They sent me a mail & mentioned 2or 3 days delivery time. But after 5 days modem has not shipped yet from warehouse even I haven’t received any confirmation email with tracking number👎.

Its absurd and unacceptable that Canadians are held hostages by these telecoms. Ceo changed and they wanted a bigger profit so they laid off a majority of the Canadian staff in favour of the cheaper labour outside of north america
