normally really like our @TekSavvyNetwork service but sometimes a 3rd party vendor is kinda the worst. (1/2)

@noeljuliet @RogersHelps I would recommend making the switch to Bell immediately. My landlord made the switch from Bell to Rogers last month. I never had an issue with Bell or the internet in this unit. Since the switch, I’ve lost 6 entire days of internet connectivity. Never one issue with Bell.
