    @RogersHelps I unplugged the modem and plugged it back in for the third time. Seems to be back up. This service is inconsistent at best.

    @RogersHelps I keep getting voicemails with no content. My phone doesn’t ring but goes straight to voicemail. Been getting these voicemails 3-5 times a day for the past 3 or 4 days :(. Can’t block it because no caller ID (or even any call) registers. Help!!

    Hey @Bell @Bell_Support after calling your customer support to ask why m phone bill has gone up over $10 in the last 7 months they said nothing I have been a loyal #Mobility customer for over 15 it's time to switch to @rogers you clearly don't care about customers

    @RogersHelps This is getting ridiculous. I wouldn't be as upset if my area only choice for service was Roger's because they are contracted, which in itself is an issue. We better be given credit for today

    @RogersHelps new ignite box, firmware and numerous reboots and still poor to none internet in the house via wifi, hard wired seems to be ok. This is not the kinda service I wanted to pay for.

    @RogersHelps @GadgetGuard If I bought the phone and guard from you, you should have my pertinent info on account. My previous screen protector survived me falling down Mt. Kilimanjaro. But this one couldn't survive a kid.

    @freedomsupport You need service in more places because every time I go to a city up north or out of town it says “nationwide” or “no service” and that is a huge inconvenience when I left your competitor @Rogers because you offered a cheaper/affordable plan

    @RogersHelps Why is your problem management so bad? I’m on hold over an hour for “back office” because only they can reset my email, which I have been unable to access for 2 days! Why not update your system and direct customers to a link so we can reset it? You do not think.

    @Nonnie44522641 @RebeccaO1340 @Rogers I have the same problem. Can't access it through webmail or my phone. However, for some strange reason, Outlook on my laptop can get my mail. That tells me it's a Rogers problem not my password.
