  @RogersHelps Yes. It’s all recordings though it seems to have stopped lately. And for some reason the on demand, seaon 4 episode 1 issue of Strange New Worlds contains an episode of The Librarians and not Strange New Worlds at all. It’s a bit of a mess.

  @CanadasLeafs @Rogers Lol I was on hold with them for over 2 hrs couple of weeks back. That was after showing up at a Rogers store where they make you buzz an intercom , "move in front of the camera" ask you what you want then tell you to call CS that they can't help. Lol

  @CanadasLeafs @Rogers i tried to cancel my rogers 3 years ago. they played tag with me for days on the phone. I'd wait 60-120 minuntes... spoeak to someone for 2 minutes and they would always say "this isn't my dept. let me transfer you". this went on for 4 days, over 24 hours total of wait time
