  @Rogers Just received another email asking me to pay $834.86 now on top of $333. New customer with 700+ credit score and solid payment history, yet @Rogers & @Redwireless keep asking for unexpected down payments.   @RogersHelps since 12pm with no internet, it says the network outage in my area is “in progress” every hour and never resolved but you guys don’t miss a minute to over charge for your horrible service.

  @Rogers @RogersHelps Im very disappointed here with your service my home wifi had been down for 2 days and called for help and still not working a technician came change few wires and said it was a back end problem why am I paying bill if im not getting my service working
