@RogersHelps Answer the phone in the call centre. Have an objective to have hold times of less and three to five minutes. Being on hold literally for hours is the worst customer service ever. Customers don’t need new packages, deals offers, advertising. Investment in customer support.

I will not spend more time on hold. I expect @Rogers to fix their internal error and withdraw the account from collections IMMEDIATELY. My next update will be to @CCTS_CPRST that Rogers is failing to follow the process.
